13/09/2024: I completely agree with another Internet user: “organic is not everything”. The products offered are nothing special and are expensive. The managers of this small company hardly seem suited to working in a tourist location! Just look at the comments they write to respond to critical comments! Good restaurateurs are in the kitchen and working. They have other things to do than respond to possible criticism. It is also easy to distinguish bad faith criticisms written in broken French and justified criticisms which remain courteous but simply highlight what is wrong. When you work in catering, you have to satisfy customers.

15/09/2024: Nous sommes parti après 20 mn d'attente sans qu'aucun serveur ne vienne prendre notre commande. Ce n'est pas la 1ère fois que cela nous arrive dans ce lieu, on dirait qu'ils ne veulent pas travailler... ils vont et viennent, débarrassent une table repartent et vous laissent poireauter. Inefficacité totale, un service "assuré" par des incompétents. Si vous avez la chance d'être servi après de longues minutes, attendez vous à attendre autant pour l'encaissement. 0 pointé, pas pire service sur la côte de Jade...

04/09/2024: A fuir, vous verriez votre temps comme nous!! C'est inadmissible, nous y sommes arrivés à 20h50 le 4 septembre, il a fallu 10 minutes pour que le serveur arrive pour nous dire qu'ils ne servaient plus car ils fermaient à 21h30, on leur a dis que nous venions juste pour une boisson et que nous serions parti avant, ils refusent de nous servir!! Soit disant ils auraient déjà nettoyer les machines et ils ne pourraient plus les mettre en marche, alors qu'il y a encore plusieurs tables toujours présentes... La veille nous sommes allés manger à la Villa Noë qui la même boîte, et nous avons bien vu qu'ils servaient bien après 22h que soit des boissons mais aussi de la nourriture !! Nous sommes très déçu et on ne risques pas d'y retourner ! N'y allez pas, c'est vraiment que des personnes qui ne veulent pas travailler, 40min avant la fermeture du service!!!

15/09/2024: A very good discovery. Located in a shopping arcade, in a castle orangery setting, this place is suitable for catering. The unit is quiet and well maintained and clean. The cuisine is quality and well presented. Also not to be overlooked, with a very good quality/price ratio. Thanks to all the staff.

14/08/2024: ### Review of the restaurant “Chez PHUONG” in Pornic During my visit to Pornic, I discovered the restaurant **Chez PHUONG**, located in a discreet street with a simple storefront. Inside, the room adopts a minimalist style, placing emphasis on the essential: the kitchen. To properly evaluate the restaurant, I opted for two dishes: a lunch menu and an à la carte dish, in order to judge the portions and quality. I started with chicken and pork spring rolls, served with a homemade spring roll sauce. And what sauce! It enhances the taste of these real Vietnamese spring rolls, which are already exceptional in themselves. Combined with a mint leaf and batavia lettuce, these spring rolls reached a level of flavor rarely matched in my gastronomic experiences. Honestly, these are the best spring rolls I've had since I've been traveling to restaurants. Then, I chose a classic: Cantonese rice with caramel pork. What a surprise to discover quality rice, accompanied by a finely chopped pork preparation. The sauce, light and tasty, made you want to dip a good slice of bread in it (unfortunately absent). However, the portions may seem small for big eaters, although every bite is a real delight. To finish, I followed up with a Bo Bun, which, this time, turned out to be much more generous in size and flavor. Prepared with true mastery, this dish was the icing on the cake of this culinary experience. Finally, I must point out that **Chez PHUONG** offers affordable prices, making it excellent value for money. The customer service is family-friendly, super welcoming, and warm. You literally feel "at home", which adds a special touch to the experience. In summary, **Chez PHUONG** is an essential address in Pornic for anyone wishing to taste real Vietnamese cuisine, in a sober but friendly setting. I give this restaurant a rating of **9/10**. I highly recommend!

19/06/2024: Excellent cuisine, don't hesitate to specify when you already know Vietnamese cuisine to have a little more seasoning 😉 On the other hand, the wall from which we ate was very dirty, food splashed and the sauce dispensers were stuck with dust, it's a real shame

21/08/2024: I felt light but light after eating! Like never before had this happened to me! A tuna fish and ships, fortunately it was marked because the fried tuna had no taste! worthy of a findu straight from the freezer! in short not good, if you want to eat well go your way! Even at the time of payment we were not even asked if this had been the case, could they possibly know that they already know the customers' answers???

21/08/2024: J'ai pris un Fish (thon) and chip. Plat médiocre et sans saveur. Proportion pour un enfant anorexique de trois ans. Y a-t-il un cuisinier ? Dans mes pires cauchemars, je n'ai jamais aussi peu et mal.
