22/02/2026: We had a very bad experience at this restaurant, as the manager/owner spoke very rudely to her kitchen staff and the waitress. We felt uncomfortable and couldn't enjoy our meal together. We understand that the restaurant was full and that this caused stress, but the management needs to be reviewed. We waited an hour before being served, and what's more, the vacherin was served frozen, making it inedible.

09/11/2025: Hello, a message to the owner and anyone wishing to have a coffee or other drink on the terrace: At 12:30 PM, the brasserie was open, but one of the employees refused us entry, saying it was closed in a very unpleasant tone. He added that on Sundays it closes at 2:00 PM. So, it's open at 12:30 PM? This employee seems to think he can choose who gets to enjoy the terrace and have a drink, based on who the customer is. Avoid this place, or you'll have to hire staff capable of building a good reputation for your brasserie. Have a good day.

09/11/2025: Unpleasant welcome, the bar was open with people inside having drinks, and we were told it was closed because the owner was choosing their customers. I don't recommend it. And the opening hours this morning confirm it was open. Edit: It was indeed open, and there were customers, not workers, inside this morning.

17/01/2026: Many years ago, I worked with Michèle and Yvan at Le Neptune restaurant (since then, I've become a restaurateur on the shores of Lake Geneva). They are true professionals, respectful of authentic cuisine, their customers, and the service staff. At Le Neptune, trust is paramount, and respect is their strength. 16/01/2026: Worst pizza I've ever eaten in my life… I ordered a tomato-based pizza with salmon that they call the Nordic. The salmon tasted like nothing but salmon, the tomato sauce was incredibly acidic, and they added something in the middle of the pizza that looked like crème fraîche—I don't even know what it was. In short, I was very disappointed. The pizza cost €15! I would have gone to the kebab shop near my house; I would have eaten better for less, and at least I would have known what was in my food. I do not recommend this pizza. NEVER AGAIN!!!

23/03/2026: We've never eaten such a tender steak, with delicious fries! Very nice bistro atmosphere. Perfect value for money 👍. We were very warmly welcomed even though we hadn't booked. Thank you

20/11/2025: The welcome was very cold, and above all, the food bore no resemblance to what the previous owners had been doing. Essentially reheated leftovers, with no flavor. The steak was tough and the calf's head made my partner ill. This place is definitely one to avoid, especially considering the high price.

31/01/2026: This establishment was subject to administrative closure due to serious health and safety deficiencies. The business is currently for sale.

24/01/2026: The restaurant is excellent and well worth a visit, both for the gourmet dinner and the breakfast. The rooms are modestly comfortable, but we slept well. We received a very warm welcome!

05/04/2026: After going there several times out of necessity because it's the only place where you can eat and have a coffee in the shade in the morning, the service and staff are completely unprofessional. They don't know the basics of restaurant service or customer service; it's a disaster. I won't go into details. I don't recommend it if you want to have a good time.

22/03/2026: I feel compelled to respond to this review, as I was present that day. I find it completely inappropriate and quite surprising. Especially since several comments seem to come from the same people, which raises questions. For your information, there were clearly not just a dozen customers: the terrace was full, as is usually the case whenever the sun is out. Regarding the comments about hygiene, they seem unfounded to me. As a regular, I have never noticed the slightest problem in this regard. Finally, the criticisms of the waitress or the managers are, in my opinion, exaggerated and unjustified. They seem more like comments intended to attract attention than objective feedback. Making a spectacle of oneself in this way is, honestly, quite... As proof, attached are photos of the terrace that day, so we must not have the same view...

02/04/2026: Small hotel above a brasserie. It has prefabricated plastic showers that give it a very outdated look, and the radiators don't work, forcing you to use the air conditioning as a heat pump. 🤷🏻‍♂️

25/03/2026: It's a shame the restaurant and hotel bills can't be separated; the restaurant bill would be much lower. - No wardrobe for my belongings - My bed is barely big enough for me - There's no fire alarm - Strange stains on the ceiling - The paint is cracking everywhere and certainly hasn't been redone in 10 years - There's hair between the mattress protector and my bed sheet - The area under my bed is full of crumbs and dust - The light flickers every 10 minutes - I can't watch a movie on the Wi-Fi - I'm not allowed to eat or I get a €30 fine

29/11/2025: The establishment was closed on a Wednesday despite being advertised as open online. A 45-minute drive for nothing.

10/04/2026: We ordered two set menus at €28.50 each, plus two drinks and half a bottle of sparkling water. We had a €50 Wonderbox voucher, upgraded to €70. The two set menus came to €57, and we had to pay extra for the drinks and water, so the restaurant pocketed €13 and we were out an additional €15. Luckily, the meal was very good, but losing €13 from the Wonderbox and having to pay an extra €15 is excessive!

04/04/2026: A quiet hotel with a rustic style that gives it its charm. The bedding is comfortable, and the breakfast is plentiful; nothing is lacking. The classic regional menu is very good. This hotel deserves to work hard; it's giving its all to stay afloat.

10/04/2026: Although the ice cream is delicious, the owner and staff's attitude is equally unpleasant. Despite there being 5-6 empty tables inside and 4 outside, they told me I couldn't sit there because I had only bought ice cream for the children, even though there wasn't a queue or anything like that outside. If you're wondering how to drive customers away from your business with your attitude, you should definitely visit.

25/04/2026: The owner was very friendly and the waiter too, we ate very well.

12/04/2026: Great! Had an omelet with fries and salad, and a beer. Friendly and hardworking service. Nothing to complain about. Value for money was more than good! Had a pleasant time and spoke to many nice people.

07/04/2026: The calf's head was a delight. A generous portion, and the service was incredibly fast. Never disappointed. Don't forget to book, especially on Mondays, market day, as it's a popular spot.

06/04/2026: A pleasant visit on market day, with very friendly staff but a very disappointing meal. The chicken with morels was tasteless, the sauce unsalted, and they charged an extra €5 for morels, which only served one. I won't be going back.
