01/07/2025: The best chicken tenders I've tasted so far, often delivered with a smile. Not a lot of noise because they're often packed given the quality of the products. Nothing to say, go for it!

30/06/2025: Coming from Montpellier to the Alps for a hike, we decided to stop in Grenoble, so we asked a local who recommended this snack bar. Really not disappointed, exceptional welcome, quality products, well-stocked, raba7 at the reception was very helpful, allahy 7fadhou I highly recommend it.

02/11/2024: Horrible. Burger froid + option frite bacon avec fromage fondu encore plus froid. Je retourne au comptoir et on me dit que c’est normal que ça sort du frigo!!! Du fromage « fondu » sur les frites gelé, avec du bacon encore congelé… Pour le burger, normal, on le remet 2 mn sous « la chute » et au final on me ressert mon plateau aussi froid que quand je l’ai reçu. Alors pour faire mon bon repas chez BK j’ai tout mis au micro-ondes pour pouvoir manger chaud!!! Perdez pas votre temps, un burger sous vide de chez Lidl à faire chauffer au micro-ondes fera le même effet.

10/08/2025: Thanks to the cook, I came for lunch... it was very good, both the main course and the dessert (apricot cheesecake). That day the wait for the main course was long, but I'll be back with pleasure 😀

20/11/2025: Small dining room with a very large terrace. Warm welcome, quick service, excellent creamy soup. Good pizza. The remote mountain location affects the price.

10/11/2025: It's a shame I wasn't allowed to have lunch around 1 p.m. and was told they were full when there were tables available... and to top it off, the waitress was incredibly rude. Just because there are only two of you doesn't mean you have to be unpleasant to the customer; you should simply make them wait. I see that not all restaurants share the same values. I won't be returning after the way I was treated.

28/12/2025: Don't go there for haute cuisine, but the dishes are decent, served quickly, and generous. Good beer selection, and they change regularly. Perfect for a quick business lunch! Reservations are recommended.

04/12/2025: At first glance, it looks nice. But that's just at the beginning. Then we order. And that's when the disaster strikes. Soggy, greasy fries. Burger soaked in juice, no sauce. If you're looking for a culinary disappointment, I recommend this place. The service isn't too bad, but the food is terrible. You can clearly tell the cook isn't very dedicated. It reeks of a career change. He's probably looking for work at McDonald's to learn. The service is beyond mediocre.

26/10/2025: Heavenly food! Friendly, professional service, beautiful surroundings of an authentic, historical beautiful building...why hasn't everyone given 5 stars?! We would love to return if we are back in the region.

The staff is attentive and kind (thank you for accommodating us with crutches) and takes the time to answer our questions, even in the kitchen. We loved this restaurant so much that my partner and I went for lunch AND dinner on the same day for our anniversary. We will definitely be back when we return to Crémieu.

10/12/2025: Arrived on the go at 1:00 PM. I was greeted warmly and served quickly. Lunch took an hour. The restaurant was packed. A victim of its own success. Traditional, home-style cooking that was delicious. The welcome, food, and service were impeccable. I recommend the chocolate mousse with coffee. This establishment will be one of my favorites whenever I'm in the area.

03/12/2025: If I could give a ZERO, I would. We booked for 12:10 for two adults and one child. Ordering and getting drinks took over half an hour, and the wait for our meal was over 50 minutes, even though I ordered the daily special (starter: green salad + cod) + two ravioli dishes. When we complained, the waitress cheekily replied, "We do what we can." No way! If you're just trying to fill the restaurant and you can't even bring a piece of green salad in under 5 minutes, I don't see why you work in the restaurant industry. I'm not going to lecture you... The worst part is that my daughter was the only child in the restaurant. You could have at least made an effort to bring her food... Frankly, I was very disappointed with the service, and it was past 1:00 PM and the food hadn't arrived. When we went to pay for the drinks, the cashier didn't even apologize. She just kept saying it was because of the ravioli, that it was normal. Oh yes, thanks for the information.
