17/12/2024: Wir haben mittags für den gleichen Abend reserviert und waren nicht ganz sicher, welchen Tisch wir so kurzfristig bekommen würden. Bei der Buchung haben wir angegeben, dass wir gerne unseren Hund mitbringen würden und deshalb gerne irgendwo am Rand sitzen würden. Das war gar kein Problem, für uns war ein Tisch in einer gemütlichen Ecke vorbereitet und das Personal war auch ansonsten sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Austern und der Schokoladenkuchen waren ganz besonders gut! Gelungener Abend, wir kommen gerne wieder!

15/12/2024: charmant endroit et nous avions une table avec vue sur la mer, très bon accueil et personnels souriants et agréables , découverte de nouvelles saveurs, très bien manger seul petit bémol , frites un peu trop salées sinon rien à dire, JE RECOMMANDE

28/11/2024: Bakery that I usually go to with my girlfriend at the end of eating a good breakfast. I highly recommend the brownies which are a real delight for us, the welcome is correct and the prices remain affordable. I highly recommend.

19/11/2025: Passing through The Hague, it seems the manager didn't appreciate me sitting on a window bench to work for an hour. Her attitude and cold welcome suggest that the establishment has its clientele and that's all. The welcome was so cold and bordering on hostile that I didn't even dare ask for my change for my coffee when I left! I didn't feel welcome at all. My next trip to The Hague will certainly not be here; I'll leave my spot to the regulars! Day-trippers and tourists, steer clear 🙂

15/10/2025: This is the second time we've been there and the meal was very good, we left without being hungry. I recommend it, the price is right. And the two ladies are friendly.

01/09/2024: Great meal. Pleasantly surprised that the waitress asked the next table if they wanted doggy bags. Normally we are rather embarrassed to ask but here it is directly offered. Very friendly welcome and service. And most importantly, the food is excellent and of very good quality. And the must, the chocolate mousse to die for! Thanks for the evening

30/08/2024: Stay 2 nights - room 5 Excellent stay in the hotel Hearty breakfast, impeccable dinner on site (and super good!) I took this hotel for the decor (room and bar/restaurant) and it is super beautiful, welcoming and cozy Very well placed too The room is beautiful, spacious, it's clean (special mention for the toilets separate from the shower room) The staff is very friendly and available Parking space easily found not far away You really have to be difficult not to love

22/09/2024: Best seafood meal on our 6 day trip to Normandy. The restaurant was bursting at the seams, so advance booking is a must. Great variety of the freshest seafood you've seen and right on the harbour front for a nice stroll after dinner.

29/10/2024: Localisation dans le port de Granville, face à La Criée. Poissonnerie où l'on peut aussi déguster crustacés, mollusques, accras et chaudrées préparés sur place, car il y a une terrasse couverte avec des tables. Huîtres exceptionnelles et service agréable.

16/10/2024: Accueil et service juste en dessous du minimum acceptable. Plateau huîtres : service lent, pain, beurre à réclamer ETC

09/01/2025: The reliable and good everyday restaurant. Formula studied and tested. Cheerful service and family atmosphere. Everything is there for a restorative afternoon break! At €12.8 for a two-course lunch menu, you get two nice portions. Note that the entrance is not the poor relation. A small downside for those who choose dessert. Daily specials consistent in quality. A good address Avranchinese...a little away (very little) from commercial and tourist flows. An address that is deserved and worth the (small) detour.
