30/12/2025: La Cure d'Air is a lovely, relaxed place for a simple and satisfying meal in Provins. It feels warm and local, and the welcome makes you comfortable right away. The food is straightforward and comforting, with generous portions and a real homemade vibe. Service was friendly and efficient, and the prices felt fair for what you get. It is an easy spot to recommend after a day of walking around the medieval town.

27/10/2025: Every time I'm in Provins for work, I stop by La Cure d'Air for their sirloin steak with brie sauce. A real treat. And what's more, the restaurant offers reasonably priced menus.

03/11/2025: At every flea market in the area, we make a point of going to this inn. The owner serves excellent, generous, home-style cooking, with his wife also waiting tables. The only downside is the wait between courses. But it's well worth it!

18/01/2026: Two lunches last week and both were perfect! The meals were excellent. Special mention to the couscous on Friday and Saturday! It was a bit noisy at lunchtime because it was so busy, but it was still reasonable and typical for this type of establishment. In short, I recommend it.

06/03/2026: Excellent! I went a long time ago and had fond memories. I can confirm it's still just as good, if not better. The Frontom Burger (I hope I spelled it right 🙂) is simply sublime. The fries are plentiful and delicious! I highly recommend it.

12/03/2026: I'm really annoyed. So I went there with my partner. We wanted to order a set menu. Initially, the starter and main course were fine. However, when dessert arrived, what a disappointment! A rice pudding made of sticky rice with a spoonful of custard. Very bad, it's not rice pudding at all. Furthermore, the pear crumble was 90% applesauce. Then came the payment, and the person at the counter wasn't very pleasant. On top of that, another disappointment arose: the set menu wasn't what we expected. Having been used to ordering a set menu with the total price listed, we didn't think dessert would be separate. It was clearly marked starter-main-dessert with the price next to it. €8 for a disgusting crumble and a dreadful rice pudding. Avoid this place! Only the Camembert with honey and the sirloin steak were good. Please refrain from scamming people with fraudulent presentations. I want to emphasize that it's the formula itself that's truly deceitful, malicious, and Machiavellian. I left feeling ripped off and wronged. Horrible.

01/02/2026: Family meal on a Saturday evening. Perfect! The food was delicious, and the welcome and service were warm and exemplary. The dining room had a welcoming atmosphere and was clean. Great job! See you soon!

08/03/2026: We went there on a whim and had a wonderful time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had time to eat our food without being rushed off our plates. This allowed us to truly savor the moment. The food is delicious and unpretentious. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

19/01/2026: Appalling service. Not a smile. No interaction whatsoever. Robots would be more humane. We felt like we were bothering them, even though we were there at the beginning of service. My dish was cold, the ravioli undercooked. We waited 45 minutes for dessert (which was on the menu). They were serving hot dishes... to other diners first. At no point were we asked if everything was alright... not even when paying. This used to be a place I really enjoyed. Very disappointed with the new owners. Our neighbors at the next table weren't any more satisfied. Disappointing!
