04/02/2026: I didn't actually go to Le Perce Neige, but I was very happy with the excellent service and the owner's kindness. My UPS package was delivered there by mistake, 600km from my home. On the one hand, customer service made a mistake and isn't responding, and on the other, the owner followed up with me, arranging the return of the package, always friendly, quick, and helpful. Thank you so much. I have no doubt the bar must be very nice; in any case, the service is outstanding.

24/12/2025: This was my first time at this establishment, to pick up my UPS package. I received a very warm welcome from the manager, who was polite and very friendly. I will gladly return.

10/07/2026: I 100% recommend this restaurant. The atmosphere is great, the dishes are homemade and delicious, the service is one of the best in Grenoble and always with a smile, which is really nice. I'm a craftsman and sometimes I cross the city to come and eat here. Vincent

10/07/2026: Excellent welcome at this restaurant in a beautiful setting. Lovely terrace and tastefully decorated dining room. Balanced menu, flavorful and delicate cuisine, elegant presentation. Local organic produce, which was a real treat! Of course, reservations are required and only one set menu is offered, but we were warned!

09/07/2026: The review isn't about the food served at this restaurant, but about the disdainful welcome we received. We came to inquire about the possibility of reserving a table for three with a double stroller (we have twins). Upon seeing the stroller, we were met with an unfriendly and dismissive response… a simple "we're full" would have sufficed.

24/04/2026: We had lunch there twice during our three-day stay, just before it closed. I came back the following week; I missed this restaurant, which was closed by then! The welcome was very warm, the service efficient and quick, the staff polite, and the food very good with excellent value for money. The omelets were cooked perfectly and the salads were generous.

Special mention for the roasted Camembert, the gravlax, the tartiflette, the black pudding, the homemade pasta, the omelet, and the desserts!!! But everything is good!!! 22/07/2026: Average value for money: small portions, little flavor. Average service, you often have to ask for water, bread... In summer, the stifling heat gradually increases on the shaded terrace, with no ventilation or humidification to provide any relief from the heat.
