14/11/2025: I've been a regular at À ma Façon kebab shop in Dieulouard for several months now, and I've never been disappointed. The ingredients are always top-notch, both the meat and the vegetables, and the portions are generous. The welcome is fantastic, warm, and friendly, and the service is truly excellent: fast, efficient, and always with a smile. 27/10/2025: We had a wonderful time with Paganis Catering for our wedding last September! All our guests and we ourselves thoroughly enjoyed the food. Our two servers were lovely! Exceptionally kind. I'm deducting one star for the somewhat haphazard communication (several emails sent to the wrong address / quotes with incorrect names despite our repeated requests for corrections).

10/05/2026: Meal on the terrace in the city center with very limited vehicle access. Pleasant staff. Immediate service. Decent meal.

11/04/2026: I love everything! The atmosphere, the speed (or lack thereof, if needed) And the owner, always smiling and pleasant. Always a pleasure to eat here.

08/05/2026: Bad food. We ordered sushi platters, served with rice, soup, salad, and skewers. Nothing seemed fresh, the sushi had no taste, and the skewers were swimming in oil and tasted bad.

It's not my usual practice to do this kind of thing, but I've known and frequented this establishment for 30 years, and I've noticed and, above all, heard many customer complaints. My post is a warning. The comments concern a slight decline in quality and, especially, a significant drop in the owner's service. It's becoming difficult to communicate with her; she doesn't tolerate any criticism, and during service, she doesn't describe the dish or its ingredients. For an establishment of this renown, which once made us dream, please return to your core values. Thank you.

25/04/2026: A restaurant that will remain etched in our memories, a very pleasant place where the food is excellent and the welcome is superb. We held our wedding there and it was wonderful. It's a shame this restaurant is going to disappear. An establishment with a real history. Mrs. Rahyr, Isabelle, and Raynald.

29/11/2025: A very warm welcome followed by a friendly and constructive discussion about the ingredients in the breads and pastries. My friend and I took the opportunity to enjoy our afternoon snack in the lounge area, which is part of the establishment. The service was impeccable, and the baker was very helpful. I highly recommend this place; believe me, you won't regret it.

27/05/2026: Ordered as a starter and main course (aperitif and wine): - Lorraine pâté + roasted Camembert with new potatoes - Quiche Lorraine + sweetbreads and kidneys duo The starter was very generous and everything was divine. A cinematic atmosphere inside and friendly, helpful staff who gave us a tour and explanation of the place from the owner. Thank you very much.

A review of L'Equinoxe in Liverdun: What a shame it's closed. People don't know how to appreciate what they're offered. We went there several times and it was always excellent.
