08/09/2024: Frankly disappointed. The quality has really declined and the prices are exorbitant compared to what is on the plate. Paying a children's menu 11.90 for frozen fries a slice of herta ham maybe or not with 2 leaves of salad and a pompote it's really exaggerated the same for the canon a mountain of salad without sauce and 3 slices of toast with epoisses 3 thin slices of chorizo and 3 cherry tomatoes. I won't come back and prefer to go a little further. And cleaning the floor and toilets a little more often wouldn't be a luxury....

26/12/2024: C'est un flunch, ça ne fait pas rêver, mais ce n'est pas fait pour ça. Maintenant si vous préférez rester sur l'autoroute, ce sera moins bien et beaucoup plus cher.
Salades au choix correctes, plats cuisinés variés, locaux nettoyés en continu pendant l'heure du midi, implication du personnel, parking facile pour surveiller la voiture.
Et avec ce que vous aurez économisé par rapport à l'autoroute, vous pourrez vous payer deux bonnes bouteilles d'excellent blanc de Macon.
05/10/2024: En soi, le restaurant est bien, mais le personnel est médiocre. La personne qui réapprovisionne le buffet prend tout avec ses doigts sans gants et avachi sur le buffet quand les gens passent, et baille devant tout le monde.

01/12/2023: Nous étions 5 à dîner et avons tous apprécié nos plats. Cuisson du boeuf impeccable. Accueil sympathique, service très correct et bonne ambiance. Je recommande.

14/12/2024: Tout était parfait ! Nous avons super bien mangé ! Des frites maisons , une pièce du boucher excellente ! Un pavé de saumon 👍Un tiramisu pour conclure tout ça ! Le meilleur que j'ai pu manger. Une mousse au chocolat originale qui surprend nos papilles 👍Bravo au cuistot ! On reviendra c'est certain.
Ça devient rare de trouver des endroits atypiques où on mange bien !

Les frites maison sont vraiment excellentes,
La viande et notamment le filet de bœuf très tendre.
Un service agréable , des toilettes très propres on reviendra c'est certain

27/10/2024: Brasserie parfaite avant la visite de l'abbaye. Le service est rapide. Les lasagnes végétariennes sont très bonnes. Le café gourmand est bien gourmand. Un sans faute !
13/10/2024: Venus 3 fois dans le week-end, 2 pour boire un verre et une fois pour dîner.
Très bien situé car devant l'entrée de l'abbaye.
L'accueil fut à chaque fois très cordial et souriant.
Le service très correct et assez rapide.
Une carte pour dîner suffisante.
Nous y avons bien mangé, au bon rapport qualité / prix.
Nous revendons avec grand plaisir.

There we found the door closed.
Please refund us, this is unacceptable.
05/07/2024: An excellent gourmet restaurant that we like! Careful service, beautiful tasty cuisine, pretty presentation, the essentials were there. At the top we recommend those around us and the pleasure menu was an excellent discovery for us

13/09/2024: Une jolie salle mais qui manque peut être un peu de chaleur. Excellent accueil. Service de brasserie. Les œufs meurettes auraient mérité un « chouilla » de plus de cuisson. Les ris de veau étaient très bons ils auraient été excellents s’ils avaient cuits dans un beurre mousseux peut être?!
Un bon repas cependant mention particulière pour les sauces.
03/09/2024: The restaurant Le Terminus in Tournus? A real scam! The prices charged are scandalously high for such poor service and quality of food. Let's talk about the service: there were two of us for dinner, and despite three people in the dining room, it was barely better than a canteen. A waiter who would be more at home as a clerk, a waitress who confuses service with moving, and a lost intern.
As for the quality of the dishes, it's even worse. A quenelle for €25 without any taste, allegedly accompanied by “homemade lobster bisque”. How can we talk about homemade lobster bisque when there isn't even lobster on the menu? And the sole meunière at €40 Served whole, uncut, a scandal at that price!
On to the desserts! “Homemade” is as bogus as the rest, like this Tournusien that you find at the local bakery. It’s a real shame, because the menu is tempting. With a little professionalism and real business awareness, this restaurant could be much better. In conclusion? The Terminus de Tournus, absolutely avoid!

17/08/2024: Old hotel with charm and well located in the center of Chalon but the rooms, service and breakfast are absolutely not 4 stars.
17/08/2024: Smell of damp in the room; ineffective air conditioning which must date from the 1980s; few power outlets; uncomfortable spring bedding; paid parking even though customer service assured me that it was included in the price of the night. Restaurant ; vegetable pasta for 25 euros. Certainly a 4* hotel in the 80s but not anymore these days. Very disappointing stay.
