20/07/2026: We hadn't been back because my husband ordered Andalusian sauce and got pitta sauce instead, and it's not the first time. Plus, once we ordered small fries and the woman put too much on them (that's not a big deal). But what really bothered us was when the other woman pointed it out to the waitress, who then took the fries away with her bare hands! And today we got burnt fries, and you really need to review your prices; they're way too expensive compared to the competition.

25/08/2026: Disappointing, this isn't the Flunch it used to be. There were four of us adults. The wait for our food was 30 minutes, and they didn't even cook it the way we requested. We had to wait for no fries, no mashed potatoes, and no vegetables at all! There was a long wait in front of the very dirty self-service area. The staff didn't clean between services, were unfriendly, and even helped themselves to food with their Tupperware containers right in front of customers before leaving. For dessert, we wanted a crepe, but they didn't have any, and the ice cream didn't have whipped cream either. The machine broke down, and to top it all off, the toilets were filthy, just like the rest of the dining area. There's a complete lack of hygiene at the entire Flunch in Englos. It's a shame, because the Flunch had been renovated, but the service is disastrous, and there's a serious lack of hygiene in the establishment.

23/08/2026: I love coming here regularly with my little one... The portions are generous and delicious! The only downside is the waitstaff. "Always tasteful, always smiling," I think some of them seem to have forgotten how to smile when they come to work, and also basic friendliness and courtesy... Some scenes are sad to witness (I force my way through with my tray trolley, no apology or apology, wearing a face like a statue). This is just my personal opinion, but I don't think anyone forced them to work here... It's still a business and a service; a minimum standard should be expected in the restaurant industry...

09/07/2026: Great welcome, pleasant staff. Loyal customer since 2018. That was before. Now, the staff is unpleasant. I went to buy a "sandwich, drink, pastry" meal deal at 7:30 am. Yes, I go early, but I start work early. The response was, "No, we don't make sandwiches in the morning." I said I just wanted a sandwich without raw vegetables, and strangely enough, that was okay, but I could only choose between chicken mayonnaise or chicken curry. Basically, I get chicken or nothing. And on top of that, I left without noticing the pastries—too late, I was at work. Yes, the bread, etc., is good, but the staff really needs to change. It's like we're bothering them. If it's inconvenient for them to work, they should quit. Other, more cheerful and friendly people would be happy to take their place. I'm disappointed. July 9, 2026

10/06/2026: This bakery is a complete disaster. I ordered 20 baguettes for 11:30 am on a Sunday, and when they arrived at 11:50 am, they were back on sale. No more baguettes! I live in Neuville-en-Ferrain and I'll never set foot in that bakery again.

03/02/2026: Extremely disappointing, a disastrous experience. Dishes were served after 2 hours and 10 minutes and were of very low quality, with exorbitant prices compared to what was actually on the plate.

01/02/2026: What can I say... the team has changed, and even though the welcome is friendly, the place is completely different. Aux Éphérites was long among the top 10 restaurants in Lille: a great selection of wines, bold and original cuisine... But unfortunately, that was then... There's practically nothing on the menu, the food is bland, and the service is awkward... The owner did offer us drinks, admittedly on his own initiative, but it's not the same at all. We were a bit disappointed because we were used to the previous version, and it's clear that the place is no longer worth the trip.

22/05/2026: Horrible stay…horrible is the word. I have never, ever seen a hotel as noisy as this one. It was impossible to get any proper rest, and the soundproofing was nonexistent. The other guests had absolutely no respect for being so noisy; it was shameful. However, the location is great, with everything nearby, and the room was clean.

07/05/2026: We're in a 3-star hotel?! The rooms have been renovated, but not the toilets, which are covered in limescale. The walls aren't either; you can clearly hear what's going on in the neighboring rooms. The new heating system is very noisy for the rooms located at the entrance to the parking lot. Luckily, the receptionist is helpful. But it's not worth 3 stars.

09/07/2026: I haven't had a single good experience at this O'Tacos. The ingredients and requests are never respected; I definitely don't recommend it. I've also received someone else's order several times.

09/07/2026: I do not recommend this Otacos, which never (really never) follows instructions, or gets orders wrong. And that's true both for in-store and delivery.

06/07/2026: Pricing is based on appearance; he types whatever prices he wants on the payment terminal. One of the reasons why the neighborhood is so noisy.

05/03/2026: A real nuisance for the whole neighborhood; groups of unemployed people loiter in front of the entrance, doing nothing but shouting and playing music. A constant disturbance, day and night. The owners or the town hall need to take action quickly.

10/08/2026: Hello, there's a lack of clarity regarding your "halal" tenders. The information changes every time I visit: some employees claim they're halal while others say the opposite. It would be helpful to clearly display an official certification in the restaurant (which I've requested several times, as is standard practice for any restaurant claiming to be halal). Offering products as halal when they aren't officially certified raises a transparency issue.

09/08/2026: Frankly disappointed… the staff are really unpleasant, even rude, at least those at the tills, not the kitchen staff. As for the food, the pasta was cold, the dish itself was good but very small. There are dark particles suspended in the water from the dispenser. Also, the play area is just unbearable; there's constant shouting and noise. They really should consider moving it or even removing it…
