10/06/2026: While on holiday in Normandy, we wanted to try a pizzeria near our accommodation. The pizzas were ready quickly, generously topped, and delicious. The staff were very friendly.

11/05/2026: It really bothers me, but I've been there three times and been disappointed three times. No problem with the service, hygiene, etc. But each time, seeing the positive reviews, I thought, "Oh well, maybe it was just a fluke, it happens." Last week, I gave the raclette bread and panini another chance, and they were dry and tasteless. The raclette bread was overcooked and had no meat flavor; it tasted like I was eating bread and potatoes... It really bothers me because maybe it was just another fluke, but three times in a row seems strange. I'll still try a pizza, even though I was very disappointed because the pizza was dry and extremely salty.

28/04/2026: Not only are the pizzas delicious, but the dough is incredible!! The decor, with a map of Italy and wine bottles linked to the regions, is the most beautiful wine display I've ever seen. And above all, the owner is incredibly kind! (Just a little compliment!! Hehehe!!!)

And the food? What can I say? Generous portions, home-style cooking that reminds us of the good old days. So delicious that returning is a must. Thank you to Chef Xavier for his talent and kindness. My partner eats there every lunchtime and never tires of it; it's contagious, and I'm a convert too. Not to mention that my picky 4-year-old son eats like a horse there. 03/06/2026: A very disappointing experience at Le Moulin à Vent. The welcome was cold from the moment we arrived, and the atmosphere was far from welcoming. The cuisine is supposed to be Japanese-inspired, with a €39 set menu, but it falls far short of the advertised fine dining. The asparagus starter was particularly disappointing: the lemon was far too acidic, and there weren't even any asparagus tips on the plate. The dishes remained basic, lacking any real finesse or creativity. Since the chef was alone in the kitchen, everything was served assembly-line style: starters for all the diners, and the same for the main courses and desserts. It felt more like an organized canteen than a proper restaurant experience. The value for money was clearly disappointing. I do not recommend it.

06/04/2026: As a runner on the coast, I stopped to politely ask to have my 50cl water bottle refilled, and was told I had to pay €2.50. I find that very unreasonable of them, considering it costs nothing to fill it at the tap. 🤔
