03/12/2024: Le Petit Poucet is a restaurant which seems to have a well-established regular clientele, benefiting from a particularly attentive welcome. For new customers, however, the attention span may seem more limited, which can create a sense of distance. In terms of cuisine, it's almost faultless: the dishes perhaps lack a little originality, but they are impeccably executed, with fresh, seasonal and local products, which is always a real plus. The atmosphere, for its part, could benefit from modernity, and the service, although correct, does not always reach the level of attention that one would expect in this type of establishment. An interesting place for a reliable culinary experience, but which could appeal more with a little more originality and dynamism in the welcome.

26/09/2024: We tried to have lunch there during the week… on a Wednesday… catastrophic experience! Arriving at 12:30 p.m., half of the dishes on the menu are not available, and despite choosing a dish that is apparently available, we learn after 10 minutes that it is not available either... and we wait 1 hour for our second choice: a tartare! Inedible and without any side dishes (fries), because they don’t have any anymore either!! The waiter did not control the cash register and we had to fight to get a commercial offer... we understood that it was not his fault, but it is not very professional to leave two young recruits alone on a lunch service …might as well close! In short, we won't take the risk of coming back to see if the service and the cuisine improve!

10/06/2025: Went yesterday with my girls. The service was good. We were the only costumers in the restaurant so all was quick. The food didn’t have much flavor. I took vegetarian Bo Bun and truly the amount of vegetables in it was very small compared to many many other places I order this dish.

07/06/2025: I ordered takeout from this restaurant and everything was perfect. Delicious dishes, generous portions, and impeccable quality. The service is fast and friendly, even when ordering. I highly recommend it; it's a real favorite.

15/12/2024: The GPS has already led me straight to the trash cans. I went to reception for the first time on foot where I had the impression of disturbing one of the managers of the establishment who calmed down a little later. When I took the right entrance, I realized that the parking lot was even further away. It was dark and cold. I came back to reception with my suitcase and then had to go out to put it in my room. This one is located in another building even further from where I was parked. I thought I had returned to Centerparcs without the animals. Fortunately, the reception staff were very helpful and explained everything to me. No one to help carry the luggage, which is surprising for a 4 star. Of course, there is an elevator but above all, I was lucky to have a room on the 1st floor, close to an emergency exit and a parking space. Otherwise, everything is very clean, the king-size bed is very comfortable, the restaurant setting is pleasant. I found the menu expensive for what is offered, the resident menu (main course, dessert and 1 glass of wine at €30 would soften the bill if the cooking of the meat requested was respected. Self-service breakfast is average for €20 and is only served until 10am on weekdays. If the spa is pleasant and very clean like the good-sized swimming pool, the hair dryer in the locker room does not dry much. So much so that I had to go out with a wet head in the cold, because again, we are quite far from the rooms. I think this place is pleasant in summer but is not suitable for winter. I thought it was great that the Relais was a hotel, telling myself that this way I wouldn't have to go out for the weekend, certainly I wasn't far away but as far as not going out was concerned, it was a failure. If I compare with another hotel-spa in the middle of the mountains which only had 3 stars, for me the practicality was much higher and there was staff for luggage. One wonders on what criteria the stars are awarded. Little surprise at departure, if you pay before leaving the room, just to save time since when you leave to have breakfast, you pass in front of the reception, you find the door to the room closed, if it is 11 a.m. .

21/08/2024: After watching a series of Olympic games, we saw this through T2 tram. We’ve got a love for Turkish culture & food. We decided to take a chance & go for it. It smelt good & the clients appeared mostly Turkish …we got our first server who asked us sandwich or platter because the seatings were different. We looked at the menu and said we’d like to try both. So he seated us in the ‘lower table ‘ for sandwiches without table cloth by the door. I thought he didn’t understand me even though i asked if he speaks English, which was a yes …’little’. So, we get this other kind gentleman server who got our order and sets out to dress our table nicely. Strange but appreciated. Food comes and it was as good as it gets…averagely better than most restaurants in Istanbul. We got another order to go while this previous server starts acting up like a kid and throwing the pita refill at our table. They were getting busy and food was great, so we decided to make the day positive and not bothered by that single server.

15/08/2024: Lucky to have had space this afternoon because it's very popular. Adorable waiter who even helped out a colleague who had a headache.

18/09/2024: Nice takeover of the Renault brasserie canteen, whose Cristallin offices are just a stone's throw away. Being used to it, I really like coming at lunchtime, fast service, quality dishes, atmosphere when needed (especially during our digidrinks) note: I love beef tataki.
