11/09/2026: A small, shaded table on the terrace, the sound of a waterfall in my ears, a simple daily menu that does the job, served in a warm and unpretentious atmosphere—that's my lunch today. It's comfortable, the food is good, and you don't regret it when the bill arrives—a perfect balance. Thank you very much!

17/05/2026: We stayed one night at La Belle Meunière and had dinner there (as part of our Wonderbox voucher). The room was very pleasant and well laid out. However, all the rooms are located below the restaurant, so in the evening (from 6 pm until 11 pm/11:30 pm) and in the morning (from 7 am), we had the heavy noise of footsteps (and some tables/chairs being dragged) overhead (not very pleasant if you're sensitive to noise). The welcome from the manager was very good, and we ate very well, but we wouldn't return to stay overnight. We also benefited from priority passes to access the Royatonic, which was a nice touch.

14/05/2026: A perfect evening just steps from home. Excellent cuisine, a kind chef, a warm welcome… the place is sublime. Thank you to the owners of La Belle Meunière who clearly enjoy making their guests happy. We stayed until the early hours, enjoying a tastefully and stylishly decorated room and a generous and delicious breakfast. Thank you, it was a real gem and I highly recommend it!

01/10/2026: Passing through Grenoble, I was pleasantly surprised to discover Le Bistroquet des Halles. A warm welcome and a friendly atmosphere complemented a delicious meal, all at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend it!

12/07/2026: The three guys covered our wedding from the cocktail hour to dessert…it was a complete success. Before and during, the manager, David, informed us, guided us, and gave us excellent advice. The team present on the day was truly fantastic! Discreet, available, smiling, dynamic, and incredibly pleasant with everyone. They did a great job! The heatwave didn't dampen their spirits at all. The head waitress was ultra-professional! She managed the timing perfectly, keeping us informed about the events at every moment with complete discretion…bravo! The brazier during the aperitif was a hit with all the guests, and the paella was delicious. A huge thank you to everyone for contributing to the success of this special day. 15/08/2026: You'd have to be hard to please not to love this restaurant. There's a set menu, as you know from the start. For us, everything was delicious and well-presented. Even though the waitress was working alone, she performed her duties brilliantly and professionally. Well done for providing such a great meal at a reasonable price. Even if, according to the chef, it was just a stroke of luck!

05/10/2026: A dissatisfied customer is a customer who won't return... this motto applies to the gentleman behind the counter... there were two of us at lunchtime this Monday, October 5th, and we ordered our meals. We were approached three times by two different waitresses. The first one I asked if I could order a steak from the children's menu for my small dog... the waitress told me she would check... a second waitress arrived with our dishes and a plate with a steak and fries... I said I hadn't ordered steak and fries, but just a steak, and there was no answer about the price, so I didn't comment... she sent the fries back... we ate and went to pay... I saw on my bill that the steak was charged at €11.20... and then asked for an explanation. I pointed out that I wasn't offered the rest of the menu, which I think was a dessert and a starter 🤔... adding that if I had known the price, I would never have ordered that steak! And then the waiter behind the bar practically attacked me, saying the prices were on the menu, that I already knew the price, etc. The waitress arrived, and I asked her to clarify that I had specifically asked beforehand whether or not it was possible to order the steak alone and what the price would be! She acknowledged that this was the case... and then I heard the same employee behind the bar reply, "Who orders a steak for a dog?" Well, sir, a customer can order whatever they want as long as they are fully aware of the cost, which unfortunately wasn't the case here... because I was never told I would be paying the price of a complete children's meal! Despite my request for information and the fact that a starter and dessert were possibly missing... your comment is really excessive, especially considering the waitress admitted her mistake! Your behavior is absolutely unacceptable. We can all make mistakes, that's a fact, but a true professional will do everything to apologize to the client instead of blaming them and trying to ridicule them even further! Don't forget one small detail... clients provide you with a job and a salary! Your role is to satisfy them, not to blame them when they make a justified complaint. Furthermore, it seems to me... frankly, what a lack of professionalism, what arrogance! Honestly, you need to reconsider your behavior towards your clients!

25/05/2026: An incredible hotel in a perfectly maintained and decorated authentic medieval castle. The staff, the setting, the room amenities, the activities (pool, tennis, electric bikes...), the restaurant—absolutely everything is a delight. This was our second stay there, and it won't be our last.

22/05/2026: A lovely little café with a terrace, very pleasant and relaxing, we will gladly come back for a coffee break during our next motorcycle rides!

20/06/2026: I just took a kokedama class, it was really fascinating, the teacher was very kind, but I didn't understand why some participants left the class 25 minutes before it ended? The teacher gave us tips on how to make them at home, and I would have liked to have more of that and benefit from her experience. In any case, it made me want to take other workshops at this place where I used to practice calligraphy a long time ago.

20/06/2026: I came to take a Japanese pastry class and it was a wonderful discovery!! I highly recommend it!

03/10/2026: A generally good restaurant chain. They offer local dishes plus a few traditional options. On our last visit, the waitress wasn't very friendly, unlike the other waitresses and the young woman who handled the cash register. Otherwise, everything was fine.

04/09/2026: An extremely long wait of two hours for the main course. Although we hadn't made a reservation, that shouldn't be a reason to be served last. The starter from the set menu (salad with goat cheese) was okay, but the filet mignon de porc consisted of three tiny pieces, a lettuce leaf with mustard dressing, and a diced potato. A meager portion. The main course, "piece de boeuf," ordered separately for €18.50, was a child's portion and tough. The Roquefort sauce was alright. A shame.
