07/01/2026: What a wonderful discovery this charming restaurant in the heart of the village of Ollioules was! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from start to finish. The dishes are meticulously prepared, exquisitely refined, sometimes even daring, yet everything comes together perfectly: an explosion of flavors! The welcome is warm, the service impeccable, and we listened with genuine passion as each dish was described. We will most certainly return, especially since the menu changes regularly with the seasons, offering plenty of opportunities for further culinary discoveries.

24/10/2025: We discovered this restaurant thanks to a gift certificate for a romantic meal. What a delight! It's an absolute sensory experience. It all begins with Gaëlle's presentation of the menu, then once the choice is made (not easy), comes the visual pleasure of plating the dishes before letting your taste buds feast on the unique but oh-so-delicious dishes. Les Étiquettes is now one of our top 10 restaurants.

10/07/2025: A small meal for 7 to celebrate my daughter's graduation! We had a blast. We fell in love with this restaurant in the center of Hyères. The service is top-notch and the food excellent. The price is average. In short, I highly recommend it.

06/07/2025: We arrived late, but we were still very well received. The cuisine is original and tasty (beware, those who don't like cilantro). The lemon tart is sumptuous! The service is friendly and the setting pleasant. We highly recommend it!

25/02/2026: Arriving late, we were able to access our rooms using a code. The neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing. We found parking without any problem on a nearby street. A bus stop is just steps away for easy access to the city center. Good experience. The room had a capsule coffee machine, was quite clean and cozy. The service and welcome were very pleasant. Thank you.

18/02/2026: We had a wonderful evening this past Monday. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the food impeccable. The sea bass baked in a salt crust was incredible, as was the Aubrac beef with homemade fries. The desserts were incredibly delicious and the service was attentive. A special thank you to the young trainee waiter who was extremely kind and very professional. We will definitely be back.

01/10/2025: La Table de Lilou is a great restaurant not to be missed! The cuisine and quality of the products are remarkable, the quantities are very generous, and the owner and cook are very friendly and pleasant. I highly recommend it; you won't be disappointed.

18/03/2026: Found it by chance a month ago. The very kind manager found us a table for two even though it was sold out. We were able to eat some delicious crepes (they're quite large, but I overdid it). I highly recommend it if you're in the area. (Better to book.)
