04/05/2026: Absolutely perfect! We chose this restaurant based on the many positive reviews and we weren't disappointed! The meal was excellent from start to finish. The flavors were perfectly balanced (which is all the more remarkable given the unusual combinations of ingredients, making them difficult to achieve such a high level of skill), and they were truly out of the ordinary. Everything is homemade, and you can taste the difference; the ingredients were fresh and delicious. The service was impeccable, the staff very pleasant and attentive. There was virtually no wait between courses (literally only the cooking and preparation time, nothing more), but that didn't mean we felt rushed at all—quite the opposite! We were able to chat at our leisure and were even the last to leave… and no one came to hurry us or ask us to rush (which, given the time, would have been more than understandable). The time flew by, and we thank the entire team for their kindness. The value for money is truly remarkable, both for the portion sizes and the entire menu. And the cocktails are some of the best I've ever tasted! The ratings are more than deserved; we'll gladly return :)

03/05/2026: This restaurant has something unique about it: for the duration of a meal, the hustle and bustle of everyday life gently fades away, giving way to a suspended moment, almost timeless. 1/ The cuisine is distinguished by a certain elegance and controlled creativity. Daring to use olives in a dessert is a rare audacity, brilliantly executed here. As for the ravioli, they seduce with their delicacy and balance. 2/ The decor, both simple and warm, creates a welcoming atmosphere. The stone walls and furniture are authentic. Admittedly, a discreet piece of tape left behind after painting reminds us that everything isn't frozen in perfection… but that's also what makes the place charming. 3/ Finally, the service perfectly completes the experience. A big thank you to Callum, whose attentiveness and kindness greatly contributed to the quality of this moment. His presence, both discreet and efficient, as well as his thoughtful attention; This little jar of sweet olive tapenade... pfff, what can I say? In short, a place where you come as much for the good food as for soaking up the particularly pleasant atmosphere.

11/04/2026: A must-try in Luchon. The cuisine is refined, the dishes are elegant, and the service impeccable. The value for money is excellent, whether for lunch or dinner. A sure bet in the valley!

20/04/2026: We recently dined here and our experience was mixed. The service, while quick, felt rather impersonal and sometimes a bit abrupt. We were particularly surprised to receive the bill before we had finished our desserts and coffees, which gave a somewhat rushed impression. As for the food, we were a little disappointed. The scallop risotto lacked creaminess, and the scallops were slightly overcooked. The salad called for a soft-boiled egg, which turned out to be hard-boiled, which was also a shame. The tiramisu, meanwhile, was quite sweet, and we didn't really get the expected coffee flavor. Considering the bill (around €70 for two), the value for money wasn't entirely convincing. Perhaps we simply had an off day, but this experience hasn't made us want to return.

18/04/2026: I just ordered take away and it was the smallest amount of food I've ever received, which was fine because the Saag paneer was almost inedible. The paneer was rubbery and flavorless and there was a thick oily taste as well, really strange paneer. The vegetable samosas were good.

13/03/2026: Reservation for a group of 30 people. A very warm and friendly welcome. A corner was reserved for us. There was a bit of a setup time, but the service went very smoothly, not too long a wait, and the staff's balance in checking that everything was alright and letting us enjoy ourselves was perfect. Each of us had opted for the €30 set menu with tapas and drinks. It's true that the set menu isn't exactly cheap; it's a certain price. But while we were worried about whether there would be enough food, we had absolutely no complaints. The tapas were delicious and more than plentiful. Then, around 10:00 or 10:30 pm, the music started playing—all genres, all eras, all generations—ideal for everyone to enjoy. In short, the whole group applauds the entire work of the Borriquito team, their flexibility and professionalism, with a special mention to Salomée who took care of us all evening.

19/04/2026: Excellent experience! The waitress was very friendly despite our large and boisterous table :) The ribeye steak was superb 🥩 as were the side dishes. I highly recommend it.
