17/08/2026: They canceled my Uber Eats order, then called me and asked me to come directly to their restaurant to pay in cash. They also refused to give me a receipt or invoice. Since it was already very late and I didn't really have any other choice at that point, I went there in person. I then noticed that the amount they charged me at the restaurant was higher than the price shown on Uber Eats. When I pointed out the problem, their attitude was extremely unpleasant, and they initially refused to refund the difference. It was only after I clearly expressed my dissatisfaction that they finally agreed to give me my money back. A truly deplorable experience, both in terms of their business practices and their attitude towards customers. An establishment of such poor quality simply shouldn't exist!

A regular customer for many years and never disappointed… in summer the terrace is simply incredible, and in winter the interior is cozy and warm… one of the best restaurants in the area!

I especially wanted to leave a quick note to highlight the kindness of the entire team, with a special mention for Mouna. She has always been lovely, responsive, and attentive to us. She has always made sure that my colleagues and I could come for a drink after work and have a great time, which is truly appreciated. One evening during heavy rain, the delivery was significantly delayed, but the restaurant responded attentively and offered a generous gesture of goodwill. 23/08/2026: We left Paris and had planned to have dinner at Paulette's this Sunday, August 23rd, as indicated on their website, which stated they were open until 1:00 AM. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we found Paulette's closed. It's a shame, especially in 2026, that communication is still so poor. A lack of professionalism. There were eight of us.
