06/07/2024: Trust it’s a disaster….very very very long service for a Saturday lunchtime. The rice is not good so the sushi and makis are very poor. For fish, avoid tuna which is tough and poorly cut. In short, this is the first time that I have felt so disappointed in a restaurant and yet I have been to one. Go your way because other restaurants in the area are much better.

20/11/2024: Horrible, cold air ventilation with outside temperatures of 3 degrees. A noise like a tractor until 10 p.m., ridiculously difficult heating and there is no longer any in the bathroom. The receptionist leaves something to be desired for the lack of friendliness I don't recommend it

07/09/2024: What can I say… this restaurant deserves one star only for the quality of the service and the staff, the price remains reasonable. now let's move on to food..., how can you sleep with peace of mind when you yourself know that hygiene conditions are not respected?! I leave the restaurant with stomach pain + stomach upset + nausea, great start of indigestion! Buffet that seems correct and appetizing but not at all! especially do not touch the raw fruit and dessert part, eggs not fresh, inedible cream puff I had to spit, I also ate a food which has since caused me to have coughing fits finally I have forgotten a lot of details... you realize that your lack of professionalism around food can send people to the hospital or very ill! This is unacceptable!

09/09/2024: I am really surprised by the drop in quality… I just reported my disappointment on the phone…. We have been customers for many years. The butter chicken is tasteless... the sandwiches were drowned in sauce, the cheese nans with very little cheese... .. we hardly ate. I will no longer order from you. We recommended the restaurant to our friends …we are going to be backwards and not recommend this restaurant.

21/12/2024: We took two bobuns to take away with spring rolls. The bobuns lacked flavor, a little beef and cucumber, and a lot of vermicelli. With the 4 spring rolls, we were lucky enough to have a salad leaf to share. Luckily there was no mint...

31/10/2024: Very disappointing experience with the Too Good To Go offer at Pizza Hut Neuilly-sur-Seine on 10/30/2024. The €5.99 basket, supposedly worth €18, contained a simple 'Solo BPM' pizza with a listed value of €9.70 – barely half of the original promise. When speaking with the employee, I indicated my intention to report this practice, but he clearly showed his indifference. Also note, the previous customer, who also came for a Too Good To Go basket, received a rigid response and a refusal of help under the pretext of not being able to validate his order due to lack of battery, which adds a lack of consideration for this service. To me, this offer seems like a scam.
