10/04/2026: A fantastic restaurant that changes its menu several times a year to offer new dishes and seasonal produce. The dishes are elegantly presented, and the flavors live up to the presentation. Special mention goes to the vegetarian options (surprising for a meat lover like me), but the butternut squash quenelle and falafels on the current menu are truly exceptional! The warm and efficient service makes the experience even more enjoyable. The daily specials are also on par with the current menu!

03/05/2026: A very warm welcome, good food, and reasonable prices. We were a group of about twenty hikers, and an all-inclusive menu was offered to us; it was perfect, generous portions, and delicious. We had our own area and were able to take our time. We all thoroughly enjoyed it.

A wonderful discovery with high-quality food and quick service. (The veal escalope, duck breast, and butcher's cut were all excellent, and the gratin dauphinois was exceptional). If you're looking for exceptionally high-quality mussels, look no further: LA MOULE EN FOLIE is "The Place To Be". Everything was absolutely perfect: On the plate: The mussels were succulent, plump, and perfectly prepared. And what can I say about the fries... authentic Belgian-style fries, cooked in beef fat. Absolutely divine! You can taste the passion for the product. The atmosphere: A fantastic welcome that immediately puts a smile on your face. A huge congratulations to the owners: Monsieur works wonders in the kitchen (a true chef!), while Madame provides impeccable service with boundless energy. Special mention also goes to the waitress who was lovely and attentive throughout the meal. You feel good, you eat (very) well, and you leave with only one desire: to come back! 17/05/2026: We came to eat here after receiving a gourmet getaway card as a gift. Excellent choice! We were treated to a surprise menu. It was perfect: a warm welcome, a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, and very clean. The food was delicious, with very flavorful, beautifully presented, and excellent dishes. The servers were very professional, and the manager was exceptionally friendly. This place deserves to be better known. Go without hesitation! We loved it.

14/05/2026: Lunch with my colleagues. I wasn't familiar with the place, and my first surprise was how full it was. This inn in the middle of nowhere was packed with customers at lunchtime, which was a rather reassuring sign. The service was efficient and pleasant in a simple and harmonious setting. The meal was good, with some nice touches. A really good experience and a pleasant surprise. It just goes to show that a restaurant that doesn't take its customers for granted can be successful, and this one seems to be doing very well...

30/03/2026: A traditional restaurant, one of the few remaining, unfortunately packed every lunchtime despite seating over 60. Reservations are highly recommended! The welcome is very friendly, the food is good and plentiful, and the value for money is unbeatable. The dining rooms are bright and airy.

01/03/2026: We called at 7 pm for a table of four for that same evening! The restaurant was already quite full when we arrived. The service was very quick, and the food was excellent. The ingredients were fresh, high-quality, and plentiful. The fondue for two was incredible, with its delicious charcuterie and egg at the end. The homemade foie gras was also amazing, served with apple chutney. The dishes were generous and truly delicious. The atmosphere was also great; the waitresses were pleasant and very friendly.
