21/08/2026: Plenty of choice, fast service, very good

17/08/2026: They canceled my Uber Eats order, then called me and asked me to come directly to their restaurant to pay in cash. They also refused to give me a receipt or invoice. Since it was already very late and I didn't really have any other choice at that point, I went there in person. I then noticed that the amount they charged me at the restaurant was higher than the price shown on Uber Eats. When I pointed out the problem, their attitude was extremely unpleasant, and they initially refused to refund the difference. It was only after I clearly expressed my dissatisfaction that they finally agreed to give me my money back. A truly deplorable experience, both in terms of their business practices and their attitude towards customers. An establishment of such poor quality simply shouldn't exist!

25/08/2026: We arrived at this restaurant after nine o'clock in the evening. Despite the late hour, we were greeted by a kind, smiling, and charming waitress, Ema. Despite it being late, she took the time to explain all the dishes and give us excellent advice. We ordered the fillet steak, the bavette, and the entrecote, three different cuts of meat that were all very satisfying. The restaurant is bright and welcoming; it was a truly wonderful dinner! And a special mention to Ema, thank you so much!

13/05/2026: A long-time customer, and still just as satisfied! Excellent value for money, the dishes are fresh and generous, and the delivery driver is very efficient and pleasant. One evening during heavy rain, the delivery was significantly delayed, but the restaurant responded attentively and offered a generous gesture of goodwill. It's this kind of attention that builds loyalty. I highly recommend it!

30/06/2026: Perhaps nothing new for Parisians but for a visitor the bakery is heavenly. Great food, amazing staff and everything so delicious. The chocolate cake is the best, the brownies superb, chocolate tart and eclairs, you can't stop eating. The best part was that the lady refused to sell me, absolutely refused, any pastry, on a very hot day to takeaway, as it would get spoilt.

16/08/2026: A disgrace. We made a reservation for Saturday evening a month in advance, confirmed it the same day, only to drive an hour to find it closed. No one called or warned us; it's unacceptable. We will never eat there again.

15/08/2026: Frankly, this is unacceptable on your part; I'm truly disappointed. I booked the restaurant almost a month ago for our one-year anniversary with my partner, and not letting us know that your restaurant is closed is unacceptable. I was really looking forward to dining at your restaurant. I'm very disappointed.

06/09/2026: I understand that this restaurant is about to close (in 3 weeks according to the manager). I was extremely disappointed with the service, waiting over an hour and a half for lunch. The menu selection is very limited. How can they charge €45 for a set menu when the starters and main courses are of such poor quality? There's no longer any children's entertainment on weekends, so it's safe to say we miss the old Quai Ouest.

06/09/2026: Great moment! The menue is simple but delicious, defiantly worth stopping by! Atmosphere is great and service very pro. Delicious food (very tasty) and moment. We’ve been there on Saturday night, we did booked these place and had the full menu
