30/08/2026: From the welcome to the food and service, everything was top-notch! The owner and the young, very professional waitress explained each dish with descriptions of herbs and flavors. Everything is homemade and fresh. Warm decor. Parking nearby. Reservations are recommended (7 pm or 8:30 pm service).

25/08/2026: Excellent time, as usual. This is our third time at Monsieur Guého's, and it's always such a pleasure. The cuisine is beautifully executed, with great technical skill and a subtle retro touch. A wonderful family meal, enhanced by the remarkable view that never gets old… ✨ A minor criticism, however, concerns the service, which could be more natural and attentive.

31/07/2026: We discovered this place and its unobstructed view of Nantes Island, its warehouses, and especially the Loire River. A truly wonderful spot where the flavors are exceptional. Perhaps we missed a touch of originality in the flavor combinations, which we tended to recognize from previous recipes. Although, they were executed with delicacy and precision. I also recommend the cheese platter, where each cheese delighted us. We were, however, a little disappointed by the lack of information about the cheeses on the platter, beyond the milk they were made from. We had to choose based on our taste, which, for avid cheese lovers, was difficult. Finally, the desserts, while sumptuous, were a bit too generous, leaving us feeling overly full and with some difficulty digesting. Overall, a great place, which would benefit from a little more support, particularly regarding the choice of wines, to complete the service in line with the prices offered.

08/09/2026: A wonderful discovery before heading off to relax at the thalassotherapy center. Its location is ideal, facing the ocean and next to the center. The service is impeccable, and the welcome is incredibly warm. We felt truly at ease in this restaurant. The setting is superb, and the dishes are refined. I highly recommend it, and I will definitely return. Thank you to the entire team for their kindness.

14/08/2026: A truly wonderful experience. Precise amuse-bouches, perfectly cooked pearly fish with shellfish, and lacquered meat with a remarkable jus. The cooking is spot-on, the seasonings are spot-on, and there's nothing superfluous. An exceptional approach to local seafood. Special mention goes to the natural, attentive, and friendly service. The setting is pleasant and conducive to tranquility.

27/08/2026: Very friendly and accommodating restaurant with tasty French food and local wines. The staff helped us understand the menu wich was in French, very apriciated! Even though it was situated next to the road and a roundabout, it was a surprisingly cosy atmosphere and the trafic was not distracting at all. We really recommend 👌

08/09/2026: We had a very good meal; the food was high quality and the ingredients were fresh. The staff was friendly in some places (a young woman didn't smile once the three times she came to clear or serve the table, which was a shame). Another minor issue was that we requested a carafe of water twice at the beginning of our meal, but unfortunately, we never received it. But overall, it was very good.

05/09/2026: It's always a pleasure to return. The menu is attractive and accessible, and the daily specials are appealing. We were delighted to discover the daily menu and chose these dishes. The plates might seem empty to those with a big appetite, but I had trouble finishing. Quality ingredients, impeccable service, always with a smile. A wonderful restaurant... Worth discovering.

25/08/2026: A wonderful discovery during a visit to Guérande in August 2026. Despite the sunshine, we enjoyed a cozy atmosphere in the shaded patio, savoring delicious food. The menu was quite short, a testament to the freshness of the ingredients. Everything was refined and delicious, from the appetizer to the dessert, including the wine. The waiter was very pleasant and attentive to every request. I highly recommend this restaurant, located just outside the town walls, thus avoiding the noise of the August crowds.
