17/05/2026: A lovely little meal to end our stay at Center Parcs, which also served as a birthday celebration. From appetizer to dessert, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Generous portions with a distinctly homemade feel. The service was friendly and welcoming, culminating in a visit from the chef at the end of the meal. Thank you for this delightful interlude. 16/05/2026: What a disappointment… the ratings are excellent, the reviews too… I went in without hesitation! The starter and main course were excellent, with fresh and well-prepared ingredients… but the dessert, what a letdown! The profiteroles were incredibly dry, the whipped cream was store-bought, the ice cream was low-quality, the chocolate éclair pastry was completely dry… in short, nothing like the beginning of the meal! Either the pastry chef was sick and it came from Metro, or the pastries were several days old… but I was extremely disappointed!

05/06/2026: Fantastic restaurant! We stopped by on our way back from Beauval Zoo on Sunday and we weren't disappointed! The staff were super friendly and the food was excellent, from the tacos and kebabs to the kids' menu! Highly recommended!!

19/05/2026: A perfect 5/5 for this wonderful discovery! Unbeatable value for money, the ingredients are fresh and impeccably sourced from local producers. The beef cheek was perfectly seasoned and melt-in-your-mouth tender. Every dish was served with a little something extra that elevated it; we loved it! The service was also fantastic; the waiter was very attentive. It's a shame we're not from the area; we would gladly return often.

20/05/2026: The food was bland and unlike what you usually find in Indian restaurants. The service was provided by someone who was looking after and feeding their children in the dining room and occasionally sat down with them. This greatly hampered the smooth flow of service.

08/05/2026: The positive reviews of this restaurant are either fake, or were posted by persons who have never eaten Indian food before. I can say without hesitation that this was the worst Indian food I have ever experienced.

17/05/2026: Excellent crêperie. I recommend making a reservation. We booked, mentioning we had a child with us. Crayons were waiting for him when we arrived. Both the savory and sweet crêpes were fantastic.

15/05/2026: Discovered by chance during a weekend visit to Beauval Zoo. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, and the crepes are delicious. If we ever return to the area, we will definitely stop by again.

16/05/2026: We were served by Anna, a smiling, kind, and attentive waitress. Just a minor point about the steak: it was slightly rare, not very blue, but we still thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

07/04/2026: Lunch this Wednesday 13/07/2022, good welcome, good service, we enjoyed the meal, the Tartarin and the gourmet coffee a little too sweet for us but the starters (scallops / salmon dome / beef tartare) and the main courses (rack of lamb / veal fillet) delighted us, thank you!

14/05/2026: We had a wonderful time at Bistrot de la Halle in Romorantin. We were a family of over 10 people, and we were easily able to push the tables together so everyone, children and adults, could sit together. The atmosphere was pleasant, the service friendly, and it was perfect for sharing a drink together. I highly recommend this place for relaxing on the terrace, close to the market hall.

Having been told about it, they took care of everything—cake, etc.—and were incredibly kind. And the food? Delicious!! Excellent local produce 😍. 16/05/2026: Excellent stay at the Hotel Les Jardins de Beauval! The hotel is ideally located, just 5 minutes from the Beauval Zoo/Safari Park, which is incredibly convenient. The rooms are very clean, quiet, and perfectly soundproofed, allowing you to truly relax after a day of sightseeing. The dinner and breakfast buffets are very varied and of excellent quality. There really is something for everyone, both adults and children. A special mention goes to Kevin at reception, who was exceptional throughout our stay: very attentive, kind, and professional. With two young children, we felt welcomed with kindness and without any judgment, unlike some experiences we sometimes have in other hotels. We recommend this hotel without hesitation and will gladly return to enjoy the pool!

16/05/2026: Great welcome, the hotel is magnificent, the setting is really soothing, the rooms are spacious and quiet, and the bar makes great cocktails. I recommend the Beauval gardens, we are a 5 minute walk from the zoo so no need to take the car.

Exceptional ingredients, bold and perfectly executed combinations—each dish was a delight—and the alcohol-free pairing was a truly wonderful surprise.
