13/01/2026: Excellent value for money, fast and efficient service. The only downside is that it's a bit noisy in winter, but the terrace is very pleasant in summer.

30/12/2025: A truly wonderful restaurant. The owners are lovely and welcoming, and the chef cooks divinely. Every time we come to the south, it's a pleasure to return. We recommend this place without hesitation!

08/02/2026: We ate there on Saturday evening, and the dishes were served cold. But it was still very good. On the other hand, I feel sorry for the waitresses who were being scolded by the chef. I don't think that's normal at all during service. We were greeted by the young woman; she was great! There was a smell of cigarettes in the restaurant when we arrived, which wasn't very pleasant.

15/02/2026: A perfect stay...from the welcome to the room and the evening meal. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. The staff was smiling and pleasant. The room was clean and tastefully decorated, with carpeting that made you want to take off your shoes and feel right at home! The bathroom was spotless. And the evening meal was a delight...enjoyed in front of a cozy fireplace. The service was excellent. Thank you.

12/12/2025: The food quality was disappointing. Having such a beautiful view but not the staff to match is a real shame. Unfortunately, for our next stays we will have to leave the resort to eat in the evening, which is very inconvenient.

Restaurants in the port area can sometimes be disappointing and tourist traps, but this restaurant is truly excellent. I recommend it and it deserves 5 stars.

21/01/2026: A moment of pure bliss at the Auberge de Saint Donat. We had an absolutely wonderful time. From the moment we arrived, the charm of the place worked its magic: a calm, relaxing setting, full of authenticity, ideal for savoring an excellent meal. The dishes were of very high quality, as beautiful as they were delicious. You immediately sense the expertise of a talented chef, attentive to the ingredients and flavors. Each plate is carefully prepared, beautifully presented, and perfectly executed. The service was impeccable: attentive, professional, and warm. This contributed fully to the pleasure of the experience. We left extremely happy with this experience. It's an address we recommend without the slightest hesitation, and we will return with great pleasure. A restaurant to discover, and rediscover.

01/10/2025: The hotel is nestled in the heart of the forest in Sainte-Maxime. Lovely little room with TV and air conditioning, and excellent bedding. Charming little private terrace. Heated pool beyond our expectations. Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious, generous breakfast, mostly homemade. 200% recommended.

11/10/2025: Honestly, nothing to say! Chicken Snack is a real gem. Top-notch service, super welcoming, you can tell they love what they do. Everything is homemade, it's fresh, it's good, and the portions are generous. The value for money is just perfect, especially compared to other restaurants we've been to - there's no comparison, they're the best. Honestly, go there with your eyes closed, you won't be disappointed! 👌🔥

09/10/2025: Honestly incredible! The best snack bar in the area, hands down. The portions are super generous, the fries are homemade (and really delicious 😍), and the prices are super reasonable. It's even better than any of the restaurants we ate during our three-week vacation! The chicken is delicious, the burgers too, and even the desserts, although industrial, are super good. The staff is super nice, polite, and honest; it's nice to meet friendly people who don't rip off tourists, as is sometimes the case on the French Riviera. We chose to eat there just before leaving to end our vacation on a great note, and we didn't regret it ❤️

10/07/2025: A small meal for 7 to celebrate my daughter's graduation! We had a blast. We fell in love with this restaurant in the center of Hyères. The service is top-notch and the food excellent. The price is average. In short, I highly recommend it.
