29/09/2024: Too great! You arrive at the announced opening time, shop door open; we tell you that in fact it’s not the right time and to come back at 10 a.m. You come back at 10 a.m., you order waffles; we tell you “well no I don’t have any waffle batter”; you say it doesn’t matter we’ll have pancakes; and then they tell you “I’m not sure I have pancake batter”! And basically you have to come back 1.5 to 2 hours later... we didn't understand the concept... how is it possible that a waffle shop doesn't have waffle batter when it opens! Wouldn't it have been nicer if they had warned us half an hour earlier when we first came?

28/09/2024: The products are very good but you will have to review your hiring skills and your team because your salespeople are unpleasant, they look very bad and blow while taking our orders even though that is their job.

29/08/2024: Always a pleasure to come to Au Bureau de Seclin to eat or simply have a drink. A warm and professional welcome in a pleasant setting. .

27/08/2024: Chicken with maroilles not cooked, staff unpleasant and slow. I don't recommend going there at lunchtime at all if you are limited on time. We also came there in the evening for a drink with colleagues and were disappointed with the service, the waiter didn't pay attention to what we asked, my drink didn't match.

21/08/2024: Nous sommes venus entre amis mais nous avons été assez déçu. Tant par l’accueil où les serveuses étaient très très fermées, le temps d’attente considérable et les plats n’ont pas été très convaincants pour le prix payé. Une amie a vu un cuisinier sortir en pleur, ça laisse imaginer l’ambiance au sein de l’équipe du restaurant

21/09/2024: We came for dinner this Saturday evening with a smarbox box. Very disappointing welcome and unfriendly staff. The menu offered in this box does not correspond to the value of this box. We felt excluded. We had to pay for the drinks which were not 'were not included in the box and when paying the bill we were refused to pay with two bank cards without explanation. It's just unacceptable!!! restaurant to avoid!!

19/09/2024: Very mixed enthusiasm from the boss on the phone at the mention of a smart box meal. And a very high bill for drinks outside the box, coke by the glass €5 and beer €7.5. Decent meal and smiling and pleasant waitress.

25/09/2024: 1 hotel very well located at the gates of Saint Malo 1 hearty breakfast...excellent Very helpful staff..friendly The rooms are a little old (carpet and bathtub) At the top...

24/09/2024: Very nice hotel. We were lucky enough to have the rooms at the very top and to have a balcony. A plus to appreciate. Very friendly staff.

05/10/2025: Ten years ago, this restaurant was one of the best places in Saint-Malo. We were delighted to return... but what a disappointment! Everything has gone downhill: the dishes, the desserts, even the coffee. Nothing lived up to our memories, nor to the high standards we expected. A real shame for a restaurant that was once a benchmark.

18/12/2025: Great find! Quick and very friendly service! Fresh and beautifully presented food. The starter was excellent, the main course was perfect, the desserts were average but still good. The restaurant was clean.

15/09/2024: Being a fan of good restaurants and real restaurants because if I have to eat frozen I might as well eat at home. We made the road from Laval to Paimpont rein only to come and eat last night no regrets we were delighted good welcome impeccable service and the meal excellent very very good exquisite meat we took t-bone too good a fine wow, and what can we say about the cooks, seeing them at work in front of the fireplace is a spectacle. Bravo to you we will come back good luck

14/09/2024: Very good creperie although the prices are a little high for a creperie. On the other hand, a small downside on the service which was very slow and we had to remind the waiter several times for a simple carafe of water obtained after 20 minutes. An order had also been forgotten and served 15 minutes after the rest of the table...

15/12/2024: I am extremely disappointed with the services of this store. Here is my experience: 1. First order: After paying via the app, it was buggy. The store then informed me that they hadn't even received the order. Luckily I got my money back, but it was still a bad experience. 2. Second order: The delivery person forgot an item. The store offered to offer it to me on my next order. I found this acceptable and moved on. 3. Third command: This is where the situation has come to a head. I waited a whole hour to receive my order. When I called I was told they only had two delivery people and I would have to wait. I agreed to continue waiting, but at closing time I was rudely told that the delivery man had come, that he had called me 3 or 4 times and that he had left. However, I did not receive any calls. Result: I went to bed without eating after waiting for my order all evening. The next day I was offered a refund, but honestly, it's not the money that bothers me. What made me angry was the lack of respect and professionalism: making a customer wait an hour before thinking about delivering, then lying to them by saying that the delivery person came. I do not recommend this service to anyone looking for a reliable and respectful customer experience.

26/11/2024: When I arrived, not my name on the screen even though I thought my pizzas would have been ready. I waited 20 minutes for my order to appear on the screen. The waitress behind the counter was not concerned about my presence. I finally gave him my name and told him I didn't understand why my name wasn't showing on the screen. Answer: when the pizzas are ready, the names of the people are displayed for a few minutes then disappear. She looked behind, the pizzas were ready... and cold. Wasted evening thank you Dominos and his staff. It is apparently more important to display on the screen the names of the people whose pizza is being prepared or cooked rather than the names of the people whose pizzas are ready.

31/08/2024: The dishes are offered after the starters and desserts, no direction of traffic. The toilets were excessively dirty. We were a family of 4 last night, for 2, digestion was painful, for the third, a 6 1/2 year old child, she had diarrhea last night and vomited this morning.. As much say that we will not repeat the experience!

30/08/2024: 1st mishap: we had to wait 30 minutes with our trays for someone to find us a table because everything was full. 2nd mishap: we order 3 hamburger steaks and when we go to the grill the cook tells me that there is only one. Having to go find a manager who validates the other 2 for us and when we go to the grill the cook tells us that there is only one. Forced to return to the manager!!! In the end 2h30 spent in the cafeteria returning from vacation. Frankly poorly organized!!!

02/01/2026: A very bad experience. The waiter was very uncomfortable and his attitude was off-putting: he spoke to us as if we were his friends, with absolutely no politeness or professionalism. After reporting the problem to what I believe was the owner or a manager, he didn't even apologize and simply said he would "take care of it." No gesture of goodwill, no apology, nothing. It's really a shame and disappointing for a restaurant.

02/01/2026: Afternoon tea at 6:15 pm on January 1st, 2026, after being turned away from several crêperies/restaurants in the neighborhood because they only served meals (at 6:15 pm they refuse hot chocolate and crêpes!), we went to this restaurant. We received a very warm welcome from the waiter, and the prices were frankly very reasonable compared to the tourist traps around... Hot chocolate and salted caramel crêpes...

01/01/2026: We went to 333 to treat ourselves to one of their cocktails. What a disappointment! For an establishment of this caliber, we were shocked by the service. We were seated at a table that hadn't been cleared. After 35 minutes, no one came to take our orders or clear the table. We sensed tension among the staff, which made us feel uncomfortable. No employee should suffer because of their working conditions. So we went to the Aquarium, where we were finally welcomed properly.

23/09/2025: A great light lunch at a time (Tuesday) when many other options were closed.
