24/06/2024: Customer since opening. I can only recommend this address. We are always very well received, with a smile even when there are people. The quality is really top notch especially when compared to other kebabs in the city. It is very clean, hygiene and food safety standards are respected. In short, full success, full of courage for the future 😉.

28/10/2024: Accès facile et parking gratuit à proximité. Accueil et déco très sympas. Carte variée avec beaucoup de choix. Et alors là la claque : la meilleure planche de viande rouge de ma vie !. Cuisson demandée respectée, accompagnements excellents (la pomme de terre cuite au four est à tomber. Et que dire de la hampe, fondante, tendre, copieuse et vraiment excellente !!!. Même le pain est excellent, et la planche apéro exquise. Hâte d'y retourner. Merci pour ce très beau moment passé en famille et à très bientôt.

The value for money didn't seem good to me. Dry national pizza, too little tomato, no mozzarella. Tasteless panna cotta
I've been coming to this place since it opened and I've been disappointed twice. I no longer recommend.
24/01/2025: It’s probably my favorite Italian restaurant in Nancy.
Only Italian specialties, even the drinks come from Italy and their dishes are delicious.

30/07/2024: Floppy turd. Had a great meal here several times for a lot of money. It is closed on Mondays and you can eat at the kebab farmer on the corner. And then the gentleman thinks that the parking lot of the super-u suddenly belongs to him. Stumper. This was the last time I spent 1 euro with that man. Don't bother putting these kinds of notes behind windows when you're closed. And that in a public parking lot

A pleasant welcome for a good meal!
Furthermore, it is quite easy to park in the parking spaces located along the road in front of the restaurant.
To conclude with a reflection, This shows that restaurants which are not "flashy" keep promises that they do not make while others, on the contrary, promise and are far from keeping.
In short, I will go back without hesitation!

We've been to La Brûlerie for lunch several times, and we're always delighted! The food is homemade, using fresh, seasonal, and delicious ingredients, and it's evident in every plate. The dishes are balanced and prepared with true expertise.
In addition to the delicious food, they offer excellent coffee and very good teas. A truly gourmet experience, from start to finish.
And the service is excellent: friendly, attentive, and unfussy. A friendly, relaxed atmosphere—exactly what you need for a great time!
13/06/2025: Nice but nothing more, the service was very nice but the coffee didn't have a particular flavor for a roaster, which was a shame, the cheese tart was too salty.

I followed the advice and took the cordon bleu: Excellent and plentiful. Fast service, nice atmosphere. For dessert, the chocolate hazelnut éclair is delicious too. Well done to the whole team.
08/09/2024: Lunch meal, excellent. You don't expect it in this type of brasserie but they have their own pastry chef who makes exceptional desserts!
