28/09/2024: Dealing with a very unpleasant saleswoman who blows as soon as we ask her for something (in particular to pay separately which does not seem like the end of the world at first glance) I paid extra (on the largest formula at €9.75) to have a praline brioche. The saleswoman went to the back to give me a brioche that was ridiculously small compared to those on the shelves and extremely dry. I therefore concluded that it was unsold from the day before. It didn't seem unpleasant to me, it was quite a disappointing method.

17/09/2024: It's much better than a McDonald's, but the friendliness of the waitresses-saleswomen could be improved.

25/08/2024: Malgré un personnel en terrasse agréable, ce restaurant n'est pas une adresse à retenir. Le chef fait ce qu'il peut, c'est tout à fait correcte, mais l'attente est beaucoup trop longue! Nous sommes partis avant la fin du repas et avons pris notre dessert ailleurs. La patronne est particulièrement désagréable!!!! Elle se permet faire des réflexions déplacées. Les sanitaires sont clairement à revoir!!!!!!! Etablissement à éviter.

06/09/2024: Top room Very kind, pleasant and smiling staff Very good meal and breakfast The only downside for the bathroom that I could say is that the shower is missing a door, despite its large size and its wall, water gets everywhere. Otherwise I had a very good week in this hotel. Thanks to you Elodie from Verisure 😉

04/09/2024: Very large room, clean, very large bathroom, very clean. In the rooms, coffee and tea with kettle available. Nightstand shelf large enough to place a device for sleep apnea which is not negligible given the number of hotels I visited during my vacation and it didn't have all this option. Just a small downside my card did not work to open the room but the problem was quickly resolved by very competent staff. Very good breakfast. Very pleasant and competent staff. Reasonable price compared to some other hotel chains.

26/08/2024: j'ai hésité à m'y rendre au vu de beaucoup d'avis négatifs. Agréablement surprise: serveuses très aimables, des assiettes bien garnies, un excellent burger auvergnat! Je reviendrai sans hésiter.

24/08/2024: Too bad to have to give 1 star... Cold welcome, very long wait, just to have a drink. Fortunately they have no competition otherwise the "restaurant" would have gone out of business a long time ago TO FLEE...

16/09/2024: Discovered during the La Laurent Brochard cyclosportive for the pasta party, we were superbly welcomed, the meal was fantastic, the service royal. I will come back in other circumstances (summer stay) with great pleasure

03/09/2024: Superb experience. We called rather late to make reservations for the same evening. We were very well received. The staff are adorable, helpful, smiling, it’s very appreciable, thank you to them. As for the meal, nothing to complain about, everything was excellent. I highly recommend this brewery. 😊

13/12/2024: Worst experience of our life, the waitress forced us to pay for 2 beers without us wanting to. The waitress is unpleasant and speaks badly to us while feeling superior. Threatens to call the boss and looks down on us. Don't come, I advise you to run!!!

29/09/2024: Mind-blowing... I bought a hotel and spa treatment weekend, for 2 weeks I tried to get the time and day of the treatments during the weekend to organize our stay, no answers! 3 days before our arrival, an email informed me that there was no longer room for our treatments and that my offer was non-refundable. I ask to contact a manager.... No response. Through network and knowledge I obtain the contact of a manager who resolves the problem, but if I had not had this contact, what would have happened?!!! Frozen swimming pool on site, sauna barely heated, thermostat broken. We are told that the problem will be resolved in a few hours while it heats up. The next day swimming pool sauna closed due to sanitation problem. I paid for a thalassotherapy stay and didn't put my ass in the water... I'm delighted. There you go, falling back on alcohol in desperation, the beer tap out of service. An ordinary rum 12 euros. In short, we went above and beyond to obtain a commercial gesture that we got, 25 euros... I cry or I laugh... 315 euros for a spa weekend without a spa is expensive! The hotel is superb on the other hand, our room clean. Excellent breakfast, and the massage was very good. Too bad all that.

28/09/2024: A nightmare. We had booked a spa weekend thinking we would enjoy some time to relax. In the end, unheated swimming pool broken down for 1 week, nothing to satisfy the customer. Spa hammam a smell of sewage in the yellow jacuzzi on the ground and shower out of service. At the swimming pool the drains were yellow from dirt on the ground. The bathroom of the room yellow shower joint, cracked sink and brown drain. Frankly for a Mercury that calls itself SPA it's just unacceptable. The bedroom has the bed facing the window and the TV opposite on the left, very practical. We added a supplement to have a superior room which ultimately overlooks the street and is not clean in the bathroom! Many customers that day were in the same state as us, disappointed! Honestly, run away, keep your money

29/10/2025: Honestly, I don't understand the negative reviews I've read on Google... For us, Cyrano has always been a very good experience! The owner and waitress are always pleasant and welcoming, and we've never had the slightest problem. The dishes are excellent, well-presented, and plentiful. Regarding the prices, yes, it's perhaps a little more expensive than a large chain, but that's also normal: we're lucky to have a truly quality little restaurant right in the center of Billom, with fresh produce and friendly service—and that comes at a price. In short: a warm place, where you eat well and are always well received. I recommend it without hesitation!

18/10/2025: How to put it: Auvergne cured ham, it was indeed purchased in Auvergne in a supermarket. Piece of beef, meh, the fries 🍟 🍟 🍟 frozen. Knife marked with the action needle, impossible to cut the meat, which is a shame because THIERS isn't very far. Very dry cheese (Saint Nectaire and blue), Dessert, blueberry tart from the supermarket. At 27.50 the menu, it's clearly a steal. 4 customers in all... all on a Saturday lunchtime. You need to think about rethinking yourself. Really disappointed. No card payments, only check and cash

08/12/2023: Restaurant a éviter surtout passez votre chemin , plat vraiment pas bon , frite brûlée au goût amer, sauce liquide aucun goût vraiment déçu. Restaurant pas digne de ce nom.... Cuisine a la dégoûte cuisinière pas motivée c'est dommage.
