30/11/2024: Nice little canteen, close to the circuit. Pleasant and smooth service. Too bad the dish was passable because the rice was undercooked and overheated in the microwave, and the sausage was a little undercooked. Dessert is okay. It’s practical and helps.

11/09/2024: Very warm welcome, clean room, good bedding. A quiet night and a beautiful view when you wake up. The evening meal was excellent, as was the breakfast. Too bad for the smells of fuel, perhaps due to refueling before our arrival, and a little neglect for the exteriors such as laundry bags, empty boxes, etc.

The portions of a menu are always smaller than à la carte. Moreover, they already had the profit that we didn't order dessert. Now we paid more than the price of a menu

26/09/2024: We ate there for lunch during our hike. Great welcome from the hikers even though we had the impression of being all dirty in the beautiful setting of the restaurant 😅 Very good cuisine, very attentive service, calm and soothing atmosphere and neat decoration. We highly recommend it.

26/09/2024: More than disappointing. We were expecting a menu cooked by chef Philippe Rostang, which is why we chose this address, but that was not the case. We saw him but he was not the one who cooked our meal. The chef prepared us a menu unworthy of the name. Starter with hard-boiled poached eggs and reheated and semi-cooked mashed potatoes, crunchy to the bite with an iron taste! The main course was no better with a 3 cm thick 1/3 strip of nerve and fat accompanied by a cold onion fondue. And what about dried and reheated new potatoes. Dessert was the best, pistachio cream with vine peach purée. We signaled our dissatisfaction. The chef did not deign to come to meet us. The very nice and embarrassed young waitress gave us a discount on desserts. This does not change the fact that we will not return to a restaurant that calls itself "bistronomic". Find the error

28/11/2024: I came for lunch with a colleague on November 14 to taste the truffade from this restaurant and our taste buds were delighted! I opted for the entrecôte with truffade (always more) and I really wasn't disappointed. The meat was very tender and delicious and the truffade tasted just the way I like it! A small mistake in the cooking of my meat but which was corrected immediately. The welcome was warm. It's a restaurant that I might not have gone into at first glance but it's worth it! I would come back to try the skewers this time.

05/09/2024: Impossible to pass through Saint Nectaire and not stop at this restaurant which makes... roast Saint Nectaire! The food is good, the quantity is there and the service is lovely. Thank you for beautifying our vacation.

16/08/2024: L’endroit sentait une odeur très désagréable. De plus la serveuse de la terrasse qui s’est occupée de nous n’était pas très agréable. Elle nous a crié « bonsoir » et n’a pas été très polie. Nous sommes venus l’an passé et l’expérience était meilleure. Nous ne reviendrons pas.
