26/09/2026: A true gem in Nantes! About a month ago, we discovered La Teranga with a friend—and brother—with whom we particularly enjoy exploring new places and letting ourselves be surprised by new culinary experiences. And frankly… what a wonderful discovery! From the moment we arrived, the manager welcomed us with great respect and kindness. He simply warned us that there might be a bit of a wait and that he would do his best. A welcome transparency… and in the end, we didn't have to wait long! Then the dishes arrived… and what a pleasant surprise! Careful presentation, generous portions, and above all, cuisine bursting with flavor. Everything was perfect for a wonderful meal. At the end of the meal, we even went to greet the young chef to congratulate her personally. Because behind these beautiful dishes, there is above all hard work, talent, and passion. We had a fantastic time and left with only one desire: to return! An address we sincerely recommend to those who enjoy discovering generous, authentic cuisine made with heart. And the value for money is excellent too! La Teranga, we'll be back!

The variety of Mexican flavors in each dish was surprising and inspiring. The addition of mezcal ice cream was much appreciated. And the mezcal tasting to finish was excellent. Well done 👏

16/09/2026: Excellent place, with very good products. We had a chicken curry batbout and two pastillas, and it was a real treat, followed by two delicious cookies for dessert! Thank you for your always warm welcome; we will definitely be back!

15/09/2026: Great little restaurant, very welcoming, the owner is very helpful, you get the impression he's known the customers for a long time (which must be the case for some). The kebab was incredibly tender with small sautéed potatoes. Don't hesitate to go!

22/07/2026: The worst crispy sandwich I've ever eaten. It's really not good. The rice is bad too, there's way too much sauce, the breaded chicken is soggy, and the fried onions are mushy. A bad experience for me.

We received a very warm welcome and truly enjoyed our time at the Manoir de la Régate. The cuisine was refined, the service attentive, and the atmosphere very pleasant. A big thank you also for the little extra surprise with dessert, a thoughtful touch that we particularly appreciated during our evening!

14/08/2026: Best value for money. Refined and carefully prepared cuisine, full of flavor and taste. Special mention to the amuse-bouche, which was delicious. €24 per person for excellent food. We will be back.
