23/02/2026: The restaurant was absolutely infested with mice; I spent my entire lunch watching them scurrying under the tables. What's more, I felt quite ill afterward. I don't even want to imagine what's lurking in the kitchen. And the whole staff seems completely indifferent to the situation and the customers.

27/12/2025: The food was delicious, but one lady gave the worst service ever today, December 27, 2025. The food was very good; a tall, dark-haired young man was very kind and provided excellent service. Later, a very sour woman arrived and tried to overcharge us. We complained, and she refunded us two euros, but then she charged us one euro extra. It was a minimal amount, but she treated us terribly. Honestly, it's not worth it. There's a restaurant next door, Casa Rita, where the service is much better.

23/02/2026: I'm always delighted to come to McDonald's - Les Quatre Temps in La Défense. The quality of service is remarkable, and I especially want to commend the manager, Miss Béthaline, who always has a smile and responds to my friendly teasing with a very pleasant sense of humor. I also want to give a 5-star thumbs up to young Ismaël and Ali for their warm smiles, and a big thank you to Mélissa for her cheerful elegance. The whole team deserves 5 stars! This McDonald's deserves a score of 33 out of 33 (France's country code 😉 + 33). The atmosphere is excellent, the team is close-knit and dedicated, even during peak hours. The cleanliness is impeccable, the customer service flawless, and friendliness and politeness are always present. As a communications expert myself, working in radio, television, and business, I pay particular attention to the quality of service. Here, I am 100% satisfied. 09/01/2026: Excellent cuisine, generous and flavorful. There were six of us, and everyone enjoyed their tagine or couscous. Truly very good, undoubtedly the best value for money in La Défense. One minor drawback, however, which prevented me from giving it five stars: the restaurant could use a fresh coat of paint and new furniture. It's remained unchanged for decades, and the dated, blackened banquettes are a testament to that. A shame.

28/12/2025: I feel the owner isn't very good at business. As a regular customer who orders every 2-3 days, I'm quite disappointed. The flyer said Puteaux 20 euros for free delivery. My house is on the Puteaux border, 650m walk ahead. Google Maps says it's 3.5km by bike, and 650m by motorcycle is only a two- or three-minute ride. Tonight I couldn't reach 30 euros, so I was 27.8 euros short of the minimum delivery price. It wasn't much, and it's not like this always happens, so I just asked if they could deliver. But the owner seemed reluctant and unwilling. My personal experience wasn't good. They were too petty. Don't they know how much I'd spend in a year if I only order every two or three days? Why would I care about 2 euros? I won't order from this company again. I guess this owner is rich and doesn't care about long-term customers, haha. — This owner is ridiculous. When they can't argue, they start spreading rumors that I disrespected the staff? This is untrue and slander. We have chat logs. Show us your chat logs and see which sentence was disrespectful to the staff, otherwise it's defamation. After you said you couldn't deliver and that you weren't making a profit, I didn't insist on delivery. My review is based on my personal experience and my opinion of the business owner's practices. I felt pressured to make a purchase during the communication, so I've decided not to order from you again. I request that this owner respond objectively and rigorously, showing courtesy and good manners, and refrain from making baseless accusations; otherwise, I reserve the right to pursue legal action. I originally gave it 3 stars, but faced with such unfounded and false accusations, I'm changing my rating to 1 star. Considering other reviews mentioning poor attitudes from owners, this experience may not be an isolated incident. The patronage of patronage: lorsqu’il n’a plus d’arguments, il commence à m’accuser à tort de manquer de respect envers le personnel. Initial attribution 3 étoiles, mais face and accusations infondées and mensongères, j’ai modifié ma note à 1 étoile. Au vu d’autres avis mentionnant également l’attitude désagréable du patron, cette expérience ne semble malheureusement pas être un cas isolé.

22/02/2026: Order a pint of beer, and you'll get a maximum of 40cl, because the owner has decided to rip off his customers. Yes, you read that right, the rip-off is deliberate. I confronted the waiter who tested it, and he admitted to me that the pint glass didn't hold 50cl, far from it, and that the matter would be reported to the owner. I went back a month later, and guess what? Nothing had changed. Yes, ripping off his customers for a little extra profit was this manager's choice. What a shame! When you own a neighborhood establishment like this, you have a duty to respect your customers and not steal from them like this! If you continue to go there, at least now you'll be fully aware of the situation. Shame on you, and know that you've been reported to the DGCCRF (French Directorate General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control), at least that might get you to take action. A tax audit and a fine on thousands of "pints" sold might be more convincing than professional and personal ethics, which is very sad.
