14/08/2026: I was going to stop, but given the comments, I'll avoid it. Thank you to the national management for addressing this issue.

12/08/2026: The quality of the food is what it is, you can't expect too much, it's McDonald's after all. But 5* for the staff who were friendly, and despite it being quiet, were constantly cleaning and making sure the place was clean and running smoothly.

13/08/2026: The kebab is very good, the fries are so-so, but it's still good.

07/08/2026: Excellent kebab and tacos. The chefs are friendly and the prices are fair. I recommend it!

12/05/2026: Terrible owner! Very poor service! We were told to walk around the roundabout if we weren't happy. After discussing our dissatisfaction with the waitress, the manager arrived, and who was he with?! He didn't question his welcome at all. In short, a restaurant to absolutely avoid. On the other hand, the waitress was very pleasant.

12/07/2026: What a disappointment… The galette was excellent, but unfortunately, the service was catastrophic. Not a single server on the terrace; we had to go inside the restaurant and search for them to give them our dirty plates and ask for the dessert menus… Then, no one came to take our order. We had to beg the chef to send a server to our table. It's a real shame, because the galettes were truly excellent and the waitresses were friendly, but unfortunately, they were completely absent. They would have been better off opening at 7 pm and actually being attentive to their service, rather than opening at 6 pm but operating as a self-service establishment.

03/07/2026: I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but this was a series of disappointments. Between the frosty welcome, slow service, and uninteresting food, it's hard to find anything positive. When you pay this price, you expect a minimum level of quality. Unfortunately, this place doesn't live up to its promises.

16/11/2025: I have never seen a restaurant with such disastrous service as this place. To begin with, we ordered a glass of wine. When we went to order a second, the waiter told us that they no longer had the same wine. Shortly after, another waiter appeared and told the first one that, in fact, they did have the wine — that the first waiter simply didn't know how to look for it properly. Next, we ordered a fondue. The bread that came with it looked like homemade bread, and so far so good. But, after eating the top parts, we realized that the bottom pieces were moldy. When we mentioned it to the waiter, he said that "the bread was from that day," which was simply impossible. To make matters worse, the gel in the fondue burner ran out in the middle of the meal. We called the same waiter from the wine glass again, and he spent some time talking to the pizza maker before finally saying that it had run out. During this time, another waiter listened and argued with him once again. While all this was happening, our fondue had already hardened, and we had to wait a long time until one of the waiters came to reheat the fondue on the burner. And, to top it all off, when it was time to leave, we wanted to use the restroom, but we simply didn't have the courage because it was very dirty. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst experiences in terms of service and customer care that I have ever witnessed. Every detail, from the wine to the bread, from the burner to the bathroom, reflected complete disorganization and lack of attention.

07/11/2025: We're giving it 2 stars for the decor and the mountain-like style, but that's all, really very disappointed.

03/07/2025: "The Chef who has two left arms??? Seriously, at no time did I see him use his right arm while the room was packed. I'm willing to be tolerant, but unfortunately we came on a Thursday when there was couscous, and unfortunately, a starter/main course for less than 15 euros didn't work with a burger. In short, 25.40 euros for a poor burger with disgusting industrial sauce and an all-you-can-eat starter, also industrial, plus a beer, all that to wait for an hour and a half. Seriously, reconsider...." The text I just posted is a follow-up to a Facebook post, but they banned me immediately. Seriously, go to Barnabé's, which is nearby, and I'm not from the area at all. I have no interest in trashing a restaurant, just warning future customers. I just usually eat at the Brasserie Luce in Ste Luce sur Loire which is on the opposite side, at least you will know what it is like to be well received and to eat well.

28/05/2026: Excellent bakery with reasonable prices. I go there almost every day; it's definitely one of the best in the neighborhood. Plus, the service is always excellent :).

14/03/2026: Since the change of ownership, the quality isn't the same, whether it's the bread or the pastries.

09/08/2026: Great! I've lived in the neighborhood for a year, I pick up a pizza two or three times a month and I'm always delighted. I order and go home to eat, and it's fantastic, both the service and the quality of the food. I love it!

20/07/2026: We had such a great cashier, Jérémie. He entertainmented us with amusing conversation while we waited for our pizzas. We got two pizzas for 18.90€ and they were good quality. I can't wait to visit again.

15/07/2026: This place is extremely disorganized. We placed an order at 3 PM for 9:30 PM, and it wasn't even ready on time. We came back an hour later, and they were out of ingredients to make our pizzas. We had to order from Domino's in Rezé, who delivered at 11 PM. It's simply unacceptable.

03/04/2026: Changing the fries is just not possible... the taste is really bland, very disappointed

30/05/2026: We ordered a beer but were refused a glass of water (supposedly because they were out of glasses...). The waitress was disrespectful and served us the wrong drink. If you want to have a good time, find another bar!

30/05/2026: Refused to serve water with the drink ordered, claiming there were no clean glasses and other customers would be arriving later. Ordered a Coke Zero, but served a regular Coke without asking. Very poor customer service.

30/07/2026: Good value for money, the set menus are nice.

29/06/2026: Very good pizzas. The delivery driver, Mohamed, was excellent, punctual, and very friendly. I recommend him.

09/08/2026: A huge disappointment compared to previous years. The welcome was unpleasant, I felt like I was bothering them. The food was made with canned products, and the fish was tasteless. This was definitely the last time...

05/08/2026: Absolutely disastrous restaurant! Nothing goes right. Long waits, tasteless food. A lone waitress doing her best but making a mess of things. A €25 set menu with a main course and dessert, but the dessert never arrives. 😡 Avoid at all costs!

30/07/2026: Truly an excellent, large, and functional parking lot for campers, offering free overnight parking as well. Tram #2 stops 100 meters away, taking you to the city center in 20 minutes. The "Commerce" stop runs every 5 minutes! Tickets are €1.80. Highly recommended!

03/03/2026: The administration is a disaster: grades are given out in March, there's no consideration for students, and deadlines are completely ignored, which is a major obstacle for Master's applications. The teaching assistants in tutorials are neither engaged nor respectful (humiliating students during oral exams, using inappropriate language). It's impossible to get explanations at the end of tutorials, even in the first year when you need them most. Furthermore, blockades happen quite often, making it impossible to get to the campus or even the library. I absolutely do not recommend this university.

17/08/2026: A generous and well-prepared buffet, cheerful and efficient service, and a very calm atmosphere thanks to the large space and few people. In short, this Chinese buffet is a must-try at least once in your life.

17/08/2026: The atmosphere was cold and we felt like we were bothering them. The buffet was sparsely stocked with very little choice. Cleanliness left much to be desired, especially in the wook area, which was more like a griddle. This is our second visit, and we are just as disappointed as the first time. We won't be back.

16/08/2026: A well-groomed, forty-something Genevan man who doesn't smoke or drink, but the bouncer tells me he only lets regulars. Well, hats off to all my Swiss friends passing through La Baule! Go ahead and give your CHF to the cloud next door. The owner and management are much nicer.

13/08/2026: A really lovely establishment. Warm welcome and very nice cocktails. We had a wonderful time celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. See you very soon!
