The ambiance was pleasant and the service staff were courteous and attentive throughout the evening. Unfortunately, the dining experience fell short where it mattered most—the food.Considering the price point and overall positioning of the restaurant, the lack of flavor was particularly disappointing.Overall, it was an underwhelming experience that did not meet expectations.

I thoroughly enjoyed my meal; I had a burger with fries, and everything was homemade. The dessert was a delicious tiramisu!

25/05/2026: It's such a lovely place to enjoy a cup of homemade iced tea or herbal infusion. They also serve delicious pancakes! It's warm and inviting, surrounded by books, with soft music for working or meditating, and it's air-conditioned on hot days.

A shaded terrace under linden trees in the back courtyard.
Absolutely perfect. Both the food and the service were impeccable. A large salad accompanied by a shrimp and avocado salad.
While waiting for my train home, it was another lovely moment and a wonderful surprise during my stay in Toulouse.
I highly recommend it!

The blend of flavors and textures, the presentation, the simple and friendly service... All this in a magnificent vaulted cellar setting surrounded by exposed brick... So typical of Toulouse!
Go without hesitation for a romantic meal :) I also noticed they have a room at the back that can be reserved for private events!
05/05/2026: A cozy atmosphere, a waiter who gives excellent advice on food and wine pairings and who will surely help you discover some hidden gems!

The dishes were excellent and sophisticated. The staff were very friendly.
