08/03/2026: Hello, very disappointed. My family and I came to discover the new owner. We used to eat at this restaurant, but unfortunately, we won't be returning. My partner and I work in the restaurant industry, and we noticed that no preparation (in the kitchen) had been done for our table of 12, which was booked for a birthday celebration. As a result, we waited four hours for a meal consisting entirely of frozen food (except for the foie gras). We waited two hours for a simple foie gras appetizer and two slices of bread. The main course was cold and unsatisfactory. We mentioned that we had to leave by a certain time, which the chef was unable to respect. In addition to all this, the servers were very pleasant but seemed lost because the kitchen couldn't keep up. In short, we will unfortunately not be returning.

07/03/2026: A reservation request made the day before was never confirmed or refused, with no response whatsoever. There's no point in offering online reservations if this is how it works. We arrived at opening time for a table of five, unsure if our reservation had gone through, and were turned away. The restaurant was completely empty. The person I spoke to wasn't particularly friendly and offered no apology for the lack of confirmation.

02/03/2026: We arrived as a party of 12, and this clearly posed a problem for the waitress. The welcome was particularly cold: no audible or pleasant greeting, unlike the customers who arrived after us. Her closed-off attitude left no room for doubt. She curtly told us not to sit where we had chosen, then gestured towards tables in the back that she was "going to prepare," without any further explanation or courtesy. A more respectful and professional welcome would have been appreciated.

14/03/2026: First time grabbing a quick bite, so I didn't have time to try the sweet crepes; that'll be for next time. The welcome was friendly and the savory crepes were very good.

You can immediately tell the food is homemade, with fresh ingredients, lots of flavor, and generous portions, as you can see from the photo of the white chocolate/coconut dessert. The dishes are simple but really well-prepared, and it's a pleasure to find an authentic place like this. The welcome is warm thanks to Olivier's cheerful disposition; you quickly feel right at home. Highly recommended!

12/03/2026: This is really not what I expected reading the reviews. Very quirky decoration - seats and tables that are from another decade. The food and the servers were great though, just no atmosphere. Very will priced and very generous just be ready for the unusual!

18/09/2025: An impromptu stop at this restaurant in Moret. The menu is short but full of surprises. Fusion cuisine is open to the world, yet unpretentious. Friendly service, lovely terrace. Set menu and daily specials.

22/02/2026: Creperie Good points: Nice atmosphere. Inexpensive. And it's busy. But, the crepe and galette batter isn't up to scratch. At some point, you have to respect tradition. The galettes are bland (not enough buckwheat flour?) and the crepes are rubbery. They need to go back and do some training with the Bretons or use the right ingredients for the batter.

21/02/2026: A place you'll return to with renewed pleasure. The service is exemplary: the waitress brilliantly combines efficiency, friendliness, and discretion. As for the food, the daily crêpes are generous and showcase high-quality ingredients. All this in an authentic and welcoming setting that invites relaxation. A sure bet that I highly recommend.

21/12/2025: Christmas visit to the castle in the rain! We had lunch at the Relais de l'Écureuil for a hot meal, and the downside was the long queue and the limited choice of sides. We were surprised by the very restricted side options (no choice at all): butternut squash and split pea flan 😮‍💨 That's it! A real shame
