11/07/2026: Pizza with reblochon cheese, almost nothing on it, a little disappointed

26/06/2026: If you want to eat fruit flies in a completely processed salad, a Vosges-style salad without hard-boiled eggs, a sad, unripe tomato, lettuce swimming in water and dressing, and industrial potatoes that look like they were thrown on top of the salad from Metro, all for €12 (the contents are worth less than €2), then go ahead. I called to report the fruit flies and the poor quality for the price, and I was met with hostility. I didn't want to leave a negative Google review, but faced with no apology, no self-reflection, and an extremely unpleasant "it's not my fault, I can't do anything about it" attitude, well, I'm writing this review to warn others. If you want a good salad, go somewhere else. The pizzas are good, but this unpleasant experience ruined everything. I won't be going back.

16/06/2026: First of all, thank you for this warm moment shared with my loved ones and with you. And yes! A gourmet restaurant with genuine warmth. From the welcome, the servers, the sommelier, the pastry chef, the cooks, and the head chef, we (the entire table) felt the same warmth and perceived undeniable professionalism. The beautiful decor of the dining room, the cutlery, the plates (very original, even), and the glasses is truly appreciated. The technical skill of the dishes is beyond praise, as so many others have already demonstrated, and the Michelin star only confirms the finesse of the dishes we enjoyed so much. All in all, a huge congratulations; we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end. The wine we drank was excellent. To give you a little taste of the kindness we experienced during our visit, we asked a question that might seem naive: "Chef, how can you recognize good caviar?" After providing a clear explanation, he didn't hesitate to offer us a tasting, and then, a generous spoonful of caviar was placed in the palm of each guest's hand. And mmm! It was delicious. Whereas before, I'd never enjoyed caviar. For that, a huge thank you. We felt that this restaurant has a soul.

05/07/2026: A truly wonderful discovery, this restaurant is discreetly nestled by the water in the heart of the countryside. The establishment offers a warm and genuine welcome, with the option of enjoying the terrace on sunny days, making the experience even more enjoyable. The wine on the wine list was excellent, with a strong character, and perfectly complemented the menu, highlighting each dish. The menu was remarkable, balancing delicate and intense flavors with a true harmony throughout the meal. A special mention, for me, goes to the sea bream served as a starter, simply sublime and prepared with great finesse. This restaurant fully deserves its Bib Gourmand in the Michelin Guide, with a score of 5 out of 5. To make the experience even more personal and authentic, having the chef come to the dining room or terrace would be a real bonus. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

However, we ended up having an excellent couscous with perfectly cooked and flavorful vegetables. The friendly, family atmosphere makes us really want to come back... this time to try the paella.
