21/05/2024: We stayed at the hotel for three nights in order to attend a wedding celebration that was being hosted there. The hotel was a picture of rural ambiance creating an atmosphere of times gone by. The surrounding parkland provides a lovely backdrop to the property. The restaurant and outside area under the wisteria covered terrace are simply breathtaking. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the food first class. We would highly recommend visiting this restaurant and hotel

22/08/2024: Family lunch during the week. Very warm welcome, we feel good. Top children's menu with homemade minced steak and a very generous portion. Typical Flanders dishes (homemade potj, carbonnades, croquettes, etc.) at the top. The chef goes into the room to greet customers and collect opinions. I recommend. Good choice of beers and draft beers in particular (the triple Lefort…um) THANKS ! 🙏🏼

17/06/2024: A good brasserie in the heart of Cassel! Pleasant and attentive waitresses! A crispy chicken salad and a duck breast with pepper sauce!! A TREAT!!🥰 I recommend !!!

25/08/2024: Good experience overall. Top notch staff. Comfortable and well insulated room, small downside for the shower which is very small. On the other hand, the neighborhood is really not very reassuring, especially as a woman. Don't come alone ladies. The metro is right at the entrance to the hotel but is very poorly used. I was not reassured fortunately I was accompanied Thank you anyway to the managers and staff who are adorable

13/08/2024: Decent room, really small bathroom but that was expected! Decent cleanliness too. Really cool breakfast and great service. Regarding the location, nothing to worry about: a few young people nearby who stay in groups, nothing crazy when you're used to lively places :-)

28/08/2024: Traditional cuisine, nice setting, super good homemade fries, nice Advent calendar game, came as a group today, I highly recommend this establishment, pleasant and caring owners :-))))

20/08/2024: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an excellent time at the “Côté Campagne” restaurant. We ordered burgers and a welsh, accompanied by fresh fries and a salad with delicious dressing. The dishes were generous and tasty, a real treat! 🍔🥗🍟 To accompany our meal, we had Cokes and a Martini, perfect to complete this culinary experience. I highly recommend this restaurant for its generous cuisine and pleasant atmosphere. Thanks to the whole team! 🍽️🍹

18/06/2025: I go to this restaurant very often because Mr. Ricardo and his wife are very helpful, they always have a smile, they are very welcoming, and the food is very good (congratulations to the artists behind the scenes 😉), fresh produce, and traditional Portuguese cuisine 💝 It's a complete change of scenery when I'm at their place, I feel like I'm in my own country. So obviously I recommend this establishment 💪 You won't be disappointed. Kisses, friends, até breve Tony Alves de Oliveira 💋

03/08/2024: Lunar.. we were used to it but it’s over. When we arrived home, the fries were full of oil, the tray had become translucent and the fries were mush. We returned to the place to ask for this to be changed, the 3 employees were angry, “it’s the potato that is like that” We explained that it was inedible, the employee shouted at me, asking me what I didn't understand in what he had just said. So I asked for a refund, trying not to get upset, and one of the girls protested, saying that they were overwhelmed and that they couldn't make it.. I replied that it wouldn't work. It wasn't our problem and the third one started shouting "but I'm going to freak out, she's crazy, I'm going to freak out" The boss arrived and reimbursed us, admitting that there had been a problem, so... thank you for the gesture. However, it is unacceptable that employees allow themselves to speak to customers in this way. Apparently your cooks do not have the basics of education and commerce! It would be time to teach them because this is not the first time that there have been excesses, regularly during the wait we hear them complain and proclaim loudly and clearly that they are “fed up” that “this pisses off.” Not great for your image!

01/08/2024: Good morning The restaurant part is perhaps good? but the chip shop needs to be reviewed €18.10 for two fries, one small, one large and an overpriced American kebab the quality is mediocre, mashed and black fries and much overcooked full of oil putting this price for quality still passes but the quality is not there I do not recommend the chip shop at all!! Good day
