28/06/2026: When will the owners fix the washing machines and dryers? I've been here several times, trying to wash and dry clothes. They charge me, but it doesn't work. The last time, they charged me €12 and €24! Everything smelled musty, even though fabric softener and detergent were added. The dryer sometimes charges, but doesn't work at all.

17/06/2026: Terrible service, they only brought us our drinks after we'd been eating for a while and only because we asked for them several times. Then they took our plates away while we were still eating; it seemed like they wanted to kick us out.

20/04/2026: A very disappointing experience at this brasserie. The owner (or manager, called “Farid” by other customers) was particularly unpleasant and unwelcoming from the moment we arrived. His attitude was cold, even aggressive, which immediately made us feel uncomfortable. The situation was quite incomprehensible: we were told that no coffee was served… in a brasserie. That's already surprising, but the way he said it was even more so. The most shocking thing was the lack of respect: he dared to say in front of other customers that we “didn't understand anything.” This type of remark is completely inappropriate and unacceptable in a place that's supposed to be friendly. Between the lack of expected service and such an unpleasant welcome, this is definitely an experience to avoid. A serious effort to improve customer service and respect is needed.

19/05/2026: Shameful stringy flank steak, cheap frozen fries, the cheapest salad with a tasteless, prepared dressing, and to top it all off, the strawberry tart was vomit-inducing—very few strawberries and drowned in sugary sauce. Returning inedible. Restaurant for poor tourists.

18/05/2026: Charming crêperie run by attentive staff. Very good galettes and very reasonable prices.

16/06/2026: We were on a long bike tour, and although the restaurant was about to close, the very friendly landlady let us have a bit of the buffet: fantastic appetizers, salads, hot dishes and desserts - we were thrilled!

14/06/2026: I went to this establishment today at 2 PM for brunch. When I arrived, the owner gave me a dirty look and told me they were packing up, even though it clearly states that brunch is served until 3 PM. I insisted, and then she refused to serve us, saying they don't accept cards on Sundays. She was very unpleasant, and we left disappointed.

Nothing is missing from the table, and the service is efficient. I recommend making a reservation. Go there; you won't be disappointed.

04/06/2026: It's not a restaurant, just a self-service cafeteria. The menu we saw on our way in, just for a visit to the park, was fine... but when we came for lunch, there was only the daily special. The menu is only available on weekends... and the daily special was "a chicken cooked in broth with zucchini (the heads still on)," and the overall taste was "average." In short, we asked at reception to see the menu before going in, since we couldn't go out to eat and then come back... but we were disappointed when we returned from a short walk around the castle to find the menu had changed and there was nothing left but the daily special!

21/05/2026: We've stayed at this hotel before and have always been delighted. However, our last stay was a real disappointment. The room was nowhere near what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel: mold and dust around the window, faded paint, and stains on the floor. On the other hand, the staff were excellent, as were the restaurant and service. And a big thank you to the masseuse who was perfect.

25/11/2025: A wonderful discovery, made entirely by chance. The restaurant was almost full on a Tuesday lunchtime, which was very reassuring. The set menu was €17.50 (starter, main course, and dessert), with generous and beautifully presented portions—exactly what was needed for customers heading back to work. The waitress was very friendly and efficient. The setting was pleasant and very clean. Well done, keep it up!

11/04/2026: The buffet offered relatively few choices compared to other Disney hotel restaurants. Even though the price was lower, the latter offered significantly more variety. The food wasn't exceptional, but it wasn't bad either. However, the servers were extremely pleasant and attentive, which made the experience more positive.

25/03/2026: The all-you-can-eat buffet isn't exactly cheap, but it includes one free drink and a wide selection of meat, vegetables, and salads. There's also a large variety of delicious desserts. Most of the food was very good, some items were just satisfactory. The service was very friendly and attentive. If you're staying in a bungalow next door anyway, it's definitely worth a visit.

31/05/2026: We tried the Noura fast-food restaurant and the experience was very disappointing. We waited about 35 minutes for a simple wrap and fries, which is far too long for this type of restaurant. Once served, we were surprised by the very small size of the wrap, especially considering the price, which we found excessive. The fries also didn't justify their price. The staff seemed clearly overwhelmed, and the overall organization left much to be desired, which probably explains the long wait times. It's a shame, because the potential is there, but the overall experience doesn't make us want to return. We won't be going back.

31/05/2026: We received our food after a one-hour wait; everyone else was being served before us, even though we were seated before the other customers. The food was plentiful, but the service was awful. I won't be going back. The service needs improvement; the servers were overwhelmed, even though the restaurant wasn't full.
