The dessert menu was perfectly executed: oysters, foie gras, lobster spring roll with Thai flavors, followed by sorbet, beef fillet, sweetbreads (a local institution), very good sea bream fillet, delicious scallops, a well-chosen cheese platter, and indulgent desserts. A very nice wine list. Reservations are recommended. Very efficient service, keep up the good work, thank you.

20/03/2026: In a bucolic setting, this charming crêperie is full of delicious crêpes! A must-try, and I'll definitely be back. There's a wide selection, something for everyone! I had the Savoyard crêpe with a perfectly dressed green salad and a chocolate coconut dessert crêpe 😍. A perfect start to the weekend, with the Normandy sunshine as a bonus. I highly recommend this place!

21/03/2026: The food at L'Esperance is excellent; the ingredients are high quality, and the cuisine is delicious. I also appreciate the choice of tableware, which adds a nice touch. It might seem like a small detail, but it contributes to the overall experience. The presentation of the poultry was quite traditional. The biggest drawback for me is the restaurant's ambiance: the harsh white lighting is rather stark and could be dimmed, but more importantly, the acoustics are poor when the dining room is busy. It has a canteen-like feel and could benefit from being more furnished and decorated (furniture, rugs, a screen, etc., to help dampen the sound). That's all it needs to make the restaurant a must-try, in my opinion, because the food is truly excellent!
