07/06/2026: Every time I come, the young woman at reception never says hello and never comes to ask if I want a drink, and it's happening again now at 4:30 PM on Sunday, June 7, 2026. I don't understand why she's here. Pathetic 😡

04/06/2026: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant with colleagues, a place we rarely get to visit. Colin's warm welcome, his humor, and the quality of the service all contributed to creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. As for the food, it was a true delight from start to finish, from the salmon tartare to the dessert. I'll definitely be back!

30/05/2026: If this isn’t one of the most beautiful restaurants in the world, I don’t know what possibly could be. Had the lunch tasting menu and it was really unique and interesting. Not every dish was a 10, but I think it was simply a matter of personal preference. You can tell that every plate was had the quality of a 3 Michelin Star restaurant. The flavors are bold and really well executed, which is why I think this is a thoroughly can’t-miss experience when you combine it with the location and setting. For sure a top restaurant in France.

25/05/2026: The restaurant dining room was beautiful, the service impeccable, and the dishes, sometimes surprising but always delicious, were simply divine. It was my first time eating beef tripe... quite unusual. The chef's visit to our table was always a delight. The tour of the premises at the beginning was very enjoyable; what a beautiful wine cellar! Special mention to the sommelier, who offered excellent advice and suggested the best wines (35,000 bottles in the cellar). A truly wonderful experience.

Welcomed by Sacha, like pashas; Our dinner, bitch, promises to be hassle-free but with plenty of chit-chat. The problem was raised by Loic: here, vegetables are under fire... it's doomed! Tonight it's ribeye steak... Much better than an evening with our girlfriends. Sorry ladies, no gentlemen tonight, we have no qualms. Taintu, you didn't come tonight; Your evening is ruined, we're thinking of you, our stomachs full. Sacha confided between courses: you cooked us a "9" tenderloin, the secret of which only you know! Good wine, Good bread, Divine staff! DBT PS: Hubert, your staff approved these verses.

The ingredients are high-quality and expertly prepared. Excellent value for money. We will definitely return to savor all the other tempting dishes. Well done, and don't change a thing!

12/05/2026: We discovered this restaurant yesterday while looking for a venue for my son's christening. So, we were able to go there for the first time. I had never heard of this restaurant before, and it's amazing! I highly recommend it; their food is absolutely delicious. 🤩😋

30/06/2026: We've been there twice as a family and haven't been disappointed once. We always receive a very warm welcome, the service is impeccable, and the meals are excellent and generous. There isn't a huge selection on the menu, but it's more than enough. If you're not satisfied, there's always the à la carte menu. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and courteous. What more can we say except that we highly recommend this inn.

26/06/2026: The menu features many fresh, local products. Unfortunately for me, the frog legs were frozen and not from the Loire region. The potato pancakes, however, were very good. The staff is friendly, and the welcome was warm.

23/05/2026: It was so good! I ate THE BURGER, it was just as good as ever, and the all-chocolate dessert was amazing. The only problem I had was that it was so good I forgot to take pictures. It's perfect for birthdays. P.S. It's the best place in Saint-Étienne.

09/06/2026: I tried it somewhat by chance, arriving late on my own. They found me a table, and I went for the set menu. It was a delightful series of discoveries and flavor combinations, all in a pleasant setting. A little noisy for the ambiance, but otherwise, it was fantastic. Well done!

19/05/2026: The owner was super friendly. I ordered takeout, but when I got home there was only one steak instead of two. I called, and they immediately offered to let me pick up another hamburger, and they even let me keep the one I already had. As a bonus for coming out, I received a chocolate fondant. The team is professional and very friendly; I highly recommend them. Fresh ingredients and homemade fries.
