She has always made sure that my colleagues and I could come for a drink after work and have a great time, which is truly appreciated. 23/08/2026: We left Paris and had planned to have dinner at Paulette's this Sunday, August 23rd, as indicated on their website, which stated they were open until 1:00 AM. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we found Paulette's closed. It's a shame, especially in 2026, that communication is still so poor. A lack of professionalism. There were eight of us.

27/08/2026: The service needs improvement. It wasn't very busy and the wait was far too long. Customers who arrived after us were served before us. The menu wasn't complete. The portions weren't generous. Some items on the menu were even missing from the plates.

One evening during heavy rain, the delivery was significantly delayed, but the restaurant responded attentively and offered a generous gesture of goodwill. It's this kind of attention that builds loyalty. I highly recommend it!
