28/07/2026: So good we ate there two nights in a row! The St. Pierre restaurant is absolutely delicious, a small table for two overlooking the boats, facing the sunset. Our waiter, Christophe, was incredibly attentive and found us a perfect table even though we hadn't made a reservation. We recommend it 200% and can't wait to go back!!!

26/07/2026: A very warm welcome, good food, and an extra point for the table settings: very clean tablecloths and cloth napkins, which is very rare.

20/05/2026: I received a terrible welcome at reception; my TooGoodToGo order was given out during my scheduled pickup time! They gave my order to someone else, whom I paid for at 8:00 PM, and I arrived at 8:01 PM. Not very humane.

30/04/2026: I wish to inform you of a particularly disappointing experience at your establishment. While simply buying a croissant, I was met by a cashier who was clearly more preoccupied with texting than attending to customers. The payment was processed carelessly, with an unprofessional and frankly dismissive attitude. As a regular customer, I find this regrettable. This type of behavior clearly damages the image of your establishment. I suggest you remind your employee of the basics of customer service, or even consider providing her with refresher training in this area. Sincerely

15/03/2026: Mixed feelings A warm welcome with a smile, a perfect location, and a beautiful setting. (Great branding!) A rather simple and quite small room. Two other points: • The restaurant • Breakfast Breakfast was expensive, with limited choices and no local products; in my opinion, it needs a complete overhaul. But the real drawback lies in the poor quality of the Riva restaurant, especially considering the price of the set menu (€72). The service was mixed, with inexperienced and slow staff, resulting in a very long wait. As for the food, I believe there is a lack of skill and technique. The seared shrimp were far too salty. The foie gras ravioli was well-prepared, but the ginger-infused meat jus, due to a disastrous amount of ginger, became a dish that numbed the palate. The main course was fine, nothing exceptional but decent (be sure to sharpen your knives well as the blades are no longer cutting). The dessert was very good, fresh and pleasant, a lovely ending. Regarding the wine list, it's a shame there are so few regional wines, especially in the selection of wines by the glass. Nevertheless, I thank the staff at Maison Berard for their superb welcome.

18/02/2026: I only used the spa; I had a gift voucher for about 2 hours of relaxation: bubble bath, themed shower, hammam (too hot), sauna + cold bath, and upstairs free herbal tea room, however, the herbal tea was cold!

26/05/2026: This was our second or third time going there as a family, and on Saturday night they charged us adult prices for my two-year-old daughter, who obviously doesn't eat like an adult! We mentioned it at the till, and the owner's response was, "That's just how it is!" It's outrageous and not very customer-friendly! The main courses are generally good, but all the desserts are frozen.

22/05/2026: No choice at the grill stand today, for the rest it's a lottery as usual, some good stuff and some not so great stuff, hard to guess

18/06/2026: A huge thank you for this evening. Our waiter, Steeve, was incredibly attentive from beginning to end. The meal was excellent for €35. We were very surprised by the price for the quality; it was superb. The DJ created a great atmosphere. We weren't from the area, but we'll definitely be back. 31/03/2026: The burger was delicious and homemade, served with great fries and salad. My daughter had the ribeye steak, and it was excellent and very tender. No complaints whatsoever. We'll be back.

13/01/2026: The hot chocolate was disappointing; it was cold and probably better if I'd had it at home. The owner didn't even say hello or goodbye.

19/07/2026: A restaurant we'd been coming to every year for the past seven years. This year, a huge disappointment. We didn't even sit down. The menu has changed. The truffle sauce is gone. Now it's an optional extra, and at an exorbitant price. Yes, there are tourists, but they're not willing to pay €10 more per dish than before. Now this restaurant is no better than any other in the area.

15/07/2026: My opinion is very mixed, to be honest. The service and cocktails were top-notch, no complaints there, but the tapas and salad were really disappointing, especially considering the superb setting. What a shame!

03/05/2026: Terrible!! The wait was horribly long, the restaurant was disgusting and dirty, the food was passable to say the least, in short, avoid it.

06/06/2026: Not a tourist trap, but a wonderfully authentic and rustic restaurant (and bar) where, just like in the countryside, you can still get a delicious homemade menu for €17 including wine, and at the end they ask if you'd like dessert or cheese. That's how I remember it from France. Very warm and friendly hosts. I don't know if there's even a menu... I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to eat well and authentically without any fuss. I'll definitely be back!

26/04/2026: A real old-fashioned hole-in-the-wall, untouched by time and run by a very friendly grandmother. I love finding places like this that have a bygone charm at incredibly low, canteen-style prices. The deviled egg was a tad overcooked, but hey, it's not fine dining. You come here more for the price, the atmosphere, and the hearty, home-style cooking with plenty of choice. A set menu of starter, main course, cheese or dessert, and a quarter-liter of wine included for 17 euros in a posh seaside town is worth noting, especially since I never do that. A real treat.

06/06/2026: The hotel is very well located, which is undoubtedly its main advantage and makes getting around easy. However, the rooms are very basic and, in my opinion, do not meet the expected standard of a 3-star hotel. Breakfast was also a disappointment. The selection is limited, especially for bread, with only baguettes and rusks. Offering Laughing Cow cheese lacks variety and quality for an establishment of this category. Finally, the staff is friendly and pleasant, but sometimes lacks energy. Overall, the location is a real strength, but several aspects could be improved to live up to a 3-star rating.

25/05/2026: Nice hotel, but the room... construction work wasn't finished around the front door. Good breakfast. Very pleasant setting and in the city center.

19/07/2026: I wanted to go to Flunch, so when I arrived, the dishes were empty, completely empty. I went to see the hostess, and she gave me the cold shoulder. There were only two of us, as if it was my fault there were only two of them. She told me the person in charge of refilling the dishes was on break. Oh, right, you should have mentioned that at the register. My friend took some pasta that was left over; it was dry, so dry it must have been from the day before. How can they leave things like that? Just because it's cheap doesn't mean they should serve anything. It's shameful.

26/06/2026: I sit down on the terrace. No one comes to see me. I go to the bar to get my coffee. It costs €2. The price displayed at the counter is €1.80. Apparently, that's the price on the terrace. Great! You've saved 20 cents…👍👏 Please display: tourist price: €2 😉

01/08/2026: We do not recommend it. It took a mere 49 minutes to get a meal for four as a family on a July evening. We hadn't even finished our aperitifs before the main courses arrived… a small quantity of mussels and many with empty shells! It leaves much to be desired!

29/07/2026: Great location! Despite the crowd, my order was taken quickly and the staff were kind enough to prepare a simpler dish for my son (spaghetti with just tomato sauce). The manager and his team were incredibly friendly and welcoming :)
