15/02/2026: Magnificent. We ate at the restaurant in a very warm setting, overlooking the snow, with excellent cuisine. The tuna appetizer was truly incredible. We had the opportunity to visit the hotel and see the rooms, which are absolutely charming. The service was very welcoming. A wonderful experience at La Sivolière. It makes us want to return.

13/02/2026: BE CAREFUL! This has been the worst experience of my life. I would not wish it to anyone. I booked a Junior Suite of 35 square meters based on the photos shown on the website. The images showed spacious rooms with beautiful balconies and lovely views, which was the main reason I chose this hotel. Upon arrival, I was given a very small room with no balcony. The sleeping area looks around 16 or 17 square meters. The window faces what appears to be a back area covered by a large banner with printed trees instead of a real view. I was told that not all rooms are shown on the website and that the total 35 square meters includes a very large bathroom. The bathroom takes up most of the space, while the actual bedroom feels small and cramped. I asked to change rooms but was told none were available. I asked to cancel, but the booking is non refundable. I now have to stay here for seven days without the option to relocate. Unfortunately, this stay has completely ruined seven days of my time. I strongly advise future guests to confirm the exact room details, balcony and view before booking.

06/12/2025: I received a very warm welcome and thoroughly enjoyed the duck breast, so I went back – their burger was excellent too! I thought it deserved a 5/5 rating!

05/12/2025: Rather disappointing- the magret (of duck!) was excellent but the gratin was undercooked. However my main gripe was with the wine. The wines by the glass looked overpriced for 125ml so I tried the pichet- what a mistake! 15€ for a half litre of the most watery wine I have tasted in a long time. To the restaurants credit, they agreed not to charge for it and I had a very acceptable glass of cotes du rhone instead! To finish, the dessert gourmand was fabulous and the waiter - from New Zealand - was lovely and most attentive so all ended well! Just stop charging punters 15€ for wine which costs you peanuts!

24/01/2026: A fantastic week with you all at lunchtime. The servers were incredibly friendly, energetic, and always smiling. A top-notch team. The food was excellent; we tried a good portion of the menu and were never disappointed. Evan loved the children's menu. Thanks to Jojo for telling us the history of the restaurant. We'll be back.

19/01/2026: Beautiful location at the foot of the slopes, pleasant restaurant. The salad was a bit basic, but the daily special was good and presented friendlyly by a young waiter. The burger was decent but slightly overcooked, and the fries were basic frozen.

11/12/2025: Good food. Ravioli gratin 👍👍 Nice bar for morning coffee.

25/10/2025: Everything is very good. Very friendly and attentive staff. A clientele of regulars and we understand why. Go there, the atmosphere is great. And a little bonus: dogs accepted.

28/12/2025: With a small group of 10 people, we had the opportunity to enjoy a country-style meal on Christmas Day. The food was perfect, as was the menu. One small problem: the dishes arrived barely lukewarm, which is a shame, as some dishes can't be reheated.

13/12/2025: Never disappointed... Well, I'm a huge fan of frog legs and vacherin cheese... and I absolutely love it... I even rave about it every time! The service is very fast and the waiters/waitresses are incredibly professional and friendly... PS: Going to a restaurant is about taking your time... a word to the wise.

30/01/2026: Excellent experience. Perfect welcome, attentive service. They go out of their way for their customers. Given the previous reviews, I was a little hesitant, but now I highly recommend it. The icing on the cake: the EXCEPTIONAL view! Even better at 5 pm than at lunchtime!

24/07/2025: It's been a long time since I've been there, but that hasn't changed. The food is still delicious, the service impeccable. It's a shame the weather wasn't good enough to eat outside. But we can't help that. The owners are welcoming, we had a good chat. You can go there with your eyes closed.

16/01/2026: Unfortunately, we had a bad experience at this restaurant in Val Claret. We waited over an hour to be served (even though we had ordered Savoyard specialties – which are usually served quite quickly). Also worth mentioning – you can't remove the charcuterie from the Savoyard fondue (or you can, but at the same price). Not very customer-friendly... Honestly, avoid this place; there are much better options in the resort.

28/08/2025: A great place to enjoy a coffee at market time or have lunch. Good food and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

20/11/2025: Apart from the waitress, nothing was right. The food wasn't good; the fries were undercooked and frozen, the portions were too small, and the cooking times weren't as advertised. The tiramisu didn't have coffee, and this wasn't mentioned on the menu. It was just a poor-quality cake with sweetened whipped cream and a little chocolate—nothing like a tiramisu. The waitress was smiling. Very disappointing; we won't be back.

10/10/2025: The service was fast. The steak was juicy, the fish melted in your mouth, and the panna cotta was simply divine.

08/02/2026: Beds not very comfortable, location ok, but the hotel is too high to get away and the elevator to the hotel closes at 11 p.m. Otherwise friendly and helpful staff

05/02/2026: The residence was well located, however the central heating was very noisy, forcing us to wear earplugs to be able to sleep.
