28/09/2026: ⭐ **An experience that definitely makes you not want to come back.** I came to this Flunch with my son. I simply ordered an ice cream and asked if it was possible to change the flavor on the menu, for example, to replace chocolate with pistachio. The cashier coldly replied: **"No."** I explained to her that in other Flunch locations, this is done without any problem. Her response, still just as cold: **"Here, it's no."** Fine. I can understand that an establishment applies its own rules. But there's a difference between **enforcing a rule and talking down to a customer.** When you work at the cash register, you're the first point of contact with the customer. You represent the brand. A smile, a minimum of politeness, and a proper explanation cost nothing. And it's precisely these kinds of "little details" that can lose customers. It wasn't the ice cream that bothered me, it was the attitude. If every customer leaves with this impression, it's no wonder some don't come back. Proof: I finally went to the Flunch in Noyelles-Godault, where I ordered the exact same thing and it wasn't a problem at all. The welcome and the way the customer was treated were completely different. A chain can invest in its products, its restaurants, and its advertising, but if the person behind the till drives customers away, everything else is pointless. I find it truly unfortunate that such a simple experience can leave such a bad impression. 11/09/2026: Very, very disappointed... I ordered from Too Good To Go until 7:30 PM, arrived at 7:32 PM, the door was slammed in my face, and the merchandise was thrown in the trash. I was told 7:30 PM, not 7:32 PM, and that I live far away. I wanted a refund. The two waitresses who were there that Friday evening, from 11 AM until closing, were very unpleasant.

Pee everywhere, the ventilation system broken—I must have been dealing with a real emergency to stay there. If that's your situation, learn to breathe through your mouth!

Their menus were more expensive than the competition, but we got what we paid for: different sandwiches and generous portions of fries. However, over the years, we've seen the quality decline, as has the service. They would close without warning some days, leaving the phone line open, with no online announcement of their closure. The phone system was a glitch, so we put up with it... but for the past year, the sandwiches and fries have been reduced by half, and the new sandwich recipe is as bad as those bought frozen from a supermarket freezer. Tonight, we were ripped off: €27.80 for three smaller sandwiches and a small portion of fries, sauce, and delivery (which we had to pay for). Keep it up... closure is imminent. We've decided we won't be your customers anymore; there are better options elsewhere for that price. Goodbye.

13/12/2025: Portion sizes need to be reduced considering the price: three pieces of beef bourguignon were barely enough to compete on the plate, and the sautéed potatoes were undercooked and cold. It's a shame because the meat was tender... We left to have dessert elsewhere!
