15/03/2026: We hesitated when we saw the reviews, but we'd left it a bit late to find a place for lunch, and there was space at La Grolle. Well, we had a wonderful meal! The owner and staff changed two years ago (and the vast majority of the "bad" reviews are from before then). They now share the kitchen with Les Clarines. The waiter was very friendly and professional. We were there with four young children and received a very warm welcome. A big thank you to the whole team; it was a fantastic experience.

02/07/2026: A monumental mess. What a shame to see such a beautiful place ruined by such a level of indifference. The food was a disaster, tasteless, and the hygiene was frankly appalling. As for the service: a waitress literally slumped over her till, loudly complaining about her fatigue in front of the customers. What are the owner and the chef doing? The amateurishness and lack of respect shown by this team are unbelievable for an establishment of this caliber. Avoid this place until there's a serious overhaul (literally and figuratively).

21/07/2026: A rather average experience: not all the cocktails on the menu were available because they didn't have all the ingredients in stock... that's pretty basic stuff... The waitress was quite friendly and the service was fairly quick. I admit I had some doubts about the food when I arrived, but we ate well.

31/01/2026: A family of 4 has visited the restaurant at the hotel Lesdiguières. The restaurant is served by the students of the international school on catering. The venue is unique. The facility is amazing. The service is excellent. The food is superb. All in all it is a place you should not miss in Grenoble, however, be aware that it is not so easy to get a reservation there.

29/12/2025: It's always a great pleasure to eat at Lesdiguières restaurant! The welcome, the service, the food—everything is perfect, and the students are always focused under the watchful eye of their teacher! A truly wonderful experience that I highly recommend.

21/04/2026: The food was good, the waitress very pleasant and professional, but wow, was it ever so slow... 45 minutes between ordering and the food arriving... thank goodness for aperitifs!

16/07/2026: An excellent spot in Chasse-sur-Rhône! The kebabs are generous, well-filled, and the meat is perfectly cooked, not too greasy. Special mention for the service: the staff are super friendly and smiling, and the service is quick. You can tell they really care about doing a good job. I highly recommend it!

31/05/2026: Hello, I didn't stay at this place, but I did have a Mother's Day meal. The new owners, who arrived a month ago, are very kind, welcoming, and lovely. They were incredibly kind to my parents and me. The lady took the time to chat with us, explaining who they are and where their desire to share came from, which was simply extraordinary. They both had smiles from beginning to end, which was very much appreciated. We made some culinary discoveries in a sublime setting among the yurt restaurants. They also have other yurts nearby. The setting is calm and very stylish, very clean, and very well laid out. My parents and I had a wonderful Mother's Day thanks to them; everyone was very happy, and we're going back for Father's Day because we enjoyed it so much. A big thank you to you both for this friendly and shared experience. And on June 21st, not June 26th, but June 21st. 😉😉🥰🥰 I highly recommend it to everyone.

18/11/2025: The owner is obnoxious, unprofessional, and unpleasant 🤮 in these comments. Who would explain why not mentioning a missing bottle on the bill would be incomprehensible for a biker (considering the price of Harleys!!)? However, the waitress "offered" digestifs, only to charge us up to €9 for them... left us with a bad taste in our mouths and we won't be going back. However, the food is good.

22/08/2025: A real precious gem. Out for one night in the labyrinth that is Alpe d’Huez, you want to experience something special, but be really comforted rather than shocked. Well presented, plentiful and delicious dishes. Lucky the waitress spoke some English, because our French was quite stretched by the Menu… Ordered a mix of steak and chips, plat du jour (chicken vol-au-vent), pasta, fish and chips and something different, which became my highlight as the mum who cooks at home and could use a break: the tataki de thon, now in my all-time top-2 dishes! Choice of desserts: mix of unusual and mainstream, just what you want for a special night. Welcoming host, the type of human you feel you could be friends with - not to be taken for granted in this day and age. Wish we went back to try the other things on the menu.

29/06/2026: First time at this restaurant, which seemed like a good place given its average rating (4.2). Unfortunately, during the lunch service, there was a very long wait (50 minutes between ordering and receiving our food) because all the other tables had ordered just before we arrived. Around us, only 4 or 5 tables had been served. We were told that the daily special was no longer available. Ten minutes after ordering, the table next to us, which had just arrived, was offered the daily specials, which were finally available. The food was decent, however, and the location was easy to access. It's a shame.

22/06/2026: Traditional and generous cuisine, cozy atmosphere, lovely terrace and intimate interior space. I recommend it.

27/07/2026: Nice place next to the Roman temple, but it's a shame they'd run out of main courses for lunch, so we had to settle for the very few available options... The Lyonnaise salad was good, but it's not my favorite dish...

10/07/2026: It's a real shame it's so unbearably hot inside; I expected it to be cooler with the renovation, especially in summer...

08/07/2026: The food was great, but the organization needs improvement. We hadn't ordered drinks, but they brought them to us. Getting a second bottle of water was impossible because either no one was there or they didn't give us time to ask. Three people came to check our bill during our meal. I wonder if the peace and quiet of your customers during their meal is important to you? The evening meal was too expensive.

25/07/2026: This is ridiculous, the guy forgot the worms, the Coke, the ice cubes, and he keeps going back and forth for nothing.
