24/05/2026: Friendly staff. However, the food wasn't up to par. The salad that came with the starter wasn't properly washed; there was still sand in it. The "herb whipped cream" with the asparagus soup wasn't whipped cream at all. I'd say it was cream cheese mixed with parsley. The pressed potato was undercooked and tasteless. The pork chop was overcooked… On the other hand, the ratatouille side dish was excellent! The ingredients are high quality regardless of how they're prepared. Perhaps we just came on an off day; it happens.

01/08/2026: Being alone on the trail early this morning, surrounded by ducks, hoopoes, frogs, and other wildlife, was fantastic. The trail is really good, neither too easy nor too difficult. Excellent maintenance, and the people who take care of it are friendly too.

04/08/2026: While out for a drive in Auvergne, we had lunch: a delicious, very generous pizza, and what can I say about the homemade tiramisu – a real gem! Thank you.

11/06/2026: I'm here during my break and it's great! The three ladies are all very friendly and welcoming, they respect the deadlines, the food is good, and the price is very reasonable. There's a good selection, and the pear and Nutella galette is a real treat (not too much Nutella, which is perfect).

29/07/2026: A stunning and peaceful setting, the perfect place to stop over during hikes (GR 30) in the Puy de Dôme. The staff is very welcoming, and the food is excellent. We were delighted, and our dogs were too, with our stay. We will definitely be back!

28/07/2026: A lovely gîte on the GR30 hiking trail, in a peaceful location on the hills above Olloix with beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding area. The welcome was warm, the evening meal was excellent and well-chosen, and we particularly enjoyed the breakfast and packed lunches provided for the following day. The building is reminiscent of school trips and summer camps, which brought back some childhood memories. We recommend it for a stopover on the GR30 or for exploring Olloix and its surroundings.

28/07/2026: Nothing exceptional for me; after several restaurants, the truffade isn't the best in the area. The service was average, but a definite plus for the profiterole, which I recommend. Served on the terrace, which was pleasant, but the table arrangement for five wasn't perfect. A shame.

16/08/2026: We came for a table for three without a reservation and were very warmly welcomed. Nice little terrace, good atmosphere. We ordered the truffade, which was excellent, as were the blueberry sorbet and the Dame Blanche for dessert. We ate our fill. I recommend this place!

18/06/2026: Very responsive service, no waiting, excellent daily menu. The terrace atmosphere with its misting system was lovely, and our little dog was able to join us.
