15/08/2026: Horrible service, they prefer tidying up to serving customers, and you're forbidden from sitting with other customers because it's supposedly too late, but no opening hours are displayed. Avoid at all costs.

20/05/2026: I received a terrible welcome at reception; my TooGoodToGo order was given out during my scheduled pickup time! They gave my order to someone else, whom I paid for at 8:00 PM, and I arrived at 8:01 PM. Not very humane.

26/08/2026: The restaurant is beautifully located, but... No one speaks English. The menu is only available in French. And the most interesting thing is that I ordered 4 soups, and the lady gave us 7 plates and counted them as 7 servings. This approach is tragic: a plate of soup costs €23, but it was served in a pot, so I thought... A pot of soup costs €23, and it turns out the plate is a good number.

22/08/2026: Excellent restaurant right on the water, very welcoming even without a reservation 😉, very good value for money, perfectly cooked fish and the sardines were amazing, we will be back.

29/08/2026: Terrible and rude waiter! Not even a greeting when we arrived, even though the place was nearly empty. We waited 10 minutes before he came to clear our table, and when it came time to pay, he ate behind his till and, of course, didn't even say goodbye or look at us! Avoid at all costs.

28/08/2026: A very bad experience. The service is the major drawback of this otherwise inviting café. We were greeted and seated with little consideration. Throughout the entire service, we felt a profound disdain and a complete lack of concern from the server assigned to our section. The terrace was on the left side when facing the restaurant. I do not recommend it, or at least choose your terrace very carefully.

Special mention to Léa, who was always smiling, efficient, and attentive, greatly contributing to making this moment even more enjoyable. A place to remember and recommend!

12/04/2026: They offer you dishes without telling you the price, and then at the end, they finish you off by saying, "YES," we warned you, and that's the price everywhere! The meat, however, was of the same quality as any basic chain restaurant. And don't even get me started on the condescending way they speak to you when you dare to give your opinion. Avoid at all costs!

23/08/2026: The meal wasn't great at all... and expensive for what it was! The servers weren't very friendly. We were seated crammed together. Honestly, avoid this place.

23/08/2026: We ate at Le Grillon on August 23, 2026, and the service was appalling. It took over 50 minutes to order, and the waiter spoke to us as if we were old friends. He even smoked a cigarette while talking to new customers. I only recommend this restaurant for the food.

21/08/2026: Rump steak and an empty buffet… For the price paid, it's frankly pathetic. Everyone will form their own opinion.

20/08/2026: We arrived on Thursday, August 20th at 7:30 PM and ordered (there were only 5 different dishes). The buffet was empty, and we had to wait for 10 fries. People were practically jumping on the buffet like it was a war zone. There was no more steak for the children's menu, only a breaded fish fillet that looked like a piece of cardboard. We went to get the Basque chicken, and there was almost nothing left. The cook told us, "I'll give you an extra piece of plain chicken, it's free."... Oh, how very kind of you to give me a free piece of plain chicken because you're out of Basque chicken, which cost me twice as much! I used to love Flunch, but now it's become a complete mess. Between the lack of food, the pitiful quality of what's available (when there is any at all), and people who can't even supervise their children, it's like being at a carnival.

22/07/2026: Draft beer wasn't cold, the place was very disorganized, the owners were at the till, and the waiter was running around everywhere. There was a long wait, and it was expensive for what you get. Not recommended.

23/06/2026: My best friend and I were there on Sunday, June 21st at noon. We received a VERY warm welcome. They waited until we had finished our aperitif (many restaurants don't do that). The service was excellent and the food was VERY, VERY GOOD from the appetizer to the dessert.

26/06/2026: I sit down on the terrace. No one comes to see me. I go to the bar to get my coffee. It costs €2. The price displayed at the counter is €1.80. Apparently, that's the price on the terrace. Great! You've saved 20 cents…👍👏 Please display: tourist price: €2 😉

17/07/2026: I wanted to order a frappé. The owner replied: "I don't make them, you don't see how many people are here. I have other things to do!"

10/05/2026: I arrived at 12:45 on May 8th, the weekly market day, alone without a reservation. Despite this, I wasn't kept waiting long, and received attentive service with impeccable smiles. The daily special (mussels marinière with blue cheese and a raspberry crumble dessert) was delicious, and coffee and appetizers were offered. I was only one person on the menu, yet I was treated perfectly, feeling like a regular at home. It was my first time there. The quarter bottle of Côtes du Rhône at €13.50 on the wine list was salty, but this surprise was easily forgotten thanks to the overall experience. Highly recommended. Hervé D.

08/08/2026: Having been assaulted a few years ago by the owner when I was still a minor, I remember my outfit being deemed "too short" and "provocative." Being just a child, I didn't think I'd have to justify the length of my skirt to people over 50. The owner also told me to "dress better," implying that if I dressed that way, I shouldn't complain about being looked at lewdly. I realize now how unacceptable that was; it's shameful! Furthermore, the food was mediocre, even bad. Frozen, nothing homemade—avoid at all costs!!

26/07/2026: Unbeatable value for money, excellent food, and a rustic atmosphere. The Var region at its most authentic!

22/07/2026: Tasteless sausage, tomato sauce served as a substitute for a tomato soup, a very unpleasant waitress with short hair who addressed me informally as soon as I arrived, didn't smile at all, and spoke very aggressively.

08/05/2026: Simple, home-style cooking, just the way we like it. The portions are generous, like what Mom or Grandma used to make for the younger generation. Thank you to the whole team for your warm welcome. I recommend stopping by to enjoy the fresh air on the indoor terrace.
