06/09/2026: Three orders, three mistakes. Politeness is nonexistent. The order number is called, but there's no hello, no smile, no goodbye. I'm a manager in a fast food restaurant, and thankfully my team doesn't treat customers like that. The brand's image is simply tarnished by this unpleasant behavior.

20/05/2026: I stopped eating at that mediocre restaurant years ago. The service was unpleasant, and the prices were far too high for the quality of the food, even though I live in the neighborhood and it's the only restaurant around. I'm walking home tonight and I'm forced to walk in the road because of the mountain of dirt left by the owners who are doing landscaping and paving work in the garden without any warning signs! So, on top of everything else, the owners are endangering pedestrians!

15/03/2026: Eating at this restaurant is like playing the lottery. You never know if you'll get sick or not. The prices are going up way more than the quality, which is a shame.

06/08/2026: I work nearby and have been coming here on and off for years. They always have very good classic sushi, the service is always lovely, the restaurant is spotless, and even a little bit decorated. The prices are also very reasonable, and the mixed platters are a good deal. I saw a review where someone said they didn't like their maki because there was too much salmon and not enough rice. Well, I agree, but I actually think that's their strength! I recommend it for a relaxed meal and a nice break with colleagues or friends.

27/07/2026: Go for it if you love creamy ice cream! We're struggling to understand the harsh criticism in the comments. We've been going there very often for a month now and we're very happy with what they offer. Just once, our ice cream was a little more rubbery (probably because it was a bit old), as some have mentioned in the comments, but it wasn't bad at all—quite the opposite! In short, we highly recommend it.

26/07/2026: I haven't been to this place for two years; I used to go almost every weekend for ice cream. Today I went and was very surprised by the sorbets—they were so creamy and cloying, the flavors had no taste. I was very disappointed; it's no longer the artisanal ice cream it used to be. I'd been a customer since it opened. I don't recommend this place.

16/05/2026: We were very disappointed with our stay. We arrived to find the pool closed and we hadn't been informed (we had specifically chosen this hotel), and our hallway was under construction. We woke up at 8:30 in the morning to loud construction noises outside our door. A real shame for what was supposed to be a relaxing stay 🙁

14/04/2026: This is unacceptable for a hotel. It urgently needs renovation. There was paint in the hallways, and we weren't notified. Not even a bottle of water (Cristal brand only costs a few cents). The breakfast room is too small. Not enough space. I do not recommend this hotel.

30/04/2026: After ordering from this same Pizza Hut for several years, I am outraged! Delivery was scheduled between 7:07 PM and 7:17 PM. I called at 7:32 PM and was told the delivery would arrive in 2 minutes. At 7:50 PM, still nothing. I called again to ask for an explanation, and they offered to cancel my order! I should point out that this was an order of over 38 euros. You know me well, I'm Mr. Jérémie, and I will never order from you again! Disgusted! Avoid at all costs!

14/10/2026: The parcel lockers are super convenient, but be aware that the owner of the premises can do nothing in case of problems; it is a storage unit, nothing more.

04/08/2026: A tobacconist like this is becoming increasingly rare! The owner is always smiling, helpful, and attentive! People like that are hard to find these days! I highly recommend this tobacconist.

20/09/2026: Ridiculous breakfast deal. Bad coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice diluted 90% with water and ice cubes… a shame for over 10 euros.

24/09/2026: Excellent service! Having lunch at this restaurant with friends, I was very surprised by the incredibly fast service and the very generous portions. You can tell the ingredients are very fresh. We also received a very warm welcome from the manager and staff. Even while seated, they offered us a hot drink. The staff were very attentive and made sure we were enjoying our meal. The restaurant was very clean and attractive; it was a pleasure to eat in this kind of establishment. A big thank you to the manager, who was very attentive to her customers and very friendly. I would definitely go back, even on my own. It was a great experience, and I'll certainly repeat it!

07/10/2026: The restaurant was very quiet and air-conditioned, which allowed us to escape the heatwave for the duration of our meal. The setting is very pleasant and peaceful, and the interior decor is lovely, creating a really nice atmosphere for eating. The mixed kebabs were absolutely excellent, although the chicken was a little over-marinated for my taste, but it was still very good. As for the homemade fries, they are, in my opinion, the best fries in Bouglone. However, I don't recommend the pistachio ice cream.

03/10/2026: The worst food I have ever eaten. I gave it 1 star, but honestly, I wish I could give minus stars. The food was neither fresh nor tasty. The meat was deep-fried, but the oil clearly wasn’t fresh it tasted old and was absolutely disgusting. The staff was also very unfriendly. On top of that, the bill was extremely expensive and absolutely not worth the money. I regret so much that we decided to eat there. All of us left our plates almost completely full because the food was simply inedible. Definitely a terrible experience, and I would never eat there again.
