I especially wanted to leave a quick note to highlight the kindness of the entire team, with a special mention for Mouna. She has always been lovely, responsive, and attentive to us. She has always made sure that my colleagues and I could come for a drink after work and have a great time, which is truly appreciated. 23/08/2026: We left Paris and had planned to have dinner at Paulette's this Sunday, August 23rd, as indicated on their website, which stated they were open until 1:00 AM. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we found Paulette's closed. It's a shame, especially in 2026, that communication is still so poor. A lack of professionalism. There were eight of us.
