28/09/2024: Dealing with a very unpleasant saleswoman who blows as soon as we ask her for something (in particular to pay separately which does not seem like the end of the world at first glance)
I paid extra (on the largest formula at €9.75) to have a praline brioche. The saleswoman went to the back to give me a brioche that was ridiculously small compared to those on the shelves and extremely dry. I therefore concluded that it was unsold from the day before.
It didn't seem unpleasant to me, it was quite a disappointing method.
17/09/2024: It's much better than a McDonald's, but the friendliness of the waitresses-saleswomen could be improved.

18/09/2024: Since the checkouts changed I no longer go to Cora. An endless queue and the wait I don't even blame you.
17/09/2024: Sad drive...A heavily dented coffee can whose lid was not watertight after opening the lid was slipped into the delivery! Shameful and disingenuous. An apology and a refund are the least we can do here. No customer appreciates being mistaken for trash! I had to decant everything before making my coffee. Really not a nice situation...

29/10/2025: Honestly, I don't understand the negative reviews I've read on Google... For us, Cyrano has always been a very good experience! The owner and waitress are always pleasant and welcoming, and we've never had the slightest problem. The dishes are excellent, well-presented, and plentiful.
Regarding the prices, yes, it's perhaps a little more expensive than a large chain, but that's also normal: we're lucky to have a truly quality little restaurant right in the center of Billom, with fresh produce and friendly service—and that comes at a price.
In short: a warm place, where you eat well and are always well received. I recommend it without hesitation!

Auvergne cured ham, it was indeed purchased in Auvergne in a supermarket.
Piece of beef, meh, the fries 🍟 🍟 🍟 frozen. Knife marked with the action needle, impossible to cut the meat, which is a shame because THIERS isn't very far.
Very dry cheese (Saint Nectaire and blue),
Dessert, blueberry tart from the supermarket.
At 27.50 the menu, it's clearly a steal.
4 customers in all... all on a Saturday lunchtime. You need to think about rethinking yourself.
Really disappointed.

08/01/2026: Two couples with children wanted to have a drink in the afternoon but were refused entry. This establishment doesn't allow strollers or children – a disgrace in 2026! Avoid it!
29/12/2025: Very disappointing.
Cold crepes, cold chocolate, everything arrived completely cold.
The quality is clearly lacking; the crepes were terrible.
The only positive point: the service was quick, but that absolutely does not make up for the poor quality of the food. We tasted it there and frankly, it was a huge disappointment.

08/12/2023: Restaurant a éviter surtout passez votre chemin , plat vraiment pas bon , frite brûlée au goût amer, sauce liquide aucun goût vraiment déçu. Restaurant pas digne de ce nom....
Cuisine a la dégoûte cuisinière pas motivée c'est dommage.

02/09/2024: Plats délicieux et copieux. Produits du terroir. A fréquenter les yeux fermés. Le personnel est très chaleureux, sympa, authentique.
Le cadre est superbe même à l'intérieur. Nous y retournerons pour manger en terrasse dont l'atmosphère est particulièrement agréable.
Un vrai délice.
30/08/2024: La nourriture est bonne, cependant le service est long et les serveurs discutent et boivent entre eux au lieu de nous servir !! Les attentes en devienne donc très longues et les coupures entre les entrées/plats/dessers. Décevant !!!

31/07/2024: Une cuisine digne des plus mauvais plats en boîtes industriels. Du personnel je m'en foutiste que les clients semblent déranger par leur existence.
A part les produits ISO que l'on sert désormais dans toutes les entreprises de restauration rapide (salade et glaces identiques à toutes les salades que l'on trouve partout en France dans ce genre de structure : si vous n'aimez pas l'originalité ou que vous regrettez la cafétéria du boulot, vous ne serez pas déçus ! ).
Le globe fut autrefois une halte sympathique avec une cuisine de brasserie tout à fait honorable.
Une halte ou tout issoirien aimait de temps à autre se poser.
Ce n'est plus le cas.

Nous avons pris et verre et sommes partis sans diner car on ne traite pas le client ainsi - c'est inadmissible. 15 personnes qui papillonnent ensemble dans un ballet mystérieux ou le client est un pion - je ne donne pas cher de ce restaurant à la fin de l'été ... dommage

21/08/2024: Really bad, we clearly have the impression of bothering the people who work there. The food really disgusting and not fresh. The salad was soggy, the chicken wings were almost out of date and according to the waitress, the bacon was not “grilled” because they had been poached in oil. The truffade full of oil and with sponge straw in it. Really don't go there, it's disgusting and super expensive.

12/11/2024: Excellente crêperie, un accueil sympathique, chaleureux on se sent bien dans ce restaurant. Nous y étions déjà allés pour les crêpes sucrées et là nous avons décidé de tenter le déjeuner , un régal. Je conseille vivement ce restaurant , j’ai hâte de revenir pour goûter d’autres crêpes 🥞. N’hésitez pas allez y, vous serez conquis.
03/09/2024: Une cuisine au top. Très bons produits, très bien prépares. Je recommande... une première halte pour un 4h, du coup un retour pour un déjeuner...
