23/07/2026: Last Sunday, I decided to go to McDonald's with my children. It was busy, so no problem so far. I got my kids settled and went to order at the kiosk. I paid with holiday vouchers (€20 and €10) and the remaining €0.75 contactless. The man told me the contactless wasn't working and that I absolutely needed the physical card. I told him I didn't have it with me and that we were at McDonald's, after all, how was that possible? He said he'd have to cancel my order 😂 for 75 cents. I told him, you know what? Take something off! So my order came to €28 and some cents. I had to leave my children and go back and forth to see if my order was ready. You know what? I waited for over an hour. I went to see the security guard and told him, "Please tell him to put this order in for takeout. I'm with my children, I can't wait any longer. It was getting late." And I'd like to add that there was another man who wanted to pay for his order in cash, a €100 bill. The same man who served me told him he couldn't take his €100 bill because he didn't have any change. But this is McDonald's! How is that possible? Honestly, never go to this McDonald's, it's the worst ever! Change the manager, I don't know, but nothing works at this McDonald's.

23/07/2026: Frankly, this is unacceptable. I placed my order around 11:50 PM and arrived at the kiosk around 12:20/12:30 AM. The wait itself didn't bother me: it was busy, and I could see the staff were exhausted. I can understand that a busy evening can be difficult. However, what is unacceptable is the order I received. No sauce, completely burnt fries, I ordered veggie nuggets and a veggie wrap, and I received chicken instead for both. It's really serious to make a mistake with vegetarian products. If someone doesn't eat meat for ethical, religious, or health reasons, this kind of error is totally unacceptable. Finally, the fish burger was also inedible: the fish was burnt. After such a long wait, a less than pleasant welcome and an order full of errors, it's really disappointing.

16/04/2026: Selling chilled wine with an extra charge of €1.10 per bottle, without any prior warning—absurd! I saw it the next day and went in to ask about it, and it was a huge surprise: no refund! I don't know where this internal regulation comes from, nor what consumer protection law applies to me, but I will probably be taking action.

18/05/2026: The chocolate croissants were served piping hot, as if they had just come out of the oven. As a result, the dough hadn't finished cooking and it wasn't very good.

16/02/2026: Food is bad quality. And staff is very slow. Instead of serving quick customers, they are chit chatting … unprofessional. Please avoid there.

05/06/2026: Unbelievable! I just bought €30 worth of cigarettes and they're asking me to pay for a coffee or €1 to use the toilet. It's a disgrace!

30/06/2026: Cold food. Undercooked fries… World Cup meal without the cup even though it costs extra… one of the worst McDonald's in the Île-de-France region. No wonder the Master Chicken across the street is so popular

29/06/2026: For once I took my kids there... no burgers included in the Happy Meal and the wait was incredibly long. Anyway, I know why I avoid McDonald's, and this one in particular. It's all junk food, not even "fast," and apparently burgers are now an optional extra ;-)

21/05/2026: They spend their lives behind your back, you come and wait more than 5 minutes and nobody comes, it's really unacceptable, I don't recommend them at all

25/06/2026: The bread is okay. The service is friendly. BUT WAITING EVEN 5 MINUTES IN THAT OVEN!!! It was torture. They really should install air conditioning, both for the customers and the staff. It's shameful for a major bakery chain. Penny-pinching on air conditioning, what a disgrace…

15/05/2026: I hadn't seen the "Minimum €10 credit card payment" sign on the bar because I was seated on the terrace. When I went to pay for my €4.50 Coke Zero, I explained that I'd forgotten my purse and therefore only had my phone to pay. I was told to go withdraw cash… even though I didn't have my credit card with me. Then they asked me to pay €10 instead of the €4.50 I'd spent. So I stood there, saying no, until the waiter finally handed me the card reader for €4.50, in an extremely rude manner. From then on: not a glance, not a thank you, not a goodbye. I really felt like they just wanted to get rid of me. No empathy, no customer service whatsoever. Honestly, a place to avoid.

05/05/2026: I ate herring fillets swimming in a centimeter of vegetable oil. The waiter was blasé; others would come after me, so my herring problems...

14/07/2026: After a 30-minute wait, I picked up half my order (which I saw at home), went back to get the rest, and then it was back to square one for another 30 minutes, and something was still missing. No apology, nothing. Check your orders systematically!

13/07/2026: An absolute disgrace. I ordered three Croque McDo sandwiches for takeout. When they arrived at my home, a 10-minute walk away, they were burnt to a crisp, bone dry, and, most importantly, completely empty, with no cheese inside, or very little! The bread was so hard and tasteless that it seemed like they were from the day before, hastily reheated, and then forgotten because they were burnt. This is nothing like the usual quality of other restaurants in the chain (like the one in Bordeaux two days ago). Serving this to customers is a complete lack of respect. I kept the receipt. My partner is disappointed, frustrated, and has a stomachache.

22/04/2026: Hello During my visit to your restaurant, I asked for information about the ingredients in the dishes, having noticed a suspicious odor. In response to my request, the waitress treated me disrespectfully and asked me to leave the establishment. This behavior is unacceptable. As a customer, I have the right to be informed about the composition of the dishes I am served, particularly for food safety reasons. Restaurant managers have no respect for their customers.

16/04/2026: I went to ask a very grumpy man for a card; he didn't even say hello. He curtly told me to avoid him and go to a neighborhood near La Défense. He doesn't even deserve your money.

17/07/2026: A mixed salad, but with a lot of lettuce. A waitress who barely understood French. A rather cold atmosphere. Furthermore, I ordered the daily special for €15.90 and was charged €22.90. I asked the waitress why, and she replied, "That's just how it is."

09/03/2026: A scam! We wanted to order pizzas one weekday evening through the app, but despite repeated calls, we received no answer. We ended up paying over €30 for pizzas that never arrived and were never refunded. It's shameful to take people's money without delivering and then not do anything to refund them. Avoid this company unless you have money to burn.
