07/09/2024: Smiling welcome, service like no other and an incredible selection of wines. Excellent tartare, as are the fries. For fans, try the soft Azay. It goes very well with a cheese board. The place is small. Remember to book. Humor is also present. Says the painting on the wall. We had a divine evening.

22/09/2024: Wonderful food, inventive but not faddish, wine pairings really added to each course. Worth the detour. Also there was plenty to eat, not always the case with high end restaurants.

07/09/2024: A hotel full of charm, an exceptional restaurant, an impeccable welcome both at the hotel and in the restaurant. The town of Loches was also a very nice discovery.
03/09/2024: Passing for one night, we will happily return to this hotel during our next stay.
The hotel is full of charm, the rooms impeccable and the welcome perfect. The breakfast is varied and plentiful... the restaurant being closed we were not able to try it, it has only been postponed.
Nothing to complain about, we have stayed in much less nice 3* hotels.

Impeccable service. As proof, we stayed there from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. 😉
07/09/2024: Nice garden restaurant a little away from the Loire. It's wonderful to sit here under a canopy of leaves in the middle of a historic farm in the country. Many foreign guests, the restaurant is apparently recommended in travel guides. The service was rather clumsy at first, but then improved greatly. Solid cuisine, fair prices.

04/09/2024: We booked brunch and tea tasting through the site "the forks", a site which is offered from the tea room's Google page.
Reservation confirmation received one month before the scheduled date.
We receive an email notification that the schedule is no longer available less than a week before the reservation day and that the restaurant has changed the reservation. Although we have been planning this for a month.
No, this is not an error according to the Google assistance service.... And it is indeed the restaurant which changed the schedule. Afterwards, if it is a problem with the forks website, I do not believe that it is the client's problem to manage the intermediaries.
