02/07/2026: Being repeatedly given a makeover by the manager (I think he was a man in his 60s) is very unpleasant and inappropriate towards women. It's a shame, the beer was good and the terrace was fine.

01/08/2026: A very good Breton-style meal (the American-style one), a very good galette (savory buckwheat crepe), but the portion wasn't as generous as some might say, and a very good dessert (the Trinitaise). I'll come back for the Souchen cheese, which was out of stock, what a shame!

29/05/2026: The boss is rude and ungrateful. The waitresses are fine, but he's disrespectful, rude, and leers at women, sometimes refusing to serve them. He thinks he can get away with anything; he should really reread the laws about commerce. It's high time bosses changed again.

(Sunny Day and No Stress) As for the service, I think a little more help from the staff would be welcome... only one person to serve at snack time is not enough to avoid creating a wait... 02/08/2026: Excellent place! We came in the late afternoon for a drink and a crêpe. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome and were made to feel very comfortable. Our dog was even given a bowl of fresh water immediately, a very thoughtful touch. The service was quick, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was particularly pleasant. We had a wonderful time and will gladly return. I highly recommend this place!

30/06/2026: Bad takeout experience: one pesto without arugula but with ham (not listed on the website, so I didn't eat any), a persillade with garlic powder..., mediocre mushrooms in the pizzas - low-quality ingredients). The restaurant was dusty when we arrived, the pizza maker wasn't wearing gloves, his hands were in his hair followed by hands in the Gruyère cheese... Personally, our family isn't suited to this type of restaurant. We weren't prepared. So we ate the leftovers from the fridge, 50 euros down the drain. For us, they need better hygiene procedures, higher quality food, and recipes like homemade persillade made with fresh garlic, not powder.

30/04/2026: We ordered online for pickup, the pickup time was adjusted to a later time (15 minutes), but that didn't bother us. The pizza tasted good, wasn't overly topped, and wasn't too greasy. I personally thought the dough was fantastic. 👍

13/08/2026: A very disappointing evening. We've been going to this bar for over two years, and tonight one of the waiters was unpleasant and drunk, both when we tried to order a drink and when we asked for information. Very disappointed.

14/08/2026: Run away! We went to the McDonald's in Carquefou last night at 8 pm. As usual, very few people. We ordered at the kiosk. Many customers were waiting for their orders behind the counter, or waiting to make a complaint, which was strange. When someone was looking for an empty table, ugh, the place was disgusting, the tables and booths were filthy! We had to walk around the entire place before finding a halfway decent seat. We sat down, and my friend received his order very quickly from a nonchalant server who dragged his feet and didn't seem very cheerful. And me? Nothing. I asked him where my order was, and he replied, "Well, it's right here." I told him it wasn't my tray, that it wasn't what I ordered. He insisted, and I had to prove it wasn't my order with my receipt. I waited some more and finally had to go complain at the register. And then the madness began! Lots of people were complaining that things were missing from their trays or orders. I waited 10 minutes before anyone paid any attention to me, even though there were plenty of staff. I asked for my order, saying my friend had already been served and was eating, and I was still waiting. There were plenty of staff, but they were all moving slowly, dragging their feet. No manager to get things organized. I finally got my tray, and the sandwich was cold! And all evening, people kept going to the counter to complain about their orders. And to top it all off: overflowing trash cans everywhere, disgusting!!! And no air conditioning!!! Whereas in May, it was like having a refrigerator!!! They're going to have to change the staff because this restaurant is filthy. I wish I'd gone to the Burger King or JetJ next door.

11/08/2026: The staff were very pleasant, we were served quickly, and our order was complete and hot!

01/07/2026: Very disappointing. We went there to buy two cheese pretzels. One of the pretzels fell, but we were still served. The price was listed at €1.90, but we paid €4.40. Not having the correct amount, we went back to ask for our change. We weren't taken seriously; the staff coldly implied that we were being silly and that our accusations were serious, as if we had accused the cashier of being a scammer. Furthermore, the pretzel was actually €2.20, and since there was no price displayed, we had no way of knowing. Avoid at all costs!

26/06/2026: The sign says "open from 9:00 AM"... but at 9:30 AM it's still not open, even though there are staff chatting behind the curtain? Have the hours changed?

13/05/2026: When the self-service kiosks are out of order, it would be helpful to note it down or report it. This would avoid people waiting in line to reach the payment window without being able to order. Tonight, two cars were in this situation. McDonald's isn't fast food, it's no food at all!

01/01/2026: The kebab and fries were generously filled with flavorful meat, although it was slightly undercooked. A bit more raw vegetables with less meat would have been nice, and we would have preferred the usual bread... Otherwise, the welcome was good and the service was quick; the other dishes looked very good!

20/08/2025: A very bad experience. The fries weren't prepared properly: cooked a second time, they were greasy and tasteless. Very disappointing quality. I don't recommend it.

06/07/2026: Avoid this company at all costs! Their delivery times are false and unrealistic, and their customer service is practically nonexistent. Their follow-up is disastrous, and their subcontracting is opaque! In short, if you have time to waste and absolutely no deadlines to meet, avoid them at all costs!
