18/02/2026: Two nights stayed. Very nice room, very good breakfast and very good meals. We will return. Except for the second night, we were woken up at 5 a.m. by a vibrating phone alarm clock… because the cloakroom is next to the room. I think they forgot to put down a locker!

15/02/2026: Disappointed by the Valentine's Day menu... Quite a long wait, the foie gras was mediocre in both cooking and quantity, the side dishes for the meat course were practically nonexistent, the fish was reheated... the white wine was warm... Really very average for the price of the €75 menu without wine... An aperitif glass was left on the table until the end of the meal, and there was a lack of staff; it seemed they were prioritizing profit over the quality of the food and service. First and last experience at this restaurant.

07/03/2026: A wonderful place, a castle and grounds worthy of the finest establishments. The rooms are tastefully decorated, each with its own unique ambiance. The restaurant and breakfast are truly gourmet. Special mention goes to the desserts created by an extraordinary pastry chef.

22/01/2026: The best value for money in Tours. Excellent set lunch menu for €15 on weekdays. Good quality, well-presented, and generous portions. Top-notch service. Other options available. Craft beer for €4.90; you can even take away bottles with a "lemonade" style closure. Irish coffee for €7.50. The decor has a "school" feel, with several rooms, including one upstairs. Very clean establishment. I highly recommend it.

The young owner of this Bistrot Jeanne d’Arc welcomes you with a smile in a small, old-fashioned dining room with a cozy fire in the fireplace. The menu is short, but the homemade dishes are excellent: main courses and desserts alike are original and flavorful. If you're passing through... don't hesitate!

31/12/2025: We stumbled upon this incredible place by chance. The owner was incredibly kind. The food was delicious. It had a charming village atmosphere in a lovely little bistro. Everyone chatted with everyone. Pure joy!

03/03/2026: A truly wonderful discovery! We had booked a table for two and had an absolutely perfect time at La Petite Souris restaurant. The welcome was warm from the moment we arrived, and the service was impeccable from beginning to end. The waitress was exceptional throughout the meal: professional, attentive, smiling, and always ready to help. She gave us excellent recommendations and greatly contributed to making our experience even more enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return!

08/03/2026: We had a truly disastrous experience... It used to be a magical place, both for its setting and its food, but now it's scandalous in every way. This was the experience shared by the people on the terrace around us. The establishment must have changed management... definitely avoid it for the time being. What a shame.

02/03/2026: Located very close to the Château, we chose this restaurant for a quiet evening and we weren't disappointed. We had a very good meal. We ordered the duck breast and chocolate profiteroles for dessert; it was really delicious and well-prepared. The service was friendly and welcoming. We also appreciated how quiet the restaurant was, perfect for a relaxed conversation without any background noise. A great place to eat in Amboise. Remember to book ahead to be sure of getting a table.

21/02/2026: We arrived late from Nantes because our dog had fallen off a bridge at the foot of the citadel, and we had to rush him to the veterinary clinic in Loches. A client in tears isn't ideal... A huge thank you for the warm and compassionate welcome. Thank you. Our dog is doing well. We're very lucky. PS: Everything was delicious and the service was really friendly!
