05/05/2026: Lunch on the terrace in the shade of the trees; the terrace is quiet and very pleasant. The pâté to share was very good. The duck breast was cooked perfectly. The rhubarb crumble of the day was delicious. The service was friendly and very efficient.

05/05/2026: On a Saturday afternoon, we arrived for lunch at La Tête Noire restaurant in Marnes-la-Coquette. Service was prompt, and we were among the first to order. The quality of the food was quite average, more in keeping with the standards of a brasserie/bistro with constant service. Small scallops, simply fried, with a plain, unimaginative mashed potatoes. Eggplant with ham on top. The elevated atmosphere of the dining room, the table setting, the staff's ceremonious manner, and the abundance of decorations raised expectations of fine cuisine, but the reality turned out to be a simple brasserie. It's important to note that this is the only "restaurant" in the area. Perhaps there's not enough competition. It could be better!

20/05/2026: We came to eat as a group of colleagues and were served by a manager (waiter) who was incredibly arrogant, unfriendly, unprofessional, and unkind. When I asked him for information, he made it clear he'd already said it, in an irritated tone. This was beyond rude. I will never return. I strongly advise against going there! Avoid it! Secondly, my colleagues were all understanding of my situation and, out of kindness, they even pretended to thank you. He should relearn how to be a waiter; perhaps then he'll understand that this isn't the way to interact with customers, even if the customer in question didn't hear his reply. Know that you're losing customers, and I wish you all the best for the future. The experience was very unpleasant, and we'll choose a more welcoming place next time. The pretense is obvious... 15/06/2026: Two cold roast beef with mayonnaise, one chocolate mousse, and a quarter bottle of rosé for €53. Far too expensive. Perhaps there was a mistake (deliberate?) on the bill, requiring cash payment. No wonder there were only four of us...

30/06/2026: Hello. The service is truly awful, the reception is terrible, the welcome is really disappointing. I left my coffee on the counter; they don't even know how to talk to people, and this is the last time, even though I'm a loyal customer.

18/06/2026: The best dessert, according to the saleswoman, was the vanilla flan. It wasn't anything special. Considering the price and the quality of the tuna sandwich, it was equally disappointing. Very disappointed with Maison Pradier.

25/07/2026: Bab Mansour isn't what it used to be, unfortunately... prices have gone up and the quality has gone down, not to mention the portion sizes, which have also decreased. The restaurant has become like any other run-of-the-mill Moroccan restaurant in the Île-de-France region, whereas it used to be the best. A huge disappointment was the chicken pastilla, which has become an appetizer with a lot of skin and cartilage instead of chicken meat. A real shame!
