21/03/2026: Bad experience at the drive-thru. Two sandwiches were missing out of the four meals we ordered, as well as the nuggets for my daughter. We only realized this when we got home... Our Friday night family dinner was completely ruined.

18/03/2026: Very good. However, the live lobsters, literally piled on top of each other in a tiny aquarium, are a sad sight. By comparison, battery-farmed chickens have it made.

14/02/2026: Industrial food, straight from Metro. I found the same flavors as in my office cafeteria, for four times the price. The waitress was very friendly, by the way.

14/09/2025: The food is very good, the service is good, but unfortunately the main courses are much smaller in quantity, while the desserts are very substantial. €260+ for 6 people, which is quite expensive... I still recommend it.

29/11/2025: My wait time was a maximum of 10 minutes, but I think it depends on the time of day. Very good service and incredible value for money 🤲 The kebab meat was very good, and I will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

08/03/2026: Young, serious, and very welcoming owners. A very friendly waiter, excellent food—a place I highly recommend. The small bar is open late.

06/03/2026: We had lunch at the restaurant in early March. The welcome was excellent, and the dining room was pleasant. The meal was good and plentiful. We ordered a burger, ravioli, and a children's menu. Furthermore, the service was quick. We had a very enjoyable time at Chalet Suisse.

09/11/2025: Quick service. The tacos were generously filled, just the way we like them. The meat and sauce were good. Very clean. A little more heating in the premises would be a real plus.

24/10/2025: So there I am very very disappointed once again I will never set foot there again I already had a problem with the gentleman who serves after everything was back to normal but not there because there are ways of doing it my husband came to buy for me a meat tacos buy merguez he was on the phone with me so I heard well he brought me the tacos it is chicken merguez the merguez not even cooked while he specified that he spoke well cook them the things all red so I call maxi tacos to say that they made a mistake the other one tells me well my husband had to order at the terminal already as a professional first thing to do is to apologize in fact after try to find a solution not try to make the customers look like the ones at fault I will never set foot there again in addition it was not even good I paid 9€ for something in the end that I did not ask to run away

12/04/2026: We stayed one night at this pet-friendly hotel. It's very close to the motorway. The welcome was very friendly. The room was simple but clean, although the shower tiles were showing their age. The king-size bed was good quality. All the usual amenities were provided. The varied sweet and savory breakfast buffet was very good. The hotel restaurant is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Not a big deal, as there are several restaurants nearby. There's a Courtepaille supermarket right next door, and a shopping area 1.4 km away with shops, restaurants, and a petrol and electric car station. There are areas for improvement. It's a shame we weren't informed upon arrival that our dog wasn't welcome at breakfast. There was no one to greet us at breakfast; just a semi-attended person in a bathrobe on the phone. The sink in the room was too low. Bring smaller pillows to give you a better choice. There were black marks on the bathroom door. The toilet paper was too thin.

13/03/2026: The manager is acting in bad faith!!!!! While I was at the hotel, I overheard a conversation between the manager and an employee about a blocked drain. My friend went to reception shortly after to report a blocked toilet. A request to change rooms was made and refused by management!!! According to the manager, your friend is a disgusting slob!! Such remarks should not be made!!!! Moreover, this isn't the first time this has happened, judging by the reviews. Avoid this hotel at all costs!!!!!!

11/03/2026: If, like me, you knew and loved this restaurant for its large pizzas, look no further, it's closed. Before, you could choose between regular, large, and giant pizzas; now there are only regular and small. The prices don't seem to have changed, though (35 euros for two basic pizzas to take away). And while the crust is still just as good, the toppings leave you wanting more. And maybe it was because it was a Friday night, but I waited almost 20 minutes longer than the estimated time I was given for my pizzas. I was a loyal customer, but I won't be going back. Anyway, I think they've stopped accepting loyalty points.

21/02/2026: We ordered two gluten-free pizzas for delivery: they were delicious, soft, well-cooked, and flavorful, with flavorful, high-quality ingredients. I also want to emphasize the excellent service; they were extremely helpful on the phone, patient, and understanding, and the delivery was on time and without any issues. Highly recommended!! I personally can't wait to eat another one already :)
