In response to my request, the waitress treated me disrespectfully and asked me to leave the establishment. This behavior is unacceptable. As a customer, I have the right to be informed about the composition of the dishes I am served, particularly for food safety reasons. Restaurant managers have no respect for their customers.

09/03/2026: A scam! We wanted to order pizzas one weekday evening through the app, but despite repeated calls, we received no answer. We ended up paying over €30 for pizzas that never arrived and were never refunded. It's shameful to take people's money without delivering and then not do anything to refund them. Avoid this company unless you have money to burn.

22/04/2026: Honestly, if you're making someone eat pizzas from Pizzarabit, you're trying to kill them. The pizzas are expensive and absolutely disgusting. It would have been reasonable if they were under €5, but this is ridiculous. In short, avoid this place and it should be shut down immediately.

30/03/2026: Avoid this place at all costs! The pizza is nothing but dough, I was truly shocked. He uses an enormous amount of dough so he doesn't have to put too many toppings on the pizza. The grilled cheese is nonexistent and tasteless. It's unbelievable! It had been a long time since I'd been here, and now I understand why. It's inedible; it's throwing your money away. The pizza costs him 2 euros and he sells it to you for 20 euros.

06/04/2026: The cream inside my macaron was still half-frozen, my sandwich was ice-cold and tasteless. It makes you wonder if anything is even made on-site; personally, I seriously doubt it. I was very disappointed with the quality of the food and the staff's lack of courtesy. No thank you, no goodbye, not even a smile. If you don't like the restaurant industry, why stay? Eat somewhere else; you'll be better served.

26/06/2026: Horrible experience. One of the managers came and yelled at me because I had sat in the "food" area and not the "drink" area, with absolutely no politeness or respect. No calm explanation, just aggression. This is unacceptable and very unpleasant for other customers. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.

18/05/2026: The waiter was incredibly rude and spoke to me very poorly. I had just sat down to wait for someone who was due to arrive in 5 minutes, and he kicked me out even though there were plenty of tables available – I had to wait standing next door.

Explanation: supposedly organic, I say supposedly because it is a far cry from the organic breads I eat regularly and also a far cry from the non-organic breads in other bakeries that are half the price and much better than this supposedly organic one! 19/01/2026: Avoid at all costs! Cockroaches in the food!!! Disgusting. Shameful. Outrageous. Finding a live cockroach in my stir-fried noodles is a traumatic experience. We're talking about an extreme level of unsanitary conditions, dangerous to your health. If a cockroach ends up on a customer's plate, it means hygiene is nonexistent. No control, no respect, no excuses. This establishment is unworthy of existing. Avoid it without hesitation.

10/06/2026: Ordered via Uber Eats with the buy-one-get-one-free offer. The amount of fish on the rolls was ridiculously small and, besides being very thin, didn't even go all the way around the roll. Shameful! Why offer the deal if not to rip off the customer?
