30/08/2024: It is very disappointing when new staff change the atmosphere of the place. I have come to this place with my little one plenty of times through out the spring and summer of 2024, and always enjoyed my time here but recently was disappointed. They have begun to have people wait to be seated and the waitress seems to forget to check back and see if there are people waiting - for some reason she disappears, even on a Sunday which is when it's expected to be busy as it's one of the places that is open. One of the waitress is super nice so it's hard to grade the place when other employees aren't working as good as the rest.
17/08/2024: Food and service particularly mediocre. Stale (!) bread at 9am. Fruit salad that was fermenting, so not fresh. Problem identified, but no apology whatsoever. This owner has no feeling for a good product

10/08/2024: Nous sommes vraiment très déçu, nous avions commandé 3 tartes pour un anniversaire ce samedi 10 août pour 15h, on nous a oublié !!!, et en contre partie on nous propose des.... baguettes....
C est une blague !!! On dit quoi à notre fils ???
Nous attendions autre chose de votre part.
Vous venez de perdre des clients.

07/09/2024: A big thank you to the manager who agreed to welcome us inside with our puppy. Few restaurants do this and she welcomed us as if it was something normal when it wasn't at all!
Furthermore, the prices are really not expensive compared to what is available elsewhere and we enjoy it! We will come back without hesitation ☺️

04/08/2024: Franchement déçue. La qualité du service a bien diminué comparé aux années précédentes. Les serveurs ne semblaient savoir ce qu'ils devaient faire. Tous les plats n'ont pas été servis en même temps. Nous avons attendu 10 minutes les plats manquants. Table non débarrassée pour les desserts. Présentation des desserts laisse à désirer. Gaufre au nutella: barquette de Nutella posée sur la gaufre et saupoudrée de sucre glace. Attente longue également pour le paiement.
23/07/2024: N'accepte pas les chèques déjeuner alors que le contraire est affiché sur la vitre de la devanture. Avons fait la mauvaise expérience au moment du paiement.

10/09/2024: Super fries, unlimited mussels for the Lille clearance sale, great idea to do again despite the queue for the mussels, it would take 2 people to serve, otherwise no complaints, nice atmosphere, clean, lots of choice of vegetables and starchy foods, top notch dessert and very good ice cream, I recommend

05/09/2024: Zero service, we waited more than 15 minutes for the order to be taken, then more than 30 minutes to have our drinks not fresh at all and without ice cubes, temperature above 30 degrees! All the tables were at the same point. Waitress with a closed face, but alone to manage everything, as well as at the bar. Lack of organization, on a Sunday with beautiful sunshine, please provide staff!! To flee....
