The staff was unpleasant and constantly made guests seem like a nuisance. Most seriously, upon our return after a day of sightseeing, several members of our group discovered that their belongings had been searched. Items were missing, including AirPods and several articles of clothing. We don't know how these items disappeared, but this experience has deeply concerned us about the security of the hotel and our personal belongings. 15/06/2026: Being just 5 stops from Disneyland Paris was hard to believe given how cheap it is, but honestly... 100% recommended. The street is full of shops, there's an Aldi for groceries, and it's right next to the station. I would definitely return, standard room.

08/06/2026: The staff were welcoming, however, the numerous issues with the menu and the kitchen prevent me from giving a positive review. By 10:30 PM, there was nothing left on the menu, and they were even mentioning major problems in the kitchen. So, a limited menu with few choices; it used to be a reliable choice, but it isn't anymore. There was a significant delay in service. Despite everything, the staff remained welcoming and tried their best. Poor management was definitely felt.

Recently we privatized Saturday evening for an evening with friends (40 people), the service was top notch with a smile, the dishes delicious and with a great atmosphere! We recommend it without hesitation!
26/10/2025: Lunch for two on October 18, 2025. A warm welcome from the owner. The decor is understated and you feel right at home. For starters, we had grilled chorizo ​​and an assortment of homemade doughnuts. For our main course, we opted for the cod à la braz, which was excellent. And for dessert, a Molotov cake that was simply divine—so light and creamy! All accompanied by a carafe of chilled vino verde. A wonderful discovery that makes us want to return!

08/06/2026: The service and location were good. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The hotel is conveniently located near Disneyland, making it a great option if you're looking for accommodation close to the park. Unfortunately, there were several disappointing aspects of our stay. For a 4-star hotel, the condition of the rooms was unacceptable. They were not properly cleaned, and when we arrived, the room temperature was set to only 16°C according to the AC controller. Our children were freezing. The breakfast was also disappointing. We paid €22 per person, but the selection was very basic and far below what we would expect from a 4-star hotel. Another major issue was the smell in the room. After spending the day out, we returned to find a strong sewage-like odor. We had to keep the window open for several hours to get rid of the smell. Overall, the stay was okay, mainly because of the good location and friendly staff. However, considering the room condition, breakfast quality, and unpleasant odor, I do not believe this hotel offers the standard or value expected of a 4-star hotel.
28/05/2026: We left your hotel very satisfied. The location of the hotel is very close to Disneyland, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly, polite, and welcoming. The parking was free, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. There is also a bowling alley in the next building, where we had a great time as a family. We were happy with everything and truly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back again I would like to briefly share an experience I had with the hotel and how professionally the staff handled the situation. After returning home from my trip, I realized that I could not find my jewelry box. Tired from the journey, I contacted the hotel and mentioned that I was worried it might have been stolen. They responded very quickly and assured me that they would investigate and follow up immediately. A few hours later, I discovered that the jewelry box had not been lost at all — my daughter had placed it next to her toys. I felt very embarrassed and apologized to the staff right away. Please never doubt the hotel’s security. The staff are truly excellent, trustworthy, understanding, and incredibly helpful. I would like to thank them once again for their kindness and professionalism.

It says the restaurant is open until 1 a.m. As the author, I was coming from a book signing in Provins, and I arrived with a friend at 9:30 p.m. on a Saturday night, and they were no longer serving. Or rather, they refused to serve us.

When we arrived at the restaurant at 12:30 pm, we were told that the restaurant was closed due to the heat and that only the brasserie with tapas was open! We decided to try the tapas, even though it wasn't our initial plan. We waited 20 minutes for the waitress to take our order for aperitifs, and after another 20 minutes, still nothing, even though there were only three other customers! So we left. Avoid at all costs!!!!
27/06/2026: We had a fantastic evening at Cyrine's! Special mention for the signature cocktails, a true masterclass! And a super warm welcome from Maud and the whole team! We highly recommend it and we'll definitely be back 🙂

03/04/2026: Passing through a small village near Fontainebleau, we were simply looking to stop for a coffee around 11 a.m. Several establishments share the square, including the Brasserie Samoisienne, which proudly displays the promise of a "warm bistro" on its facade. A promise that, alas, remained just that—a promise. On the terrace, the tables were already set for lunch service. Nothing unusual at that time, especially since two tables were occupied by customers comfortably seated, coffee in hand. So we waited for a member of staff to arrive, naively thinking we could be seated. What followed was… surprising. The employee, barely having arrived, curtly informed us that there was "no room," pointing to the tables already set as if their mere presence was enough to prohibit any service. No alternative was offered, no gesture of welcome was made, not even the suggestion of directing us inside. The tone, however, left little room for interpretation: a clear, abrupt, almost dismissive refusal. A way of saying "move along" that left a bitter taste, especially in a village where one expects a minimum of friendliness. Ironically, the "cozy bistro" was only welcoming to those already seated. For everyone else, the welcome seemed optional. We finally crossed the square to go to the pizzeria opposite, where the welcome was the complete opposite: smiling, simple, human, and where several customers were seated with their coffees and the tables were being set as noon approached. It just goes to show that a few meters are sometimes enough to completely change the experience. Reply to the restaurant owner: I understand, then, that your waitress offered to seat us inside. That's interesting: we were right in front of her, yet the message must have been delivered in "ultra-discreet" fashion. Perhaps a new reception concept is in place, reserved for customers with an internal radar. I completely understand that the tables are set for lunchtime service. What surprises me more is that a simple coffee at 11 a.m. seems to represent an insurmountable logistical challenge. As for your waitress, perhaps it would be wise to examine her approach to customers. A little less sarcasm, a little more hospitality, and everyone would benefit, including your establishment. And since we're on the subject of improvement: placing a little trust in walk-in customers can only be beneficial for your business. They are often the ones who discover a place, talk about it to others… or not, depending on the reception they receive. Besides, your reaction suggests that criticism might not be your cup of tea. Yet, it's an integral part of running a business and can even be useful, if you're willing to listen. I also note that following my comment, your opening hours have been changed and now indicate a midday opening. This shows that criticism can sometimes be beneficial, even when it's not appreciated.
