14/07/2026: If I had known they would put me in a dirty, under-construction room, I would have never booked this place. To make matters worse, they only inform you *after* you check in that there are absolutely no cancellations allowed. It feels like a trap to lock you into a 4-night stay once you see how bad the accommodations actually are. The Room: I wasn't even in the actual chateau; they put me in a stuffy, under-construction annex building. The carpets were filthy and looked at least 20 years old. The AC: The air conditioning made a loud, disruptive shooting noise all night, making it impossible to sleep. The Service: I had to ask twice over two days just to get anyone to look at the broken AC. They have no concept of customer service. Like some other reviewers mentioned about the customer service of the staff, smiling is optional. The Restaurant: The only saving grace. The restaurant is beautiful and the food is decent. The rooms are worse than a cheap motel for a huge price, and the management's policy and attitude are not friendly. Do not book this place.

26/06/2026: The ocasión was the birthday of husband. The instructions were carefully taken care of. The food was phenomenal, and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was wonderful, but what really blew us away was the service. The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and fast. An absolute good experience from start to finish.

Very elegant flavours, so carefully balanced with amazing presentation and a very surprising non alcoholic pairing. Absolutely worth a massive detour ( to quote a certain tire manufacturer )
