05/12/2025: Two orders placed, two failures! The first order was missing a pizza. I figured to err, I tried again, and even called the restaurant to make sure they'd received my correct order. "Yes, yes, no problem," they said. But the result? "Contact Deliveroo, they'll refund you!" Well, thanks a lot, there won't be a third time!

03/12/2025: Ordered 5 pizzas on 03/12/2025, they arrived folded in half, like calzones. Some delivery drivers don't respect the merchandise and this will lower this restaurant's rating. It's a shame. This is Falo Falo's last chance to choose drivers who can deliver pizzas without turning them over or folding them, otherwise they'll lose customers.

29/01/2026: No greeting, no goodbye. The products used are frozen and of poor quality. I strongly advise against this establishment.

15/02/2026: December 2022: I felt like I was bothering the waitress when I arrived on December 10th around 6 pm (or was it the owner? A woman in her forties). She seemed annoyed to give me a table for two during the match. When it came time to pay the bill, she also seemed reluctant to take my 20 euro note. Her tone was unpleasant; she clearly enjoyed laughing with her colleagues and watching the football match much more. To end on a positive note: the heating for the terrace is a good idea with the cold weather. I hope they can keep it. February 2026: I saw a man, clearly the owner, smoking in the middle of his bar on a Sunday evening, taking advantage of the fact that it was closed to the public that day. I don't know if it's legal, but it's not advisable for customers allergic to tobacco who will come the next day.

11/01/2026: I usually order from Kanau on Rue de Bretagne, but it's closed. I used to get an assortment of sashimi, 12 nice, generous slices, for 9 euros, because there was a 10% discount for takeout. Tonight, I ordered sashimi for the first time from Sushi Tokyo, 12 slices for 12 euros. The slices were tiny, there was hardly anything to eat… I'm very disappointed for a first time 😔

The staff and owners are lovely, attentive, and incredibly kind. You can really tell they love their work and are dedicated to making their customers happy. As for the food, it's flawless! The dishes are delicious, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Special mention goes to the pizzas; they are truly incredible and undoubtedly among the best in Boulogne. The cleanliness, the service, the atmosphere: everything is perfect. I highly recommend Papa Rotti to anyone looking for an excellent Italian restaurant in Boulogne, whether for a romantic dinner, a meal with friends, or a family gathering.

14/03/2026: I ordered a CBO Raclette for click and collect. I received a CBO without raclette cheese, but with two slices of cheddar instead. Of course, the restaurant doesn't answer the phone. I went there in person, and they refused to give me a refund because it was an online order. I filed a complaint, but received no response.

14/03/2026: Orders for delivery are systematically incomplete. Boulogne or Sèvres are preferable.

22/02/2026: I had the opportunity to eat there, it was very good, and I went back on February 14th for Valentine's Day. I wanted to treat my wife to a romantic meal; she ordered a four-cheese pizza, and I wanted something different, so I ordered osso buco. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with how the meat was cooked; it was very tough, whereas veal is usually very tender. I think it was either cooked too quickly or not long enough, which somewhat spoiled my meal, but I'll still go back. Thank you for reading.

11/02/2026: We had dinner at this restaurant last night and received a very warm welcome from the staff. The restaurant is tastefully decorated and has a cozy atmosphere. The meal was delicious and generous. I'd like to mention that we were offered small croutons with tapenade upon arrival and a complimentary digestif at the end of the meal. I really appreciate this kind of thoughtful touch. I highly recommend this Italian restaurant ☺️. (If I had to find a minor fault, it would be that it wasn't very warm in the restaurant, but I'm always cold, so perhaps that's just me 🙂)
