28/08/2026: No respect for the neighbors, loud music at 5 AM (supposed to close at 11 PM). I've never seen anything like it. There's shouting and people urinating on nearby cars. If you have any respect, I don't recommend it.

Despite the government's attempts to separate me from the CROUS (student services), we continue to work hand in hand, enjoying each other's company in good spirits. As a student at GI (Geneva University Institute), I hope to continue enjoying this wonderful experience with the excellent team at Arsonval.

20/09/2026: ⭐️ 1 star Very bad experience. We were a family of six, just passing through to order six pizzas. The welcome was cold and particularly unpleasant. When the receptionist saw us arrive, especially with our daughter wearing a headscarf, she immediately told us not to sit on the terrace. We are absolutely not competitors, just customers passing through. This attitude gave us a real sense of discrimination. Avoid this establishment if you are looking for even a minimum of respect and hospitality.

11/10/2026: Honestly, avoid this place! It's not the first time we've been to this chip shop, and it's always the same: an unpleasant welcome. They're all equally rude, no smiles, no friendliness whatsoever. Yet, friendliness and politeness are the bare minimum in any business! When you work in contact with customers, the least you can do is speak to them properly and greet them with a modicum of respect. You really feel like you're bothering them when you come to order. We won't be back, and I absolutely do not recommend this chip shop!

02/10/2026: It does what it's supposed to do. Quick, comforting, very (too... way too...) hearty. Price reflects that.

13/09/2026: A quick stop on the way home. Fast service. Delicious pizza. Very welcoming. We'll definitely stop by again next time.

11/09/2026: Pizza really good. From the wood-fired oven. We sat inside because of the mosquitoes, but by the water is definitely much nicer. Other than that, no negative criticism.

04/09/2026: A very bad experience. I ate chicken couscous and, very soon after the meal, I experienced severe stomach pains, diarrhea, and vomiting. My wife, who also ate there, was also ill. We reported the situation to the owner. Her reaction? Simply "sorry," without trying to understand what might have happened or showing the slightest real concern. When two customers become ill after eating at an establishment, one has the right to expect more consideration and, above all, for the situation to be taken seriously. A very disappointing experience. I hope this establishment will take the necessary steps to check the quality and storage of its food.

07/09/2026: We came to eat at the fireplace on Saturday evening, the welcome was fantastic, the setting magnificent, the menu we chose was excellent, the service was top-notch, the waitress was very pleasant and smiling, as was the owner; he even offered us a digestif. I highly recommend this superb restaurant.

25/08/2026: We came for lunch today. We thoroughly enjoyed everything from the main course to dessert. A delicious burger and a delicious hot box, and for dessert, a lovely walnut tart and a delicious blueberry tart.
