05/03/2026: Passing through Ludres, we stumbled upon this restaurant with its enticing menu. We were lucky enough to get a table (it's definitely best to book) and chose the hand-cut steak tartare: absolutely delicious! The quality, price, and service were perfect.

However, they should adjust their opening hours. 9:30 pm on weekdays is still very early compared to competitors who close at 11 pm (or even later). 5 pm on Saturdays and 1 pm on Sundays doesn't benefit anyone.

15/03/2026: Second brunch at Frères Marchand. We came in April 2025 and had a 5-star experience. This time, we were disappointed with the brunch on March 15, 2026, for several reasons: - The portions were generally much smaller compared to last year. - The savory options were no longer as varied or frequently offered. - €8.50 for a one-liter bottle of sparkling water... That's quite expensive. - Only three sweet options (a quarter of a very dry waffle, a caramel pancake, and a slice of blueberry tart that was only 1.5 cm wide). - The price had increased to €36.90 (compared to €31 in 2025). Fortunately, the cheeses and charcuterie were still of very high quality, and coffee/tea and orange juice were still unlimited. It was still a lovely experience, but the price and the reduced selection make us hesitate to return.

23/12/2025: A really lovely place where you receive a very warm welcome. The staff are always smiling and the food is simply delicious. I highly recommend it.

I'm extremely disappointed that the "trucker" sandwich is no longer available... so I ordered another sandwich for almost 13 euros with 3 raw vegetables... but it had red cabbage and mushrooms... the sandwich was much smaller than before... I got 3 pieces of mushroom and 2 pieces of red cabbage...
