20/08/2024: Quite simply: perfect. Simple and succulent cuisine, fast and quality service accompanied by a typical period setting.
I recommend with your eyes closed, with family or even friends.
Positive point: open at the start of the week, Monday and Tuesday (lunch and dinner).

où nous avions bien apprécié auparavant la prestation. La variété de la carte a, cette fois-ci encore, permis à chacun de choisir selon ses goûts, et tous, nous avons apprécié la qualité et la présentation des plats. Par contre, le service pourrait gagner en efficacité ( donc en rapidité) en demandant au moment de desservir quels desserts sont choisis, s'il y aura des cafés, etc... Et un petit sourire ferait plaisir aussi.

very generous and always excellent, really nothing to complain about, I recommend if you want to enjoy a good refined meal
05/09/2024: We intended to cut our journey and this restaurant being halfway we decided to try it. The least we can say is that we were not disappointed. Perfect cuisine and very correct portions. Very friendly service. Simple but very friendly setting.
We will not be without coming back, there are still many dishes to discover.
Worth the detour and parking on site.

The service was quick and the dishes were very good, like the wine!
We ate on the upstairs terrace, no problem with our children (6 years and 21 months)!

18/08/2024: Intimate restaurant but not cold (on the contrary). Very nice personalized welcome. Our host took the time to advise us in detail on the wine. We were well seated: comfortable seats and no crowding with other guests.
The meal was perfect from start (delicious tapas but a little small) to finish (profiteroles, brioche, chocolate coulant). Note the very elaborate cod fillet with perfect flavors and balance!
All for €50/person with wine…really excellent value for money
The icing on the cake was that our dog was welcome and also received a warm welcome.
Go ahead, it would be a shame to miss it!

22/09/2024: A little hidden gem. The gardens are fantastic for a pleasant walk. The route is very well signposted so you don't miss any of the artistic installations that are in every corner. The palace is small but with a very careful decoration, perfectly combining modern art with the more traditional and typical decoration of castles. The cafeteria is very nice to have a light snack at the end of the visit. Free parking. Highly recommended.

12/09/2024: I bought croissants and pain au chocolat to give to traders at the market on Sunday. When I took them out of the bag I was carrying in my hand to pay close attention, they were all crumpled and looked like the ones from Lidl. I was ashamed of it. It is clear that this is not the good, bouncy and flaky artisanal croissant. It looks industrial.
16/08/2024: This is the 3 time I have purchased petrisane baguettes. Very good quality with a very reasonable price (+ keeps very well in the freezer). Very pleasant service. Thank you so much.

04/04/2024: Wanted to have risotto for lunch and Google recommended this restaurant. Ordered two risotto: duck breast and seafood, both are delicious. The staff were polite, the decoration is good. Quiet and comfortable.

20/09/2024: The food is very good but the waiting time was long (more than two and a half hours) of course there were people on the other hand you just have to point it out upon arrival and therefore the customer has the choice to wait or leave.
The waitress was not pleasant and our dessert plates were a little "tossed" on the table. In summary, not a very commercial restaurant but good cooks.
15/09/2024: The duck breast tataki was a great discovery.
The perfect egg accompanied by sea bream ceviche and guacamole was excellent.
It was a great time spent with family and friends.
Keep it up. We will return with great pleasure to your establishment.

Very well received despite the special conditions during our visit (cook alone to run the shop, he also did the service 😂) so the menu was reduced to a starter/main course/dessert.
Everything was very well done, excellent cuisine (top candied rillons) and a cool atmosphere, like at home!
We were there for around 1 p.m. but they can serve until 4 p.m. according to what he told us, something extremely rare!
We do not regret our visit and wish the owners good luck.
