27/02/2026: The decor is pleasant, and the cuisine is almost flawless: the dishes are well-executed, showcasing skill and quality ingredients (homemade fries would have been a plus). However, the service is unworthy of the advertised standard. We had to repeatedly ask to order and to be served. Once seated, we clearly felt forgotten. Inviting customers is one thing; providing service is another. Understaffing seems obvious, but this cannot systematically justify such disorganization. As it stands, the overall experience is disappointing due to the poor service.

My carbonnade was absolutely delicious, and the fries were definitely my favorites during my stay in the region! I also really appreciate that the restaurant offers a wide variety of Northern French specialties available for purchase at the register! The waffles were very good, and I recommend trying the beer brewed on-site—a real treat for beer lovers! In short, an absolute delight, and I can't wait to go back!
