28/08/2026: No respect for the neighbors, loud music at 5 AM (supposed to close at 11 PM). I've never seen anything like it. There's shouting and people urinating on nearby cars. If you have any respect, I don't recommend it.

03/05/2026: Out of curiosity, I returned to Xav's after many years and was delighted to see this establishment again, which has retained its authentic charm. The pizza had a thin crust but was surprisingly generous, and the dessert was very generous: two scoops of ice cream and whipped cream served in a seashell.

15/04/2026: The chef-owner is friendly, and so is the young waitress. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, like being in the countryside, which is exactly what we love when we're traveling. The prices are very reasonable, with, for example, a very generous portion of vanilla ice cream with whipped cream and chestnut cream, perfect for sharing between two people.

13/08/2026: We stopped for a quick lunch before continuing our tour of Grenoble. The tacos 🌮 were generous, but lukewarm. We ordered three tacos in total, and they mixed up our orders. Luckily, I'm not allergic to fish... The fries were albino. In short, not cooked very well. The music was too loud, so we couldn't hear each other properly. The place wasn't super clean, but it wasn't dirty either; the toilet seat in the restroom was broken.

And plan not to eat too much the night before. 🤣 The portions are extremely generous! As someone with a big appetite, I can tell you that you won't be disappointed. You'll definitely get your money's worth! Expect to pay around €25 to €30 per person. Absolutely nothing to complain about, it was just perfect! Keep up the good work and thank you again to the whole team for your warm welcome. 😁👏

03/08/2026: I stopped at this McDonald's this Sunday during a break on my way to my vacation destination. The order went smoothly at the self-service kiosk, but the experience quickly deteriorated. First of all, there were very few clean tables to sit at. The real problem, however, was the state of the restrooms. Before continuing my journey, I went in and was shocked: not a single stall was clean. There was excrement on the toilet and the seat, urine and toilet paper everywhere on the floor, and an unbearable stench... A situation that is simply unacceptable for an establishment that serves so many people. What's most surprising is that the staff regularly pass through the service door located between the men's and women's restrooms without even glancing at them, even though the smell is impossible to ignore. A minimum of maintenance and cleanliness control should be a priority, especially on a busy weekend. I was very disappointed by this experience. I called out to a manager before he went through the service door... He hadn't noticed anything and told me... I just got here... Lol Me too, and yet...

03/08/2026: The food is rated 4 stars because it's McDonald's... it's not really food, but it pleases the kids. The service is excellent because after ordering at the kiosk, you're served quickly and seated at a table. But I have a problem with the drive-thru service for online orders... I think it encourages laziness, especially since there's always the option of waiting in line to order while staying in your car. Sorry, but I find it deplorable and it puts the staff at their mercy...

01/06/2026: This was our second time using this hotel as a stopover on the way home. The hotel's location is fantastic – ideal for a break while traveling – the staff is very friendly, and the surroundings are beautiful. Unfortunately, however, the air conditioning doesn't work. During our last visit a year ago, it wasn't even 34°C outside, yet the room was the same temperature. This time, we had to sleep in 27°C again. A shame 😕 so, unfortunately, it won't be our stopover on the way home again.

31/07/2026: No consideration whatsoever for people with reduced mobility. You can't sit wherever you want, and the service is appalling. Avoid this place, especially if you are with an elderly person.

07/07/2026: The service was slow, far too slow; it took over 25 minutes to order at 11:50 am, before the lunch rush, and we gave up on the idea of ​​having dessert because the waiter kept walking back and forth without ever stopping. The burgers were okay, but the croutons on the salad were stale and dry.

22/06/2026: A magical restaurant with a beautiful view. The waiters were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to please everyone. A word of advice to our guests: remember to bring a sweater or avoid sitting by the open window so they can close it and bother other customers, like us, who are enjoying it. Even though they were rushing around, the waiters moved us outside... Thank you to the chefs for the delicious dishes and the aperitif. Thank you for the beautiful and touching platter for our first wedding anniversary.

10/06/2026: I'm giving it 4 stars because the reception was a bit cold but acceptable. The building is new, opening in 2024 if I understood correctly. Overall, it's pleasant and the room was nice. It has a view of the lake and a private beach. There's a restaurant on the first floor, also with a lake view. It's independent of the hotel. The food is very good and the service is excellent.

03/09/2026: I came for dinner and to participate in the music quiz. The charcuterie board was very good, as were the finger food bowl and the pizzas. The music quiz was wonderfully hosted, the atmosphere was great, and the app concept is really cool. Thanks KRiSs COoL and Julie! Looking forward to repeating this culinary and musical experience! We were told that it was indeed possible to play. Upon arrival, we were given the same excuse for the third time: "There are only two of us, the others are on a break, come back in an hour." It's a disgrace. Avoid this place at all costs.
