23/08/2026: We left Paris and had planned to have dinner at Paulette's this Sunday, August 23rd, as indicated on their website, which stated they were open until 1:00 AM. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we found Paulette's closed. It's a shame, especially in 2026, that communication is still so poor. A lack of professionalism. There were eight of us.

A regular customer for many years and never disappointed… in summer the terrace is simply incredible, and in winter the interior is cozy and warm… one of the best restaurants in the area!

I especially wanted to leave a quick note to highlight the kindness of the entire team, with a special mention for Mouna. She has always been lovely, responsive, and attentive to us. She has always made sure that my colleagues and I could come for a drink after work and have a great time, which is truly appreciated.
